Due to an altered schedule, recording has taken place on a Thursday instead of a Friday. Miles and Theodore read off news stories, which includes a ban on using AI for facial recognition in the EU and the results of a study on habits of Teenagers. Jonathan and Sophia then sing the praises of Korean drama series "Squid Game", leaving Miles and Theodore clueless. A conversation on Halloween costumes then begins, leading into Sophia's Sports Corner, she recaps the Mariners' playoff elimination and talks about the rampant cases of abuse in the National Women's Soccer League. All four presenters then express their grievances on how lunches are handled in the school day, expressing concerns about line cutters, lack of information on specials, and the reduced capacity of the lunch lines. Finally, Theodore talks about the Billboard Hot 100 and its' new #1 debut: Permission to Dance by Coldplay and BTS. This eventually devolves into Miles being coerced to listen to loads of music over the weekend.
