Join Elusive1 & Henry May as they welcome Kyle Gibson & Montra Freitas to the show. Kyle Gibson is a long-time hunter, tracker, avid fisherman and bigfoot researcher from Washington state who has had several close-up encounters, beginning at the young age of eleven. He has been on many radio shows, and also conducted group investigations into rugged areas to give others an opportunity for an encounter. Over the years he has had extensive interactions with sasquatch; even developing a “give and take” relationship in two particularly remote and active areas that he continues to frequent today. With many friends in the Native American community, he is privy to encounters and information that assist him in his ongoing quest. For over the last 20 years, Kyle has spent most of of his free time in the field. The experiences he has had are what most investigators can only dream of, however at times these encounters have taken a very dark turn. On occasion, his devotion and thirst for knowledge push him to the edge of safety, considering we do not fully know the intent of these creatures. That’s where Montra comes in... No stranger to the sasquatch phenomena, Montra Freitas had an encounter with an unknown creature that forever changed her when she was 12/13 years old. Years later in the late 1990s, she partnered with best friend Kathy Strain (noted author, Archeologist, and founder of the AIBR (Alliance of Independent Bigfoot Researchers)) to conduct extensive bigfoot field investigations in Northern California and the Pacific Northwest. In 2003 & 2007, Montra and Kathy together created and hosted two field research training camps called “Operation Odyssey” & “Operation Odyssey II”. Montra is also a former curator and expedition leader with the BFRO. She and her brother Kevin Withers were the two initial investigators that brought the highly publicized Marble Mountains case to the public.

He's am 53 years old was married for 26 years and he has four kids, three boys one girl who are all named after his favorite band, kiss, He's an artist,played the drums and dreamed of one day being kisses drummer.but he got sick and that took that dream away. He's a Native American his tribe is Umatilla. He's lived here since the late half of 1979 and he's been researching Sasquatch for over 20 years. In that time he has seen three of these creatures. He got interested in this when he saw the legend of boggy creek and in search of bigfoot. He really got into the research after his first sighting in 1985. After that he read every book he could find on bigfoot and spent a lot of time in the woods. He has learned a lot from the books he's read but he also learned a lot on his own. He has his own areas that he does his research in and all of his areas have sasquatch that live in them. He would be glad to take anybody to his areas and teach them what he's have learned and he would do it all for free.

They lived in Jefferson not too far from the, Lost Park wilderness, She made the mistake of putting fish out after they had company and thought the coyotes were eating it, but he started hearing screams and hollers at night and Footprints up and down the driveway there bare feet Footprints like kids were going up and down the driveway and this just kept on happening, then she had friends that had sightings in the, Lost Park wilderness, She went with her daughter looking for antlers and found giant footprints & entry brakes so she contacted the BFRO and found out that we were in a very very Bigfoot area.

He's a Lifelong fan of the Steelers, Penguins hockey and Pirates baseball. Joined the NAVY in 1978, and served 6 years in the electronics field. The last 2.5 years was stationed with the famed
Navy SEALS, team 4 and UDT team (SDV team 2). He was not a believer of Sasquatch. He didn’t follow the subject. He wasn’t one to laugh at folks, but if the subject came up, He

Join Elusive1 & Henery May as they welcome Gary Hatfield Sr to the show. Gary was born in Pittsburgh PA in 1965. He had my first sighting when he was five years old, his second when he was seven, He was pretty much hooked on bigfoot after that He'd read every book and newspaper article seen every show, movie and documentary. He moved to Massachusetts when he was 13 really wasn't much bigfoot activitie up there. When his mother married his stepfather he was an avid hunter and fisherman, Gary asked him if he ever saw anything unusual in the woods, he said there's no such animal. In 1986 he went to a ice fishing derby in Vermont when he came home he told me about the creature he and Garys cousin saw on the lake. He's been a believer ever since. Gary went up there the following year with his dad we didn't find any evidence or see anything. Gary started living life and bigfoot took a back seat until the Georgia bigfoot hoax, It lit a long dead fire in him even after it was determined to be a hoax, He discovered blog talk radio listened to all the shows. The recent bigfoot scene is frustrating at the least hopefully I'll be able to get out and do some actual field research in the near future. Garys an avid hunter and camper he spend a lot of time out in the Massachusetts woods and really haven't seen anything bigfoot related.

Daniel Perez has been active in Bigfooting ever since hearing about the subject around 1973, by way of the movie, The Legend of Boggy Creek. He has the largest physical files on the subject matter, that occupies 3 bedrooms of his four bedroom house. He has travelled widely in search of answers, including trips to Canada, all over the US in a RV in 1996 and Russia. He is best known for two things, his Bigfoot At Bluff Creek booklet, which at the time of publication, 1994 and re released in September 2003, was considered a high water mark in Bigfooting. For 20 years he has published a monthly newsletter, the Bigfoot Times, this month being the 20th anniversary, and to the best of anyone’s knowledge it is the ONLY Bigfoot newsletter on the market place today.

His first encounter with Bigfoot was in 1985 in the Olympic National Park in Washington State. Since then, Derek has worked with many researchers, scientists and wild life biologists along the way. In 1997 Derek was invited to join the North American Ape project with Jeff Meldrum and Ron Brown. In September of 2000 he was invited to join the BFRO and attend their first Bigfoot expedition in Skookum Meadows near Mt. Saint Helens. During that expedition, Derek was one of the three people who found and cast the Skookum impression. Derek owns and operates a wilderness guide service in Washington State. For the last 9 years, Derek has headed up the Olympic Project in Washington State. At this time, they are involved in a possible Sasquatch bedding area, with 21 ground nests documented, and DNA tests pending. Derek Currently resides in Western Washington.

Mike Richburg was born and raised in South Carolina, where he grew up enjoying many outdoor activities such as hunting, fishing, camping and hiking. While deer hunting on a foggy fall morning in 1978 he encountered a gorilla like animal. Mike was terrified by the encounter and would devote many hours to research, although he did not return to the woods for some time afterwards. Mike would go on to investigate many different reported cryptids in the area including: The Wolf Ape, Lake Murray Monster, Lake Norman Monster, The Fort Motte Devil, The Lizard Man of Scape Ore Swamp, The Wateree Walking Bear, giant birds, giant snakes, and others. Mike has now been involved in cryptozoological field research for about four decades. He has hosted a few podcasts, and helped with research with a couple of books here and there, but has now founded the upstart International Cryptozoological Research Alliance in an effort to improve the perception of the community in the eyes of mainstream science, and to try to promote positive exchanges and influences in the community. Mike and his team mates hope this effort will result in a more focused approach in the community regarding scientific protocol and regimen.
Crystal was born in 1972 in upstate NY. In 1978, She had an encounter that would change her life forever. She has been searching for all things cryptid/paranormal pretty much her entire life. She graduated High School at 17 and entered the United States Air Force. She served during Desert Storm/Desert Shield and was Honorably Discharged from Active Duty. She then went on and served full-time for the NJ Air National Guard for several years and made it to the rank of Staff Sergeant before getting out. She's been with her husband for the past 27 years, she met him while they were both stationed in Spain. They then went on and started a family, which put her hunting of cryptids and paranormal on the back-burner - but, she never lost that fascination and would continue to read/watch everything she could on the subject. She had never officially joined an organization until 2015 when she met Matt Moneymaker at a "Finding Bigfoot" Town Hall meeting that was held in New Hampshire. She had done her own personal investigations over the years but, nothing with an official organization. Honestly, she didn't even know that there were communities and organizations out there that searched for the unknown. Thanks to the Internet and TV she learned that there were more people out there that were seeking the same things she was. She's now a Field Researcher for the Bigfoot Researchers Organization (BFRO) for the State of NH as well as an Associate Director in Field Research for the International Cryptozoological Research Alliance (ICRA). She's also a paranormal investigator. She's had this fascination for as long as she can remember. There are things out there that we don't have the answers to and She's seeking to find the evidence we need. She NEEDS evidence and seeks those answers.

Also he's been focusing on areas around the perimeters of restricted land and scanning with thermal almost on a nightly basis. Suzanne and her husband Bernie moved to Ohio’s Mohican River Valley in 1999 from the Cleveland area.
Suzanne’s interest in bigfoot research began after her sighting in May of 2013, and she continues to look for answers and information about the phenomenon.
She was a witness on the Ohio episode of TV’s Finding Bigfoot program that aired January of 2015.
In 2016, Alan McGargle and Jesse Morgan asked her to be a part of their new movie project, “The Back 80,” which was released at the 2017 Ohio Bigfoot Conference.
While 2013 and 2014 were active years around their house, Suzanne reports there has been no perceived bigfoot activity there in the past few years.
Suzanne is employed as a fiscal officer with The Ohio State University. Even though they grew up in the suburbs of Cleveland, Ohio, Alan Megargle and Jesse Morgan still find plenty of time to head out into the woods in search of the elusive Sasquatch. Both are members of the Bigfoot Field Researchers Organization, a national group of investigators who follow up on eyewitness reports. They’ve investigated many sightings and conducted their own hunt for evidence of Bigfoot’s existence. Together they form Fathom Frontiers and lead Bigfoot night hikes for the Ohio State Park System and run the all-inclusive Bigfoot Adventure Weekends family campout. As film makers, Alan and Jesse produced the documentary Minerva Monster and directed the new feature film The Back 80.

He is also the director and producer of the 2016 bigfoot documentary Wildman: My Search for Sasquatch. Bigfoot Dave was first interested in Sasquatches back in 1971 ,His mascot at Spokane High School was indeed a full size statue of a Sasquatch. About 7 foot tall with black hair. He did all his research by reading what few books that were available and tv documentaries. He started actively researching the Washington state area right out of high school. His first experience was on a camping trip in June of 1972 and he'll explain on the show. He has researched Bigfoot for the past 45 years 26 states and 3 Canadian provinces, Most of his research was conducted in the states of Washington, Ohio and Florida where I currently live. Now he's in his 3rd year as a independent Bigfoot independent researcher out of Logan County Kentucky. Now he does a lot of research with Charlie Raymond the founder of the Kentucky Bigfoot research organization.

