“The truest masculine version of view is your authentic self.” -Darren Reilly
How do you become your true self?
What makes it possible for us to connect with ourselves, and why is it so important?
In today's episode, we'll talk with Darren about exploring the new conceptual framework of masculine management, which leads to more balanced individuals and becoming the best version of oneself.
Darren Reilly is the founder of Brotherhood Coaching and Consulting, a space that has been thriving for the past three years and was created for men to harness a new paradigm of healthy masculinity held in the balance of being both strong and gentle. Under the influence of names such as Tony Robbins, Scott Harris, and Luke Hawkins, he has truly harnessed his own teachings and is a permission piece for men and women all over the globe. Having lacked proper guidance and facilitation along his own journey, he is trained in assisted psychotherapy and is dedicated to a life of high performance. He's integrated this into his teachings so that men may feel connected to their fellow brothers but also connected to themselves, allowing them to live a life on mission.

“The more effort that you put into it, the greater distance or the greater outcome you're going to achieve.” -Charlotte McKinnon
Are you tired of getting up in the morning and putting one foot in front of another?
Are you ready to stop and admit that you can't get it done because you are too tired, unmotivated, or overwhelmed?
Momentum is about keeping going, no matter what. It's about learning from your mistakes and finding new ways to challenge yourself, rather than giving up and saying "that's not for me". If you keep working towards your goal, then eventually momentum will take place. Keep going. You will get there!
In today's episode, I will talk about what momentum actually is and how to keep it going as you keep achieving your goals. I'll also explain its importance and how it affects our daily lives.

"When I think of happiness, I think of dogs who are safe and secure." -Tom Wright
Are you a furr parent?
How do you bond with your pets?
This episode highlights a holistic approach to dog training to ensure that dogs' needs are addressed with healthy, safe, and non-problematic outlets. It provides insight into how animals think and feel about themselves and the world around them, as well as how to assist them in adapting to their environment, allowing them to prosper and be healthy.
My guest today is Tom Wright. His love and passion for dog behavior started in 2009 whilst traveling in South-East Asia. With so many street dogs in dire conditions, he couldn’t just stand back and watch the suffering so the travels turned into a volunteering mission. He got stuck into shelter work—feeding the dogs, washing the new arrivals, and tending to them in any way he could. He became fascinated with how the animals interacted with each other and humans. Fast forward 12 years, Tom is now a fully qualified Fear-Free Certified Trainer, a Separation Anxiety Pro Trainer, and a member of PPGA.
Check out these episode highlights:
