Joshua was a very shy kid who struggled with self-esteem issues, anxiety and depression and as a result he struggled to navigate relationships. Josh focused on building love and respect for himself as he worked on his body and mind and soon became a half-naked butler who came face to face with the Producers of Love Island as they considered him for a part.
What happened next was an incredible journey of finding himself, finding his partner, exploring the world and building a business that is focused on helping people to truly love themselves and to find their partner in a swipe-right, quick fix relationship world.
If you would like insight on how to become more confident, how to find the right relationship or want to be inspired by a man who is on a mission to help truly make a difference in the lives of lovers all over the world, then this is the podcast episode for you.

Dr Thomas Lau is a chiropractor with a difference.
Whilst most chiropractors build their local practice, Dr Lau has been sharing his wisdom on TikTok and as a result has amassed 570,000 followers and 7 million likes - all down to his unique way of presenting information and advice on how to understand your body, how it works and how to improve your health.
This conversation with Dr Lau fascinated me - not only do we learn about the rise of “medfluencers” who are taking a traditional in person practice and expanding their brand online, but we also learn the secrets of building a significant online profile through creating content that powerfully connects with your audience.
If you are a medical professional, or work with people at a traditionally one to one level and are wanting to learn how to grow a global brand. Or, you haven’t quite managed to go “TikTok viral” but want to learn how then this is the episode for you.

This week we take a break from the conversations with the incredible celebrities, influencers and experts who have agreed to feature on Inspo to share with you some very exciting news.
Twelve months ago Inspo was simply an idea.
I didn’t know whether Inspo was financially viable.
I wasn’t sure whether talent would actually want to join the site and offer wisdom, knowledge and insight and…
… I certainly didn’t know how to get started with tech.
And now we are starting the process of onboarding over 100 amazing individuals who have agreed to feature on the platform.
In this episode I share with you a review of what has happened over the past 12 months. I offer insights into what we intend to become and I finally announce what is going to happen over the next few weeks.
After 12 months of pouring time, money and energy into Inspo I am so excited to share with you our going live updates in this episode.
So, what are you waiting for? Hit play and get ready for a serious amount of Inspo to come your way!
Like many young people in their twenties heading off to University Nadia Sayers had little awareness about the importance of mental health. Whilst at University Nadia hit a dark place of depression, struggled with an eating disorder and in her own words “didn’t want to exist any more.”
Thankfully Nadia had an incredible group of friends and family around her who physically picked her up and took her back to her family home to recover.
With a desire to push herself out of her comfort zone Nadia entered a beauty pageant. As part of the pageant participants were required to commit their time to positively benefitting the world and found herself working with a mental health charity for young people.
After meeting young people who were struggling with their mental health, and seeing these individuals face their biggest fears, a passion was ignited within Nadia to dedicate her life to working in this sector.
Despite not winning the beauty pageant Nadia persevered and ultimately became Miss Universe Ireland 2020. Nadia is now involved in an impressive charity that works with young people teaching them the importance of mental health and helping those who are struggling all through the power of comic books.
Nadia’s mental health challenge is sadly common to many. However, it was what Nadia chose to do with her life as a result of her challenges that is outstanding. Nadia’s dedication to educate young people on the topic of mental health and provide them access to information that relates to them, in the way that she never had, is nothing short of remarkable.
We are so grateful that Nadia has agreed to feature on Inspo and share her experience both as a beauty pageant participant and model but also provide positive advice to those who are seeking information on mental health particularly related to young people.

From the age of 11, Jamie had dedicated his life to becoming an athlete - he was disciplined, focused and was offered a sports scholarship at the University of Illinois. After making a decision to not take that scholarship he joined a Russian pole vaulting team to pursue his quest to achieve his sporting ambitions.
Jamie realised that he wasn’t the best in the world at his sport and that being an athlete wasn’t financially feasible for him and so he travelled to Ireland and continued his life of adventure.
Jamie trained to become a police officer and a lifeguard and ultimately entered the yachting industry and travelled the world. Jamie worked hard playing his role in keeping the yacht charters running for the world’s elite whilst enjoying their helicopters and water toys when he had the chance.
Jamie had multiple discussions about being on Below Deck Down Under, but at the right time and in the right place he became one of the stars of the show.
In this episode Jamie opens up about resilience, creating your own adventures with little money in your account and the discipline that is required to literally live a life of adventure.
We are delighted that Jamie has agreed to feature on Inspo to bring his knowledge and wisdom to our users who both want to get into the yachting industry and to those who are equally passionate about discovering how to live a life of adventure.