John has been active in the investigation of sasquatch, lake and marine cryptids, Mokele-mbembe bipedal hominids of the world. He is the author of In the Domain of the Lake Monsters and co-author of Discovering Cadborosaurus. John is a strict adherent to the principle of the scientific method in the investigation of cryptids. John is of the opinion that all investigations must be conducted as if they were police investigations and that evidence has to be of real value to be considered acceptable. John is also editor and publisher of the BCSCC Quarterly and the author of numerous articles which have appeared in the journal of the International Society of Cryptozoolgy. Winona Kirk from Virginia who lived for 17 years on a first Nations reserve in Alberta where she and her family began to have encounters around her house which sparked her interest in investigating the bigfoot phenomenon .She has learned tracking skills through the first nations and hunting in the wilds of Alberta and incorporates her skill in the bush. No kill scientific minded on the subject. What interests her the most on the subject is gaining clues to behavior, group dinamics ,the possibility of language, tool use and possible culture.
Join Elusive1 & Henry May as they welcome back their good friend Paul Graves, Paul Is from Wenatchee Washington he is, a Sasquatch enthusiast/field researcher ,and started collecting his first storys/reports back in 1988, but had heard about them his whole life growing up in rural Washington state, one of the main reasons for his involvement is hearing the many hundreds of story’s he has heard from people around his home town , in many areas of Washington state it is no big deal to see a sasquatch ,they are just part of the landscape , although most people don’t want to talk about them ,you have to show a interest then they open up.When he got into this subject it was so interesting he had to dive in 100%,so since that time he's acquired a vast amount of info on the subject , before the internet he started to collect books and now have close to 70 plus on the subject. He also does a lot of wildlife recording ,and have recorded a number of possible sasquatch sounds ,and analyze them is a spectrograph to see what hz range there at. He is a musician and has written and recorded a number of sasquatch songs , the first one in 1995 on a record he put out with his band “Moss Dog” he's a life long avid outdoorsman,growing up on the eastern slopes of the cascades mountains he has built a 8 foot tall statue of a sasquatch that is in his back yard ,you can see it by going to my good friend Cliff Barackman website “Northamericanbigfoot.com” he has also had two brief sightings, He is out in the field a lot often camping and hiking alone, He was one of the chief organizers for the Yakima Bigfoot roundup,along with my good friends Tom Yamarone ,James “bobo” Fay ,and Bob Gimlin.

Many have heard Thomas Sewid lately on some podcasts about Sasquatch/Bigfoot and seen his posts on his Facebook Group, Sasquatch Island or on some of the larger Facebook Groups focused on the creatures. If you have heard or read what he has brought forth pertaining to the creatures, one is immediately enthralled by his knowledge and insight into the creatures and his in-depth hypotheses of what these creatures are and why they act as they do. Backing his knowledge up with the rich attachment to his coastal First Nations culture of the creatures and adding his bushman charm and wit, one will surly want to know more about this man.
Thomas Sewid was born on a small island off northeast Vancouver Island British Columbia Canada called Alert Bay. This is the modern epicenter for the northern Kwakwaka’wakw (Kwakiutl) First Nations Tribes, otherwise known as Canadian Indians. Raised with the rich culture and heritage of this coastal First Nations Tribe, he was brought up hearing the stories of the animal kingdom and seeing the great ceremony known as Potlatch. There and through all his life, he has witnessed the ancient dances with carved masks and beautiful traditional regalia hosted in the great buildings known as Bighouse’s.
Raised to be a commercial seine fisherman from an early age he would work his way up the ranks to be a captain of salmon seine boats during the 1990s. Thomas has also participated in numerous other commercial fisheries throughout the entire British Columbia coast. During this time, he would meet other First Nations from other Tribes throughout the coast and hear their stories pertaining to the Sasquatch/Bigfoot.

In 1997, he started doing field research on the subject of Bigfoot and spoke with eye witnesses who had possible encounters, primarily in the San Bernardino Mountains, Yosemite, and Northern California. Shane moved to Oregon in 2008 and continued his research in the Pacific Northwest. In 2011, his research became all too real to him when he had his own Bigfoot encounter. Always Was Curious About the Subject..It Was Not intill Mid 90s At A Paranormal Conference in Dayton Ohio, He met Joedy Cook, George Clappison That Trigger his Interest Even More, And Then he Met Don Keating, Then he Started to go to his Bi Monthly Meeting And Got Into it more in 1998. As a child I heard stories about bigfoot and to tell you the truth I was a bit afraid. On the farm in grew up on there was this hut like thing that my dad as a child just left alone. Well not my brother or I we found black hair in there and at that time didnt think much of it. today I could kick myself for not keeping it but who knew. When Finding Bigfoot first aired on tv I started watching it and got to thinking the sounds ive been hearing at this river campsite my dad owned sounds like what there talking about. The year i decided to record the noises my dad sold the property so never got a chance. That same year while driving threw a river reserve my friend Katey was driving and she looked in her rear view mirror and seen a bigfoot cross the road as i turned to look i seen a black shadow going into the woods. I joked with her about that till last summer while camping in the reserve we had vistors. First night wood knocks and what sounds like coyote's but being raised on a farm all my life i knew my animal sounds. That wasnt any coyote i ever heard. The next morning we went on a hike found these huts the first one i believe was man made but the other three were not. My daughter Malina was with me and the furtherst hut away she show a bigfoot working on it when i seen the look on her face i knew as i turned and she took off chasing it once again i only saw that black shadow. Mionczynski worked for years with the Interagency Grizzly Bear Study Team and has conducted research regarding factors contributing to the dwindling numbers of bighorn sheep in the U.S. and Canadian Rockies. He has extensive knowledge of ethnobotany and has taught related courses for credit at the Teton Science Schools, the National Outdoor Leadership School, and several colleges. In 1972, while at a base camp for a government sponsored bighorn sheep study, a large upright figure, larger than the local bears and exhibiting a human-like hand with a distinctive thumb, collapsed Mionczynski’s tent. The creature, which Mionczynski heard breathing at a rate of six breaths per minute, threw pine cones at him as he spent the rest of the night at his campfire. Since then, he has followed up on similar sightings and experiences and has become familiar with American Indian knowledge of the sasquatch.

