The grand daddy of all real estate words is Cashflow. I personally have a love-hate relationship with the word cashflow. The reason? Cashflow depends on personal variables you're using to own such property.
One of the main questions I'm asked when investing is.. How much cash flow should my rental property be producing?
Should? Let me tell you, it ALWAYS.... ALWAYS depends on your personal situation.