At the age of 16 years old Matthew’s life seemed to be going exactly as he wanted it - he was building an incredible physique at the gym, he was disciplined to achieve success and had his whole life ahead of him.
The day after Matthew posted a picture of himself on social media, in the best shape of his life, he jumped off a roof and attempted to take his own life. Whilst this was a failed suicide attempt Mat sustained life changing injuries - a complete spinal cord injury and a brain injury - and was confined to a wheelchair for the rest of his life.
Despite these injuries Mat knew that he had been given a second chance at life and he has committed himself to raising awareness about the importance of looking after mental health. Mat goes into schools and corporations to share his stories, his strategies and to open up important conversations that are helping so many.
We are so honoured to have Mat join us on Inspo where he will provide advice, knowledge and insight on all topics relating to mental health.
Dive into this episode to hear about Mat’s journey, get inspired and learn strategies to protect your own well-being.

When we first came across Dustin on TikTok we were absolutely blown away at how he had managed to not only lose 200lbs but how he had managed to powerfully and vulnerably share his journey with others.
We saw the cries for help in the comments, we saw the questions behind his success and we just knew that we wanted Dustin on Inspo and we are so glad that he agreed.
It was through this interview with Dustin that we began to understand the difficulties in Dustin’s life that led to his weight gain, the real behind-the-scenes challenges that he faced and the inspiration that kept him going.

Many of us can remember being at school with disruptive classmates who were labelled the “naughty” kids. All the struggling, troubled and argumentative kids were put in the same box and shipped off to detention...Often. But now we know better.
Now we know that there is such a thing as an autism spectrum.
We now know that those “troubled kids” were not rude or argumentative on purpose, they were simply misunderstood.
We are so pleased that Chloe Hatch, who featured on Australia’s “Love On The Spectrum” has chosen to be an expert on Inspo supporting, guiding and advising those who are struggling with their own autism journey.
We are equally delighted that Chloe decided to sit down with us, to open up her world, to share her experience and to educate us so that we can help those who are on the spectrum.
Chloe is a very inspiring individual and it’s worth noting that during this recording we had a few tech issues with the sound but we wanted to share this episode anyway. We have also provided the transcript to make sure that you don’t miss out on the incredible insight that Chloe has to offer.
So, turn off distractions, turn up the volume and let’s learn all about living life on the spectrum.

Sean Kanan’s first acting role was that of villain Mike Barnes in the 1989 film “The Karate Kid Part III”, and is currently starring in Netflix’s popular Cobra Kai. Mike is an outstanding actor who has also joined the cast of The Bold & The Beautiful and The Young & The Restless.
It wasn’t simply Mike’s acting skills that led us to having a healthy obsession with wanting him to feature on Inspo - but his lifelong dedication towards making his life seriously count.
During the filming of The Karate Kid Part III Mike suffered internal bleeding, collapsed in his Las Vegas hotel room and underwent life saving surgery. Mike isn’t simply a fighter or an overcomer, he is addicted to making every minute of his life count which has even resulted in the creation of his own Emmy award winning digital drama series “Studio City”.
Mike is trained in the art of Karate, has built endurance and resilience through his near death experience and has committed himself to inspiring his fans to live the way of the Cobra.
We were excited that Mike said yes to joining Inspo and in this interview we discussed the key COBRA philosophies and principles that Mike has used to achieve success after success.