He started a family and got a divorce. Then he was a single parent of a sweet little girl. After his parents both passed away he wanted a change and to have a more mild winter to live through each year. So through the internet he found his current home and sold his old home and bought this one in northern Missouri. They moved there in the summer of 2007. He has always loved the outdoors and nature. His daughter went back to South Dakota to live and that seemed to help as far as the bigfoots are concerned. He has always been a fan of shows like Lost Tapes and anything scifi Finding Bigfoot, Monsterquest and any Ancient Legends. So he thought well he lives in a forest full of game. Think he will try doing some calls and wood knocks. And sometimes he would get a faint something. In 2009 he was in a accident that left him somewhat handicapped. Having his leg shattered really slowed him down and kept him from all he wanted to do here. So he is getting by and April of this year he had his first sighting. So he reluctantly became a researcher. He hope that maybe things that he does will help others to be successful in interacting with Bigfoot in a peaceful manner.

Join Elusive1 as they Welcome Mike Smith & Kris Huckins to the show. Mike had his first Sasquatch encounter in 1974 or 1975. He was hiking with friends in a civil war battleground. Came down a hill and to an old spring house. He came around the corner of the structure and found Hisself face to face with the it. They blinked at one another for a couple of seconds. Then it let out a howl and melted into the woods. His companions made a hasty exit but he was just frozen for a bit, fascinated. He had a few encounters over the years in Missouri and Arkansas but none anything like the first for a long time. He met his partner Kris threw work and began doing research locally something over two years ago. Since then they have expanded to 4 basic research areas in Missouri now. And they'v had some amazing results. Basically they'v been observing what he refers to as an extended family group which includes adults and juveniles. They'v had several fairly close encounters but have not been threatened at all. Mike's take is that they are as curious about us as we are about them. Kris from the Pacific Northwest. Grew up in Clackamas County Oregon, so if you are familiar with Bigfoot, you know that is a highly active area. I have always "Believed" in Bigfoot as a child. Living where I did, you couldnt help but hear of the sightings and history of Sasquatch in that area. It wasnt until the early fall of 1989 that I had my first sighting and became a "Knower". It was outside of Castle Rock, Washington on the back side of Silver Lake. An 8ft male with grey hair and beard. Before that I dabbled in it. After that I started seriously investigating and gleeming anything I could about them. Plus spending hours and hours out in the woods looking for more. Around 10 years ago I moved to mid Missouri. Still read about sightings but pretty much gave up looking.

Jim has lived his entire life in the crosstimbers of McClain county in an area with a local legend about a monster that roams the creek. He grew up hearing of his families encounters with the creature. He always had a love of science and dad and grandpa taught him about the woods in the old choctaw ways. He went on to go to college, getting degrees in Biology, and Natural science.. He ran into a bigfoot one day in the bottoms and decided to learn more about the creature, turning his skills as a woodsman/ tracker and as a biologist to researching bigfoot. After independently researching bigfoot for about a year, Jim joined the MABRC and as the membership in the western region of Oklahoma grew, the group decided to promote him as the Western State Director in 2009, And he has held the position ever since. The primary goal of the MABRC Western Oklahoma Team is not necessarily finding proof, but rather studying these creatures and learning about their behaviors and needs. Daveid Grew up in central Okla, He joined the Marines when he completed High School. Moved back after 4 yrs, He didnt know he had these things around him growing up but after he started researching he realized they were there while he was growing up and it all exsplains why he alwasy was scared when he went into the woods. He's always been an open minded person ever since he was little and was always fascinated with bigfoot. He remember back in the 1980's he was hiking back in Linsey's Wilderness near Bonaparte and he had thought he seen a bigfoot and he ran all the way home. He will never forget that day. He had a neighbor woman in the late 1980's tell him she saw a tall figure standing along the timberline one night coming through a State Forest and he always thought bigfoot. It wasn't until 2000 that he had really gotten into squatching. Summer of 2000, Connie G. first told him about the bigfoot at her place and the Bear-cat that they saw kill a deer and he got very excited. He started spending a lot of time down there and he had a close up encounter with a huge gray bigfoot one day on the creek that just vanished before my eyes. Ever since then He's been hooked. He's now a serious investigator and is currently tracking a group in a couple State Park's.

He's disabled but he still get around quite well, He has 5 Habitation sitesthat he's currently working on. He's had 1 very bad sighting/encounter where he was in fear of his life!! On top of the 5 sightings I have had several other events that have occurred over my whole life. He know of these beings!! He's gifted them for about one year. His hotspot is a very good Habitation site. He took about 85 pictures here last year over a 5 week period when they were carrying in trees to build blinds and structures. These trees weigh in excess of 3,000 pounds. This is an amazing site!!! They carried one smaller log up into the trees about 30 feet and ran it between two trees. It looks like a tightrope made out of a log. He use to drive school bus for 15 years and he worked for a security company for several years where he had to be bonded for 1,000,000.00 dollars. He is an honest, God fearing man who has had a life changing experience that he would like to share with you listeners.

