On this episode, Rich Butler, owner of Rage Works and I discuss podcasting 101. Rich is a pioneer in the podcasting space beginning early on in 2006. Check it out!
RAGE Works is a content creation brand specializing in audio, video, and written content in the gaming, entertainment, and pop culture space. Their audio division is the RAGE Works Podcast Network which offers turnkey solutions for podcasters to get their shows up and running by leveraging our established audience. Rage Works provides consulting, studio setup, audio editing, and podcast distribution services to take all the heavy lifting out of a potential creator's hands so they can focus on their on-air product.
When it comes to podcasting, Richard Butler never imagined that being in front of a camera or microphone would be his calling. But for the last 16 years, it has been a daily part of his life. On the contrary, podcasting was nowhere near his radar. Raised by his adoptive mother, Rich's path had many interesting turns, including the desire to be a chef, veterinarian, or lawyer, but as with all things, life had other plans.
The road changed back in 2006 when podcasts made their debut on iTunes. Rich was enamored with the wealth of content and diverse talents discussing topics he was passionate about. It was there he discovered the Video Game News Radio podcast, which aired out of Cleveland. After listening to the podcast and becoming part of the show's community, he was invited to call in a few times. Throughout those appearances, the hosts and fellow listeners encouraged Rich to start his own podcast, and after much coaxing, My Take Radio was born. The podcast underwent a massive change in 2009 when Rich was approached by Blog Talk Radio with the concept of doing a live podcast. This choice would forever change his life. Over 400 episodes later, My Take Radio became not only the foundation for RAGE Works but also served as the launchpad for the RAGE Works Podcast Network. The RAGE Works Podcast Network currently hosts over ten different podcasts and has over 350K downloads since inception. Rich's approach for his podcast network is now used as the backbone of RAGE Works Podcast Productions, which offers turnkey solutions for podcast novices to launch their shows without all the heavy lifting or self-imposed roadblocks that prevent creators from launching.
When not podcasting, Rich spends his time with his wife, daughter, and siblings. But, outside of family, the gym, or the occasional video game, you can always count on him to write content for the RAGE Works website, whether it's a piece on a new movie trailer, the latest action figures, or new tech.

On this episode, I interview Anthony Nozzolillo, Esq. We discuss his journey to becoming a title attorney. We discuss all of the services that Anthony provides:
In addition here is a brief synopsis of his childhood that laid an incredible foundation for the success that he has achieved, Anthony explains it as " My parents were born in Italy....English was my second language....my father came to America when he was 10...my mother was 16....growing up, I lived in a 2 family house..my grandparents on one side (never spoke a word of English, never went to school, etc)...my father (who was in school pursuing his Bachelors and (thereafter) Masters Degree..so he wasn't home often).. my mother (who never went to High School and was the "at home Italian wife" and my Junior High School lunch lady) and my brother. I never let the fact that English was my second language; that unlike the other children I grew up with. I didn't have cable TV, air conditioning, a clothes dryer (whereby on Wednesdays ("laundry day").. I would run home from school to take all the clothes off the line hangers before the school buses drove by to see my underwear "drying". I have never been to Disneyworld, Disneyland, or went to summer camp (we couldn't afford it in the 1980s). I did not let it discourage me or make me believe that I could not become an attorney. Eventually, my father became a very successful business man, and my lifestyle did change, but I was 18 years old an in my second year of college when that happened....so I know "the struggle"....and am a testament to the fact that "Wonders never cease...if you never cease to Wonder"."
Anthony is an incredible human being and great at what he does. You can visit him at

In this episode, I Interview Sarah LaValle owner of Simple Sweet Sites. (simplesweetsite.com).
Sarah and I discuss website design for small businesses and start ups. We also discuss Sarah's transition from being a full time musician to web designer.
Sarah believes a business should not have to make the impossible decision of whether they can afford to invest in a suitable web presence or not. When reviewing a marketing budget, we believe that a website design should be an accessible service because it is a necessity in our current digital age. Your website is your online portfolio. It works for you while you're both open and closed for business, and it should be an accurate representation of the quality of your service!
Separate your business from your competitors. Shine above the rest. Your website is a direct reflection of your standards and what makes your business unique.
In the last part of the episode, I discuss the topic of Gaslighting. It seems every session I speak with a client I hear someone use the term gaslighting. I discuss what gaslighting is and some strategies on how to manage through this form of intentional manipulation.

On this episode, I had the privilege of interviewing Alycia Bender, a rising star of the entrepreneurial world. She is just 26 years old and has her own insurance brokerage and just opened a beauty boutique.
Listen to Alycia and her inspiring message as she talks about her journey to now!
She is a licensed NYS insurance broker that specializes in personal & commercial insurance such as auto, home, general liability, landlord properties & business auto. After working for her mom for over 10 years, last year she decided to go off on her own as a 1099 employee, solely depending on commission. For the first time in her life, she wasn't getting a steady salary or weekly paycheck. She knew that she didn't want to work for someone the rest of her life and took a leap and had faith in herself as well as patience.
Her words of inspiration are: If it was easy, everyone would be doing it. When you have those tough days where you really want to cry & give up, remember why you started, what your ultimate goal is and to keep on going.Follow her on Instagram @insurance_with_alycia or at www.insurancewithalycia.com

In this episode we discuss an article that was published on Wellness.com. Click here for the article: https://www.wellness.com/blog/13307085/5-ways-to-adrenalize-your-confidence/tom-marino
I discuss the 5 ways to adrenalize your self confidence:
1. Determine your locus of control.
We either have an internal or external locus of control. We have an external locus of control when we are controlled by something outside of ourselves. We are influenced by what others do, believe, and say about us. When we look at social media, for example, we are influenced by what is going on in other people’s lives and we assume that we lack something because the perception is that the other person has it. We feel badly about ourselves when we have an external locus of control.
2. Love yourself by staying true to your values.
When we understand what we value and learn to love ourselves, we develop the context of our confidence. Loving yourself is not easy for many people, but it is essential to living confidently. How do we develop our love of self?
3. Stop comparing yourself to others.
Social media places our comparison to others in a very prominent spot. We scroll through social media constantly. It is incredibly difficult to resist the urge to compare.
4. Hold yourself accountable.
One of the most important steps to adrenalizing your self-confidence is to hold yourself accountable. Accountability is about integrity. It’s recognizing your responsibility in a situation. It’s knowing that you can take responsibility for your actions.
5. Surround yourself with positive people.
Surround yourself with people who build you up and validate what you believe about yourself. The people in your life should encourage you to go further. They should bring out your desire to grow and be the best version of you. When you are surrounded by people like this, it develops a healthy external locus of control.
We also discuss imposter syndrome.

What is your fear trying to teach you?
Fear is false energy that averts your route. We need to channel this energy into positive change. I teach you to look to fear as an advisor and friend. We need to understand where your fear comes from, and what it wants to tell you.
We also interview one of my clients Gabriella Sapoznik and discuss her coaching journey and how she has begun integrating her fears to live more adrenalized.
Do your choices align with your values?
Independence, competence, loyalty, integrity, creativity… The key to confident decision-making is in aligning our choices with our core values. What is most important to you? Your values are the cornerstone for a life of purpose and fulfillment; first, you need to know what they are.
What is holding you back?
We face obstacles every day, especially when we try new things. As you pursue change, you will inevitably face obstacles that attempt to “protect” you from the pain or discomfort of growth. These obstacles include our fears, self-sabotaging thoughts, insecurities, etc. We will identify these internal obstacles and create a strategy to overcome them.
