Burnout among busy professionals is reaching epidemic proportions, and resulting in unhappiness, impaired mental health and shortened careers. The Agile Business Athlete Show is an exciting new podcast from Leanne Spencer that promises to show you how to beat burnout and have more fun using the simple and effective Agile Business Athlete methodology. The methodology is built around the notion of cadence.