He was also a volunteer firefighter and have taken many fire,safety and medical training courses and he's also taught classes on Farm rescue, He retired after 25 years of service at Sandy Twp. Well he went to the meeting and that is when he wanted to solve the BIGFOOT mystery!!! That was in MARCH,then in MAY he went on a camping trip to the WAYNE NATIONAL FOREST! That is when he had his first encounter with BIGFOOT! It lasted all night long!! Then in SEPTEMBER of that same year in the same location he had a second encounter!Both of those encounters are on the BFRO web site under GALLIA county,OHIO! After his second encounter he started going to all of the OHIO BIGFOOT CONFERENCES!! Meeting new friend's and fellow researcher's!! When the weather is right he is out in the field doing research!!I he has learned a lot!! Every time he thinks hes got some thing figured out ,the SQUATCH will do some thing else to disprove his theories!I Mark love SQUATCHING here in OHIO! Lived in the perfect country home surrounded by old growth forests and a creek just 60 yards from his back door that was always full of fish. Stayed in the woods fishing, and playing all day he never thought their was anything other than a stray wolf that might hurt me, that until one late night in the early 70's whan a middle aged woman that lived about a half mile away came to our home for help. She stated she heard a noise behind her home, when she looked out back she saw a giant hairy man looking at her. Scared to death she got her kids out of bed and came straight to our home. Being a small boy he believed what any adult said, so living along the same creek he watched diligently to see this scary monster for myself. As he grew up watching the movie "The Legend Of Boggy Creek ", listening to accounts from witnesses but never seeing anything his self he began to question if it existed at all. He finished high school at Arkansas High in Texarkana Arkansas where this subject came up from time to time, and later went to college. By that time he thought he knew everything in the world, and creature such as that could not possibly exist, afterall nobody hunted ,fished, camped ,explored, and worked in these woods more than he did. In 1994 his outdoor life finally caught up with him, he was diagnosed with Lymes disease. And after a case of Rock Mountian Spotted fever a few years before his immune system was shot enough to eventually cause his retirement as a Paramedic a few years later. Part of my story has been told in Lyle Blackburns book "Beast of Boggy Creak", and on 2 cable shows "Americas Monsters, and Mysteries", and "Finding Bigfoot".

One night in October of 1995, they were driving over a desolate mountain road and that is when it happened. They came around a sharp bend, and there was this 8 foot tall ape like man on the side of the road. He quickly crossed the road, 10 feet from the car, looking at them briefly, then taking off down a steep rocky ravine. Ever since then she have been searching and researching about this mysterious creature. He Took a serious interest in sasquatch in September 2011 in which he had a face to face encounter with a juvenile sasquatch. After the encounter he entertained a family of sasquatch for a period of 3 months until the snow fell and they left the area. Joseph has taken a liking to the activity known as "SQUATCHING" and has been doing it since. Jim has lived his entire life in the crosstimbers of McClain county in an area with a local legend about a monster that roams the creek. He grew up hearing of his families encounters with the creature. He always had a love of science and dad and grandpa taught him about the woods in the old choctaw ways. He went on to go to college, getting degrees in Biology, and Natural science.. He ran into a bigfoot one day in the bottoms and decided to learn more about the creature, turning his skills as a woodsman/ tracker and as a biologist to researching bigfoot. After independently researching bigfoot for about a year, Jim joined the MABRC and as the membership in the western region of Oklahoma grew, the group decided to promote him as the Western State Director in 2009, And he has held the position ever since. The primary goal of the MABRC Western Oklahoma Team is not necessarily finding proof, but rather studying these creatures and learning about their behaviors and needs. Daveid Grew up in central Okla, He joined the Marines when he completed High School. Moved back after 4 yrs, He didnt know he had these things around him growing up but after he started researching he realized they were there while he was growing up and it all exsplains why he alwasy was scared when he went into the woods. On one cold Saturday in Dec 1981 while hunting, a doe ran under his deer stand while she was being chased by a Bigfoot. Little did he know that it would be a life changing event for him. He started a family and got a divorce. Then he was a single parent of a sweet little girl. After his parents both passed away he wanted a change and to have a more mild winter to live through each year. So through the internet he found his current home and sold his old home and bought this one in northern Missouri. They moved there in the summer of 2007. He has always loved the outdoors and nature. His daughter went back to South Dakota to live and that seemed to help as far as the bigfoots are concerned. He has always been a fan of shows like Lost Tapes and anything scifi Finding Bigfoot, Monsterquest and any Ancient Legends. So he thought well he lives in a forest full of game. Think he will try doing some calls and wood knocks. And sometimes he would get a faint something. In 2009 he was in a accident that left him somewhat handicapped. Having his leg shattered really slowed him down and kept him from all he wanted to do here. So he is getting by and April of this year he had his first sighting. So he reluctantly became a researcher. He hope that maybe things that he does will help others to be successful in interacting with Bigfoot in a peaceful manner.

His research in paleoprimatology and paleoanthropology has taken him from the skeletal cabinets of far-flung international museums, to the remote fossil beds of South America, Korea and Hawaii. He has published extensively on the evolutionary history of Neotropical primates and has described several new extinct species. More recently his attention has returned to the emergence of modern human walking; he edited and contributed to the influential book, From Biped to Strider: the Emergence of Modern Human Walking Running and Resource Transport (Kluwer/ Plenum, 2004). Jim Sherman was born and raised in Michigan and spent his youth in the woods camping, hiking and hunting. He went to Alma college on a theater scholarship and acted to pay for college expenses. Realizing that theater was not going to provide any financial security Jim took his life-long interest in history and made a career in education. He has taught both middle school and high school and currently teaches at Beverly Hills Wylie E. Groves High School. While teaching classes in Advanced Placement European as well as American history, Jim also coaches girls cross country. He participates in triathlons but most of his summers are spent either with his wife and daughter biking, swimming or camping or in the field researching bigfoot.

Join Elusive1 as he welcomes Rodger Whitehead to the show, I am in Northwest Alabama, from a little town here called Killen. I am now a manager for the largest concrete producer in the world. For 8 years I was a paranormal investigator and founder of Tempus Paranormal Research Group, which I shut down a month ago. I came into the field of Squatching through Paul Hulsey, which is a very long story when you have time to hear it. Anyway, late last fall, Paul ended up inviting me on a squatching expedition into Bankhead National Forest with himself and the Bigfoot Chicks. That was all it took, I was hooked. I was still doing the paranormal investigations and doing a little squatching from time to time as well. That is until one night in January of this year when a demon followed me home from a paranormal investigation. It took me several weeks to pray that thing away, and thought I was going to have to bring in clergy to finally get rid of it. But one day it was gone and hasn't returned. I decided that was it for me. I concentrated all my energy and efforts on Squatching after that. I had my first face-to-face encounter with a Squatch on 6 April of this year, which I have come to understand is quite rare, as many investigators go their whole lives never actually encountering one. As I am still getting my feet wet in "Squatching", I have not yet acquired much of the equipment necessary for investigations such as this. Previously, all of my equipment was used in the more or less "controlled" environments of paranormal investigations such as "ghost hunting,""haunted houses," and or other places that afforded me shelter from much of the elements.

