My children getting baptized has truly left me undone. I am over & beyond grateful to God for how far He has brought my girls and I. Ain’t nothing about my adult life has been easy, however I have somehow managed to keep going and is now seeing the fruits of my labor manifest right before my eyes. We all know the world’s way of handling conflicts and dealing with those who have wronged us, but Jesus teaches us His way of handling those who have mishandled us. When you began to see things His way and decide to follow His lead, it will always lead you in the right direction. Although it doesn’t feel good to turn the other way when we want to retaliate, we must obey. If we truly say we are Christians and are believers of Christ we have to learn to follow His lead and not lean into our own understanding. We are all on this process of discovery that most of us have no idea we are on. What exactly is the “Process of Discovery” It is the life-long journey to discovering who you are. It is a never-ending process that you will continue to encounter in every season of your life. Having a clear understanding of this helps you take this journey with Jesus very serious. Why? Because once you understand that He is constantly processing you, you will let go of who you think you are and embrace the person He’s molding you to be. It’s a beautiful journey, sit back and take this ride with Him. He’s with you through it all!!

In all honesty; I don’t think we as a people know what a true friend is… it seems that “friendship” title gets thrown around so often that we haven’t realized half of the people we’re calling friends are in reality not that at all. After that realization, you may not know where they stand in your life or you in there’s, but we have to be honest and acknowledge that a real friend in this lifetime is truly hard to find. In God’s Word, we read plenty of times where it is said that we ought to pray one to another. But how many of us take that seriously? We often times get discouraged and distracted because we’re trying to copy what we see. There’s nothing wrong with getting inspiration & ideas from those you look up to. But, when it becomes an all out obsession to be them, you have now disregarded the very unique “YOU” that God created. God is too creative to watch us be copycats. However, it takes spending time with Him to truly know who you are, through His eyes! Seek Him, there’s so many things this world has not seen because we’re waiting on your creativity!!!
