The first in Noise, Baby!'s Soothing Spaces series, this was hand-recorded on June 4th, 2022 at Grouse Creek in North Idaho. The creek sits in a dense conifer forest, on this day it was raining steadily and dripping with mists. You can hear the creek flow subtly change over time.

I've juiced this with a doubled copy of the creek—lowpassed it at 432hz—allowing for a nice anchor tone in the lower frequencies.