Mitch Hibberd is a former AFL player, winner of Love Island Season 3, is an entrepreneur and social media influencer, a gym junkie and model - Mitch is literally a force to be reckoned with.
We approached Mitch about featuring on Inspo because, from a young age, he has never let anything stop him from achieving what he really wanted.
Passionate about becoming an AFL player, younger Mitch was dedicated to achieving that goal, however, a sporting injury crushed his childhood dream.
During this conversation Mitch was real, raw and honest about the devastating impact that his injury had on his childhood dream but equally shares his resilience and determination that fuels him to live life to the full which is why we believe that Mitch is perfect to provide Inspiration on Inspo.

Kylie Green is the CEO and Founder of The Lime Agency - a leading talent management company here in Australia. Kylie was initially a talent manager that we reached out to with the goal of seeing whether any of her talent would be interested in signing up to Inspo… but little did we know that Kylie was an expert in her own right.
After building a successful company Kylie was single and wanted a child and after the sale of her company she decided to become a “solo-mum” who would find a sperm donor and raise a child on her own. This process was extremely successful for Kylie and suddenly she found other single women wanting to become solo-mum’s and, being an expert she was happy to advise.
Kylie’s story is a powerful one of boldness, bravery, knowing what you want and going for it.
We are absolutely delighted to have invited Kylie to become an expert on the Inspo platform and in this episode of the Inspo podcast I sit down with Kylie to learn more about her courageous and inspiring story.

There is a flurry of activity going on behind the scenes of Inspo - from building the tech to legals and agreements, from securing major global talent to planning launch strategies.
At this particular point in time, given the economic struggle that the start-up industry is facing, I wanted to speak to someone who knows a thing or two about building start-ups and I am grateful that Steve Grace found time to talk.
Steve Grace is the founder of The Nudge Group, a global company that is focused on connecting world-class talent with start-ups and scale-ups, he is very experienced in the start-up world and is an Antler Angel who invests in numerous businesses.
Steve was also one of the very first people, outside of my circle, that I shared the vision for Inspo with, at a conference at the beginning of the year.
With such a depth of experience and knowledge of the start-up landscape Steve was the perfect person to sit down with to discuss the current state of Inspo, of building the start-up, to seek advice on growth strategies and to gain understanding when it comes to the economic issues facing the startup world.
If you are on your own start-up journey or you are someone who is chasing your own adventure then this is the episode to listen to!

From the moment she was born it seems that it was destined for Carole Baskin not to simply fall in love with big cats, but to play a crucial role in ending the captivity of big cats that led to the death and slaughter of so many.
Having committed her life to this cause Carole was propelled into the lives of 64million+ homes as she starred in Netflix’s Tiger King - the story of the controversy that surrounded Carole Baskin and Joe Exotic.
Everybody seems to have an opinion of Carole. However, what I have learned in getting to know Carole is that we should never make assumptions of a persona based upon a glorified Netflix documentary or indeed, listen to the opinion that the world has formed about someone without pursuing the opportunity to get to know the individual themselves.
As you will discover from this interview Carole Baskin is one inspiring individual who is focused on achieving a purposeful mission and who has learnt to ignore the voices of others believing that whatever bad happens - it can always be turned into good.
This is a powerful conversation with Carole and one that I thoroughly enjoyed and so I encourage you to dive in, listen and get Inspo.

Inspo, at its very heart, is a tech platform. Mark Bowness, not being a tech guy, has been on a wild journey to find out the best way of building this tech engine. Along this journey Mark has considered trying to raise a minimum of $150k to hire an App company to build the tech, and the possibility of partnering with an App company to build the tech in exchange for shares in the business.
After making an important decision to find a tech co-founder, Mark went on a mission to find a tech expert who was as passionate about Inspo as he was.
In this final episode of the season Mark introduces Jack Rorvek, Inspo’s tech founder and together they are on a mission to build one of the most personalized inspirational platforms on the planet.

Inspo is an app that is being built in Australia that provides fans with the ability to ask experts, celebrities and influences questions of which the answers will help them dramatically improve their lives.
Imagine...
An up and coming soccer player being able to ask a pro how they can improve their game.
Or, a Mum asking a New York Times Bestselling Parenting Expert how to manage the chaos at home.
Or even being able to ask a leading LGBTQI Influencer advice on coming out.
That is the vision of Inspo. This podcast follows the dream of turning that vision into a reality.
