The My Wellbeing Show is brought to you by Nicky Marshall and Sharon Critchlow. Both authors and international speakers. Both wellbeing presenters. Both accountants. Passionate about improving the wellbeing and happiness of the world one person at a time.
Nicky and Sharon have both been on a personal development journey for more than twenty years and started their wellbeing business before the word was trendy. In fact, their work was labelled 'hippy' despite their early customers being banks, large organisations and national charities! Today they have worked with thousands of employees and individuals, helping them with practical techniques, science and spirituality to enable positive change and happy lives.
They decided on a podcast series to help more people. Whether you are walking the dog, heading to the gym or looking for a boost on a dreary Monday, this should bring a smile and some inspiration.
In each episode they interview some great people and quite often share their own experiences and views. This is the first series. It's bound to evolve. Watch this space!