After graduating from University of Maryland in 1994 with a degree in Anthropology, He began working in the field of Native American Health Care creating culturally appropriate models of HIV/ AIDS prevention for Urban Native Two -Spirit ( GLBT)populations. Apart from being a part time editor and camera grip, his father Doug Hajicek producer of MonsterQuest, has invited him on several research expeditions involving Sasquatch in northern Ontario. In 2007 During the filming of "Sasquatch Attack," the cabin, in which he was staying, was attacked by something unknown, presumably a Bigfoot. A year later Blane and his father went back to do more research in the same location, this time without the camera crew. During the second trip to Ontario's Snellgrove lake, the cabin was once again attacked. From these trips and experiences he has opened his eyes to the existence of a large primate living in North America and Blane hopes to continue his research. Blane hopes to join the Minnesota Bigfoot Research Team and help in their efforts to help prove the existence of Bigfoot & to get protection for them as well.

Join Elusive1 as he welcomes David Rodriguez to the show. David Rodriguez is a 55 yr old Oregon resident who has had a number of encounters with Sasquatch over the last 35 years. Dave is an avid outdoorsman, hunter, and self made naturalist, having spent untold amount of time solo in woods, which is probably a key contributor for his many encounters. Dave has worked in the woods and fought wildland fires for many years as well, plus he has taken on various community projects where he lives. His first visual encounter of a Sasquatch occurred back in 1977 in Yosemite National Park where he lived and worked. He along with his buddy who was asleep in the passenger seat, almost ran into a bigfoot late at night when it crossed the road in front of his vehicle. Dave figures he skidded to within 25' eye to eye as it looked down at him, thus starting a long journey of examination of theories and occasional interaction with these beings. His most recent 'major' face to face encounter was while deer hunting in the Cascades 7 yrs ago, when just before dark a Sasquatch came crashing through the woods in a very aggressive manner to cut him off along the trail. Dave and his German Shepherd companion then had to approach the sasquatch if he wanted to pass it before darkness, coming to within 22 feet of him at the closest. Having had the many encounters of his past, allowed him presence of mind to avoid a deadly confrontation and possibly becoming just another statistical lost hunter. Instead he spoke very calmly to the sasquatch with a plea to be peaceful, while of course holding his finger steady on the trigger of his rifle and praying. Admittedly he was never so afraid in his life, and with a large dog at his side, he was able to keep the situation calm instead of one of survival.

Had some unexplained events happen up there to. They were Cannibals???? until Religion was introduced in the 1800s. My family settled here during the 1850s Gold Rush in the High Country in Victoria. They dealt with Yowies during the years they lived there without problems. Sometimes even being helped by them. The stories they passed down to me made me grow up believing that they were just another living being in our Bush. I was 16 or17 when I came across mine. I was camped out near a Beach in East Gippsland Victoria and my mates had met a couple of girls. They dropped me off not far from camp and I was walking home. It was just on Sunset and light rain was falling, I had about 1/2 a mile to walk along a sandy dirt track. I heard something in the bush not far away travelling parallel to me, There was lots of wildlife in the area so i was not concerned. It stayed about the same distance and I could not see it at all. When I arrived back at our Camp I sat on a log and poked a fire that was just embers and tried to get it going again, I was under a tarp strung between trees. This thing then appeared into the clearing we had set up camp in, it got down low and moved toward me. It was not aggressive in movement or sound so I stayed in my position and reached out my arm in its direction. When it got about 6ft away it reached out its hand as well and we touched hands mine passing over the back of its feeling the skin (it felt like a leather riggers glove) it squatted near me and just kept its head tilted toward me but not looking directly at me.

His interest in this animal began in 1963 when, as a third-year-student in wildlife management at the University of Guelph in Ontario, Canada, He was laughed at for raising the report of an animal described as an "ape-man" for possible discussion. His field work began in 1975 when His family moved to British Columbia, partly in order for him to begin field work on this species. In 1988, his wife and himself found several sasquatch tracks in good condition in the mountains not far from our home on Vancouver Island. Plaster casts which we made from these tracks provided the first physical evidence for the existence of the sasquatch. Wildlife biologists such as hisself regularly depend on tracks and other wildlife sign as evidence for the presence of bears, deer, wolves, and other mammals, recognizing that tracks constitute a more reliable and persistent record of the presence of a mammal species in an area than a fleeting glimpse of the animal itself. Hes satisfied that the sasquatch is an extant (or "real") animal, subject to study and examination like any other large mammal, and am much more concerned with addressing ecological questions such as how it overwinters in the colder regions of North America, than with dwelling on the controversy of whether it does or does not exist. He remain aware, however, that many people—including scientific colleagues—remain unaware of the information that exists about this species.

Mionczynski worked for years with the Interagency Grizzly Bear Study Team and has conducted research regarding factors contributing to the dwindling numbers of bighorn sheep in the U.S. and Canadian Rockies. He has extensive knowledge of ethnobotany and has taught related courses for credit at the Teton Science Schools, the National Outdoor Leadership School, and several colleges. In 1972, while at a base camp for a government sponsored bighorn sheep study, a large upright figure, larger than the local bears and exhibiting a human-like hand with a distinctive thumb, collapsed Mionczynski’s tent. The creature, which Mionczynski heard breathing at a rate of six breaths per minute, threw pine cones at him as he spent the rest of the night at his campfire. Since then, he has followed up on similar sightings and experiences and has become familiar with American Indian knowledge of the sasquatch.

