This time I drew the Ranger Slayer, which is an alternate version of the first Pink Ranger from Mighty Morphing.
As a kid I loved Power Rangers, never missed an episode, but as the show went by I started losing interest in it, but it's always nice to remember the things we liked as kids.
A couple of years ago I bought the "Power Rangers: Battle for the Grid" videogame, and the story wasn't bad at all, that's where I know the Ranger Slayer from, she was brainwashed to slay the other Rangers, and it's cool to see them all, all power rangers and their big zords fighting... and I have to say, I don't recognize all the ranger's suits :P there's to many kinds of rangers that it's hard for me to keep track of them all.
Anyway, for this drawing I used the following pencils:
5H - for the initial outline
4B - to mark all the outline with more solid lines.
HB - for the shade in lighter places
6B - for the black of the suit
8B - for darker areas in the black suit
2H - for smaller details such as the morpher in her belt
The original image was taken out of a comic book cover that came out along with the videogame to expand the whole storyline.

Hello again!! it's finally Caturday, no more work for a couple of days, yay!
With the whole quarantine issue, we came back at work last october, then back home again this january, and by mid february back to the office again, with all of these changes my schedule got divided, I work 4 ours at my workplace, then 4 or 5 hours at home.
Then some days I work all day from home and barely leave my apartment... my cats were used first to wake me up early to work, then they got used to seeing me all day, and now they're getting used to see me leave some hours and then come back and sit at the computer.
There's one routine that hasn't changed at all, every weekend they know it's time for their wet food, and they simply love it, even if they're sleeping, they come running when they hear I open their food drawer.
After they eat they both lie down to rest, they have plenty of places to lie down but I don't know why they like to rest on the floor after eating.
¡Hola de nuevo! por fin es Caturday, no más trabajo por un par de días, ¡si!
Con todo el tema de la cuarentena, regresamos al trabajo el pasado octubre, luego de regreso a casa en enero, y para mediados de febrero a la oficina de nuevo, con todos estos cambios mi horario quedó dividido, trabajo 4 horas fuera y luego 4 o 5 horas en casa.
Algunos días trabajo todo el día en casa y casi ni salgo de mi departamento... mis gatas estaban acostumbradas a despertarme temprano para el trabajo, luego se acostumbraron a verme todo el día, y ahora se están acostumbrando a verme ir por unas horas y regresar a sentarme a la computadora.
Then, if I'm back at the computer, working or just watching videos, the first one who seeks my attention is Whisky, she always comes and sits over me and wants me to pet her instead of typing on the keyboard or using the mouse.
Si estoy de regreso a la computadora trabajando o viendo videos, la primera que busca mi atención es Whisky, siempre viene y se sienta sobre mi y quiere que la acaricie en vez de estar tecleando o usando el mouse.
She gets my attention every time, work can wait, being bed to one of your cats can't... and she's not the only one looking for my attention, Buffy uses to sit in front of the tv, she doesn't care if I'm just zapping channels or playing videogames, she wants me to look at her, how dare I look at something else but her?
Consigue mi atención siempre, el trabajo puede esperar pero ser la cama de una de tus gatas no puede... y ella no es la única buscando mi atención, Buffy acostumbra a sentarse frente a la tv, no le interesa si estoy pasando canales o jugando videojuegos, siempre quiere que la vea, ¿cómo me atrevo a mirar otra cosa y no a ella?
In the last photo I bet she's thinking: seriously human? you rather watch a fake cat on tv when you have me right here?
So, everything can change from day to day but what can't change is the attention they want and deserve, and specially I can't change the fact that they know that drawer contains their favorite food and they get it on saturdays... and I can't complain, I simply love watching all the things they do.
En la última foto apuesto está pensando: ¿en serio humana? prefieres mirar un gato falso en la tv cuando me tienes aquí?

Hello again!
This time I drew Captain America, I liked how this one turned out, I was pleased with the eyes which are what I usually have problems when drawing... well eyes, nose, face in general, overall I need more practice.
For the drawing I started with a 5H pencil to make all the outline and put some references for the shading. Then with 2B drew the lighter parts of the drawing in order to not get very dark shades where it's supposed to get light.
With 4B I drew the darkest parts and added some final details with B pencil.
This took me about hour and a half to make.

Esta vez dibujé al Capitán América, me gustó como salió este, estoy complacida con los ojos los cuales es con lo que usualmente tengo problemas cuando dibujo... bueno los ojos, nariz, la cara en general, sigo necesitando más práctica.
Para el dibujo comencé con un lápiz 5H para hacer el contorno y poner algunas referencias del sombreado. Luego con el lápiz 2B dibujé las partes más iluminadas del dibujo para no terminar con unas sombras muy oscuras donde se supone le da la luz.
Con el lápiz 4B dibujé las partes más oscuras y agregué detalles finales con lápiz B.
Esto me tomó mas o menos una hora y media en hacer.

Hello again! Today I drew Morgana again, I drew her some months ago but I wanted to draw her again just because I like Katie McGrath :P and I liked the robe in this picture.
My goal is to keep practicing to get a hang on the faces, I can't make them look realistic enough, for my next practice sketch I'm thinking of drawing only a face, with as much detail as I can get, let's see how it turns out.
For this sketch I used the following pencils:
5H, 3H, 3B, 5B and 8B
¡Hola nuevamente! Hoy dibujé a Morgana otra vez, ya la había dibujado hace unos meses pero quería volver a dibujarla solo porque me gusta Katie McGrath :P y me gustó la túnica en esta fotografía.
Mi meta es seguir practicando para lograr bien los rostros, no puedo hacer que luzcan suficientemente realistas, para mi próximo boceto de práctica estoy pensando en dibujar solo un rostro, con tantos detalles como pueda obtener, veamos como resulta.

Hey everyone. Early today I had a slight accident, I fell and hurt my right hand :P nothing serious but it bothers me when I move it. And what better way to check on it that by drawing xD.
Gladly it didn't hurt when holding the pencil, to practice I picked one of the many Iron Man promo images released, next time I think I'd better pick an image that fits better in the paper, this one ended up being little considering all available space.
Also, there was a point where the camera stopped recording and I didn't notice until I was almost done :/ which is why most of the process was skipped.
Anyway, thank you for watching and see you on another sketching process.
Btw, I'm not totally pleased with this one but at the end my hand got tired, I guess that fall affected me a little bit more than I thought haha.

The movie that never was, Red Sonja was supposed to be a movie directed by Robert Rodríguez, promo images were released and then nothing happened.
Due to scandals, fights, and problems recordings never started... but I like this image and I liked Rose in Charmed so here I am drawing her.
Still I need way more practice to get the technique right, but I still find it relaxing to draw.
This drawing took me about an hour, I thought it would take me longer because faces aren't my strong suit.

As for the drawing, I'm still working on the shading, also I need way more practice to get believable hair.
