The purpose of this podcast is to stir up Christians and help them fall in love with the Bible and to show them that the Book has all the answers. I hope to show folks from the word of God the truths about daily life and how it, the Bible, can help them in every walk of life. The Bible is the ultimate source of truth, and the only source of absolute truth. Please comment and send me questions @ Christofersonaaron@gmail.com!
It may seem to some these are tough days and maybe they are. Where do you turn when you are overwhelmed? have you ever been overwhelmed like David describes in Psalms? Do you know when you are overwhelmed? Are you honest enough to admit when you are? Who or what will you turn to?
We must remember to apply what we read in the Bible to ourselves. We must not think about others and think, "Oh, THAT person really should read this." Apply it to yourself and maybe, just maybe, the Lord will get somewhere with you.
The Lord really puts a lot of emphasis on words does He not? He cares about what we say. The old saying of "sticks and stones shall brake my bones but words can never hurt me?" That is not true in the least is it? As Christians, we really need to watch our tongues, lest the waging thereof causes destruction and pain.
We began last week with a basic look at "truth" in the Old Testament. This episode takes a look at what God has to say about truth in the new.
God says that if you cannot hear rebuke you are a scorner. Something to think about next time you are rebuked.
Sometimes we go through our days without thinking about God or His word. What a shame. While reading through this Proverbs verse 14 really stuck out to me. A question to ask ourselves at the end of each day could be as follows. Have the words that I have spoken today brought forth good fruit? Or have they brought forth contention and irritation? Have they hurt a brother or sister in Christ? Have they been a bad example to your children? Your family?
Once we see how God categorizes a fool. I must admit, I have played the fool in times past. have you?
Oh how beautiful are Gods words to us. What a breath of fresh air IT brings. Wisdom and knowledge. Do you know where to find them and how to walk after them?
In this first episode of truth, we are going to see what the Bible has to say about the word "truth". I hope through this you will be stirred to study it out more and learn how you can serve Him in truth? Do you know what that means? If not, go study it! Enjoy and to God be all the glory and preeminence.
We need to watch our minds folks and our focus. Is it on this world too much? Have we gotten slightly out of balance? If so, let's take this opportunity to get back on the right track and know that no matter what, God is still on the throne. We still serve Him and love Him. Let us continue to walk with Him and sing His praises.
There are many layers in this proverbs. Think about it. What similarities do you see between Pro 7 and this world and your own flesh?
Sometimes we get use to reading a Proverb a day and maybe stop paying as close attention to what God is telling us. We need to remember that every word of God is pure, tried in a furnace of fire seven times. It is perfect, and thus should be headed with all our might. I hope these reading from Proverbs has uplifted or helped you in your daily walk with the Lord.
Proverbs is continually reminding us to pay attention and learn about wisdom and knowledge. Notice it does not speak about the worlds wisdom and knowledge in a favorable light.
Tried something knew with this recording. If you can, please let me know if you detected what was done with this one. Lord willing, it will have a certain measured impact.
A new year should bring a renewed vigor to us all. With all that is going on in the world these days, do not let the warnings of Gods word go unheeded. God is a longsuffering God, but long-suffering does not mean it does not have an end. There will come a day when He will not answer. Please, do not let the knew year break open too far before you get your sin right with Him.
If you are not saved, your time is running out. Get saved, call upon the name of the Lord and thou shalt be saved! Believe that Jesus Christ died for you, rose again the third day and is now sitting on the right hand side of God in glory.
In this particular reading from the Book of Proverbs, the Lord shows the role of a biblical wife so beautifully. Her price is surely far above rubies.

This episode was an impromptu. I wanted to give you a complete picture of not ONLY Christ's birth, but His crucification and resurrection.