She don’t even remember the name of the movie, only that it was VERY scary, and well, that was the extent of my interest in all things Bigfoot until the summer of 2005. She got to see the Bigfoot plenty of times and hang out with it and that’s all that’s really important to her. she can tell the other aspect in her book and she can tell it any way she want to, and she will, but for now she does not want to sully any further this beautiful and awe inspiring experience. Another strange aspect to her encounter is that for months about a year before she first saw it in her yard, She could feel it watching her from up on the mountain beside her house. she would call it from her garden. She was grieving horribly during that time and for some strange reason she felt a calm just thinking it might be there. It was and she wasn’t fully aware until she saw it. John Gummoe and Dave Wilson\ and Art Eastlick. Well, John was not a musician, but Dave and Art were, and they had heard about this local All Navy Talent Contest being held in San Diego so they went for it. They managed third place. They had nothing better to do at the time so they started playing locally around San Diego. The name ..? They called themselves The Thundernotes! To make a long story short ... They invaded Hollywood one time and one lead led to another until they had managed their first recording contract on the Donna lable, and subsiderary of DelFi Records. DelFi, owned and managed by Bob Keene, had among their roster Richie Valens, Little Ceasar & The Romans, Johnny Crawford, etc.Their one and only record was instrumental on both sides... "Thunder Rhythm" and "Payday". They left Delfi and went back to San Diego to regroup. New members were being added to the group that he wasn't getting along with and he was getting antsy to do country, so they had a parting of the ways. Later on, He was invited to attend their new recording session on Valiant Records as a guest. The band was now known as The Cascades. Join Elusive1 & Evie as they welcome the legendary John Green to the show,John Willison Green (born February 12, 1927) is a retired Canadian journalist and a leading researcher into the Bigfoot phenomenon. He is a graduate of both the University of British Columbia and Columbia University and has a database of more than 3000 sighting and track reports, leading some to affectionately refer to him as "Mr. Sasquatch". Green first began investigating Sasquatch sightings and track finds in 1957 after meeting René Dahinden and the two researchers collaborated in interviewing witnesses and sharing information of alleged sightings. A year later Green was shown a series of 15" tracks crossing a sandbar beside Bluff Creek in California so deeply impressed as to indicate a weight many times that of any potential hoaxer. He has been trying ever since to establish what it is that makes the tracks. Green is also the only surviving person to have investigated the original Sasquatch tracks reported in Bluff Creek, California in the summer of 1958. As a renowned authority in the field, Green has appeared as a keynote speaker at all three of the major scientific Sasquatch symposia held so far. Green has authored several Sasquatch books, including Sasquatch: The Apes Among Us, still widely regarded by many as the single best book yet written on the subject.[citation needed] It has recently been re-issued, along with an updated combination of the two earlier books and is entitled The Best of Sasquatch Bigfoot. Green currently resides in Harrison Hot Springs, British Columbia. Diana is Vice President of Believe It Tour and when the team is on an adventure she's the one handling the complex trip logistics and keeping everything on track. Diana's background is a diverse one as she's been in both the science and creative worlds. As a classically trained scientist she's been a Global Director of Regulatory Affairs and Quality Systems for top medical device companies in California and New York. She later leveraged this experience when she founded a consulting firm that worked with established and start-up medical device and pharmaceutical companies to bring new technology to market. She was also co-founder and CFO of an award winning commercial photography studio in Southern California. From the time she was little, Diana loved to read and was fascinated with tales of adventure and people that explored new places. So when Steve mentioned this project, Ian was happy to offer his time to document the possible locations before they change further and the last of the people who were there gone." Dan’s resume is interesting since he has worked in numerous states for different organizations such as the National Wildlife Federation, Dept. of the Army, WI DNR & Bureau of Endangered Species. He has been involved with wildlife since a child and as a photographer has visited over 40 states, Australia, Tasmania, Hispaniola and Costa Rica. His wildlife images have been published in over 70 different books and magazines and currently he is preparing to do galleries in major cities. His interest in BF fieldwork took off while in the BFRO. The past 2 years he is back at it investigating local and distant reports around the country. Dan helped coordinate the Cumberland Monster episode for the BFRO and helped them document the Bigfoot Symposium in CA in 03.

He specializes in computational physics, and has used computer calculations to study the doping of semiconductors, elastic stress in composite materials, single atom nanowires, and the use of carbon nanotubes as biochemical sensors. He has also used computers to analyze laboratory data, including the enhancement of microscope images.
Dr. Ciani has had interests in photography and the graphic and auditory arts for over two decades, and although not formally part of a scientist's education, image and waveform analysis and enhancement are frequently employed skills.
Dr. Ciani's interest in bigfoot properly started in late 2007, when a series of new and old Discovery Network programs alerted him to the possibility that bigfoot had backing with substantial amounts of physical evidence, and was more prevalent than a reclusive animal isolated to the Pacific Northwest. After reading through the BFRO database, Dr. Ciani realized that the reports (with a few exceptions) formed a reasonably consistent pattern of behavior, and that bigfoot could only possibly be two things: a real creature present throughout the World, and a cross-cultural popular myth, perpetuated by lies (tall tales and hoaxes) and sightings.
Dr. Ciani took to the nearby woods and found, "enough to keep looking."

