Metaphorical Masks are when you only share certain parts of yourself with certain people. You sort of shield and withhold your personality. In this episode, I ramble on about my thoughts on what a metaphorical mask is. I start to tell some stories, only to change my mind and tell vague tales of recent events. Thanks for sticking with me through this chaos.

Trust can be tricky. Trust can be easy. Why do we trust people? Who do you trust? Trust is complex, like the layers of the Earth, and I’ll explain why. Trust is so hard to explain, because it’s different for everyone. I also mention aloe hand soap and how it feels soft on your hands. I would recommend if for sure. Now summer is just around the corner. Let’s get excited.

What keeps you up at night? Why is falling asleep difficult? So many questions. You already know I give you all my thoughts in this episode. Creating fake scenarios in your head at night isn’t so weird, but trying to fit the word “organically” into a sentence in an organic way is kind of weird. Don’t worry about the ten bottles of water you just drank because I just drank ten as well. Now let’s all have a restful night.

Autumn talks about what it means to live in the moment, live for today, live in the present, or whatever phrase you want to use. She realizes she lives in the moment by doing all these podcast episodes on a whim, without a script, and with no expertise. She tells the story of her swollen hand because who wouldn’t want to here that story, right? Now go out into the world and do something spontaneously!

Letting go is hard. Autumn talks about graduating high school soon and the homes that are being constructed behind her house where nature used to exist. She talks about growth and wisdom through letting go and moving on as well as struggling with pronouncing the word “instances” and also tries to ditch the phrase “in a sense.” (Please excuse the dog barking in the background.)

Is anyone truly fearless? What is rational and irrational fear? Why do we let fear control us? In this episode, Autumn gives her opinion on everything to do with fear. Strangely enough, ceramic fish that were handcrafted in Mexico are a big (and odd) topic of conversation along with the constant itch that Autumn has above her eye the entire time. Don’t be fearful of this peculiar episode.

In this episode, Autumn mentions how scary it can be to try something new, why confrontation can be uncomfortable, and what her favorite spot is in her house. She brings up lava lamps multiple times just because she thinks they’re cool and she gets out of breath just a couple minutes into the episode from lack of pausing in between sentences. This is just another normal day in Autumn’s life.
