So, I finally played sax at church this Sunday
I'm actually a pianist in my church, I was employed as a pianist so I didn't want them to know I also play saxophone. I just don't want them to take advantage of it since I was employed as a pianist only.
One day a member of the church saw me playing sax on my WhatsApp, she immediately spread the news among other members including the Pastor.
To cut the long story short, the music director told me the Pastor want me to play sax on Sunday 😪
I was like 🙄 who will play the keyboard, brother Crown will play it she said. Brother Crown 😩? She said brother crown has little idea, i will just have to show him what to play on the keyboard. 🤦 i agrue for sometime, then i later gave up. This is exactly what have been trying to avoid, i have to start teaching brother Crown what to play then i play along with him. At the end of the day, i actually loved the performance. and it was beautiful.The people really like it too

This little town
When i saw the theme of this week, i said to myself that it's impossible for me to miss this week open mic.
I'm a Nigerian, I'm part of the system. The killings, terrorist attack, corrupt government, police brutality, inflation and many more.
Believe me I'm one of the average Nigerians that want to leave the country as soon as possible. If i have the chance to leave this country tomorrow i will leave without thinking twice. Of course the government are trying their possible best to faustrate those that want to leave the country by increasing the cost of traveling and make it hard for the poor masses.
I know i will be out of this country one day, i will have the chance to start a new life, a peaceful life. I will work hard.

Once again it's a beautiful week and a beautiful theme "Abrazo musical" in english it means "musical embrace"
This week i had a song in mind, mind but this new music has been ringing in my head i couldn't wait to do the song. So, i did the song today and i decided to sharing it with you guy.

Today, I want to share this beautiful surprise I planned recently with you guys.
A nice husband want us surprise is wife with cool gifts and beautiful music and of course that what we do here at Golden Surprises and Events.
So we suggest some gift to him and he picked some, he told us her favourite song which is "kokoro Ife" by Gabriel Afolayan.We make arrangement for the gift, cake and surprise
The D-day came and we went to her place, got to her apartment and we started playing the soft beautiful music. We gave the gift, she was admiring the gift when i started playing her favourite song immediately she burst into tears, that's the kind of tears we call tears of Joy. Tho I'm not really sure why she was crying maybe she was crying because of the beautiful music or because she saw a gift that she really love but I know she started crying when the music start.

The celebrant
The person we are to deliver this package for is my former landlord
He was my landlord when i was very much young, around 2006-2015.
I remember when i started learning the saxophone in 2013, i do my practice in the house and i do that a lot. The old man is getting tired of the noise of my saxophone everyday, but i was not bothered all i wanted was to improved my skill on the saxophone.
One day he was so furious that he came to our apartment to size my saxophone, i was angry too but my parent calm me down and told me not to be rude. I later got my sax back i had to look for a place where nobody would complain about the noise of sax.
The surprise
I just finished delivering a surprise some few days when i decided to check my whatsapp message and i saw a message from my former landlord's daughter, she want my team to surprise her dad, we discussed about the arrangement, plan and package, so finally we agreed and she told me the date.
When we surprised him in his apartment we did loud music, i played my sax in his sitting room and he danced to it we were happy. Although i would have love to play the same sax he sized(Gideon Gold) but i couldn't cause i lost the sax in a fire outbreak, but i'm happy i played my sax in his sitting room and he danced to it.