John’s resume is long, as he has been doing fieldwork and research for over 30 years. John is also known for his ability to detect deception and know when someone is lying. John teaches deception detection, and was the first bigfoot researcher to “debunk” the very public Penn & Teller hoax a few years back. John is a former curator with the BFRO. John has been interviewed on multiple television shows and radio programs, and also hosted live bigfoot expeditions on the Jeff Rense program.
Montra Freitas initially partnered with Kathy Strain back in the late 1990’s, discovering the “nest” together while doing research in Tuolome county. Along with Bob Strain, Montra and Kathy created and hosted the first of two bigfoot field training camps called “Operation Odyssey” back in 2004. In 2007, Montra, John, Kathy and Bob collaborated to hold the second training camp (Operation Odyssey II) for interested researchers. Montra is a former curator of the BFRO, and along with her brother Kevin, was the assigned investigator on the Marble Mountains case, obtaining the well known video.

He was educated at the University of Guelph (Ontario, Canada) and at the University of Wisconsin (USA). After beginning his career in Canada in 1963, he worked internationally with the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA) and the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) of the United Nations from 1965 until 1991. During this time he worked and taught in Africa, Asia, the Caribbean, and Central America. There he was involved in wildlife surveys, the preparation and implementation of wildlife management measures, and conservation education.3 Bindernagel's interest in the sasquatch, which began in 1965, influenced a family decision to relocate from central Canada to British Columbia in 1975. He continues to be involved in wildlife research and resides on Vancouver Island with his wife Joan. In this, his second book about the sasquatch, he explores the discovery of the sasquatch in the context of the philosophy and history of science.

Join Elusive1 & Shane as they welcome John Phillips to the Show, John was basically unaware of the world of bigfootery until the end of 2001 when an acquaintance (goes by the screen name of WoodsWatcher) intoduced me and a friend (JW) to this subject. Through him, I then met the person known in this arena by the handle of BulletMaker and who lives in Rogers county Oklahoma. Along with another acquaintance (Screen name of DG) the four of us subsequently made a trip to Talihina, Oklahoma to visit with one of the participants (TimberGhost) in the event dubbed "The Seige at Honobia" which had occurred a couple winters earlier.
At that point in time my interest was piqued (along with the others) by the apparent fact there were individuals offering a large sum of cash to whomever could deliver the first carcass. Subsequently, we (WW, DG & me) were invited to participate in a "hunt" on property belonging to the family of an individual known as Monster Hunter. This place is located in DeSoto Parish and found in the northwestern section of Louisiana.
The experiences of that event along with a couple other subsequent field experiences (i.e., The Cookout event) began to lead me to the conclusion that the act of killing one of these beings (UHS, for short) for profit was not the path to travel.

After graduating from Mesa High School, Mitch joined the Air Force as an Airman Basic, and worked his way through the ranks to Major. He became one of the five Space Operations Officers in the military that advised the General in NORAD/USSPACECOMMAND on space technologies and capabilities. Nothing got into or out of the world’s atmosphere without him knowing about it. Mitch retired from the Military in 1993 and worked for several aerospace and semiconductor companies until the present. In 1995-96 Mitch and his wife, Susan Farnsworth, cooperated in writing the book, “the Mogollon Monster, Arizona’s Bigfoot”. This book was a collection of campfire stories that were told by Mitch’s relatives while sitting around a campfire during hunting season. Mitch was never a believer in the stories, but they were part of his heritage. The book eventually sold out and was not reprinted.

He is a Partner with Ron Morehead in Sierra Sounds. The following is his account of how he got involved with the Bigfoot phenomenon. "A number of years ago, I was a newspaper reporter and a freelance journalist, and had the questionably good fortune to encounter Bigfoot, as the phenomenon is called. At a remote deer hunters' camp in the Sierras, I and several other men were witness to a "presence," if you like, of several creatures who were crafty enough to avoid observation, but freely vocalized and whistled, several times, without doubt, to us, and left big prints of bare feet around in the snow and pine mat. Things like this happened not once in my presence, but several times, from late September through the first week on November when a heavy snowfall drove us out of the 9,000-foot-high wilderness area.I hiked into this camp with pre-knowledge that the hunters claimed strange things had happened there, beginning the previous season. I backpacked with a state-of-the-art Sony portable tape-recorder, some plaster of Paris, and my wits, thoroughly convinced someone was pulling someone's leg, that it might be mine, and that I would expose the hunters' "mystery."The first time "in" nothing happened, but I saw some inordinately large, but old, toe-ball-and-heel foot impressions at a sandy location. They seemed static, but I didn't dismiss them. I rather figured this was evidence that the finger pointed back at one or more of the hunters and some jest.The second time in, things were different. As dusk became dark night, something approached camp from a ridge above, rapping on wood or rocks as it came.

He had one of the most crediable bigfoot sighting in Oregon On July 1, 2000, Johnson left his wife and three children briefly on the Big Tree Loop Trail at Oregon Caves National Monument, answering nature’s call. He’d previously heard odd “whoa, whoaa, whoaa” sounds, and smelled a skunk-like stench. As a former marine he trained marines in marksmanship, navigation, weapons and other skills necessary for the backbone of the Corps.. The grunts (infantryman). As a W.S.S.I. (Water Safety Survival Instructor) He taught and qualified marines to survive and fight in water enviornments. He also coordinated the safety aspect of marines training with new amphibious technology. Being a soldier in a MASH unit took him to remote areas of Central America performing tooth extractions and minor oral surgery in primitive conditions. Smokey also played a major role in the fabulous Alaska oil pipeline stretching across the barren ice country from Prudhoe Bay to Valdez.
