Today is a rather vulnerable share and it’s going to invite you in to take responsibility. I’ve been doing a lot of thinking lately about something my coach said recently. You guys - she called me out, and it was such a good lesson!

I’ve had to do a lot of work on my business, while also learning how to be a mom and care for my baby. This has oftentimes created a lot of mind drama that’s hard to escape and ignore, in effect, blocking me from booking high-ticket clients. And while others might find what my coach said to be a tough pill to swallow, I view it as an opportunity!

“I changed my thoughts, which changed my actions, which changed my reality…and then I booked the client.”

  • Jessica Sealey

Here’s a closer look at the episode:

  • What my coach said to call me out!
  • How I was blocking myself from booking high-ticket clients.
  • What it looks like to create those roadblocks.

Today I’m sharing an Instagram Live I did recently, where I chatted all about how I sell out my high-ticket offers. Every. Time.

I’ve found that entrepreneurs tend to struggle with motivation if their offer doesn’t sell as quickly as they’d like and this really messes with their mental game. I can speak from personal experience, and from the results from my clients, that my approach truly works! So if you’re a service-based entrepreneur that struggles in this area, this is the perfect episode for you!

“I do feel that desparate energy sometimes, but I choose to find solutions instead and get out of it. I don’t stay in the desperate energy.”

  • Jessica Sealey

Here’s a closer look at the episode:

  • Why I’m able to sell out high-ticket offers easily.
  • What keeps me going without fully giving in to desperate energy.
  • The importance of high-ticket offers.
  • Plus I answer a few excellent questions from some followers!

Today I really want to talk about content, if you are somebody who is really struggling to sell consistent high ticket, you’re going to want to pay attention and save this episode. I’ve found that a lot of people, including those in my community, get really scrambled in their message. It may be vague or broad, not going very deep and that can hurt your ability to sell high ticket.

So today, I’m giving you the exact content plan that I currently use in my business and tell you why I’m following the plan I’m following.

“I don’t put myself into a content box, I share content that I know deeply connects to the work that I'm here to do and so my content goes way below the surface. And when I’m creating content I know when I’m just going through the motions of the content or when I am feeling hyper connected to the content itself.”

  • Jessica Sealey

Here’s a closer look at the episode:

  • Why you don’t want to stay on the “surface” with your content
  • You don’t just need a content plan or strategy
  • The energetics of creating powerful content

Highlighting clients’ pain points in your content marketing strategy has been a hot topic in the online space; should you use, should you not? In today’s episode, we’re going to talk about it.

I’m very conscious about not shaming other people based on what they choose to do and what they choose not to do, I’m not going to use shaming as a marketing strategy and a lot of people do when they’re trying to preach not doing that. The same happens with the pain point marketing, people rave online that you shouldn’t use it for the sake of being ethical with your marketing, but the truth is, pain point marketing doesn’t have to be marketed in shame and it can still be used ethically; so inside the episode we talk more about how you can talk about your ideal clients’ problems that your offers solve, without making them feel like shit when consuming your content - get ready this conversation is a super juicy one!

“At the end of the day, I just really choose abundance, I choose empowerment, I choose openness, I choose expansiveness and I choose desire and I no longer give energy to things that make my passions feel small, that make the way I run my business feel like not enough, that make me feel like how I help my clients is wong, things like that I don’t subscribe to that anymore and guess what me doing that is going to help me impact way more people, help so many more women make money, and help me hit my own goals as well just by not giving it energy.”

  • Jessica Sealey

Here’s a closer look at the episode:

  • What is pain point marketing and is it really THAT bad?
  • How to move your ideal clients through their pain points in your marketing without leaving them there
  • How to get your point across in your content without cutting others down in the process
  • What to ask yourself when you’re consuming others content and it’s making you feel bad about how you run your own business
  • What I’m no longer giving my energy to, to truly experience more

Today I want to talk more about where I truly specialize and that’s sales – I love this topic. Something I’ve been thinking a lot about lately is potential clients who we have to chase down in our sales conversations and who kind of give us a weird vibe. We’re going to talk about why this happens, how you can prevent it, and the importance of setting your community up with expectations that start within you, first.

“It’s just my job to give them the information and answer their questions. That's it and then it’s up to them to decide if they want to do it and this helps to get really fast yes’s. It’s a whole process from the content you put out there, the buying culture that you set, the sales process that you do have in place and not overdelivering on information that they don’t need because they’ve probably already decided at that point that they want to work with you.”

  • Jessica Sealey

Here’s a closer look at the episode:

  • How I navigate sales my conversations
  • Why I love my sales process and actually find it fun
  • Creating a strong buying culture within your community
  • Why it should feel expansive before you even reach others to other about investing in their offers
  • You are a big effing deal

In today’s episode, I want to share with you why I unfollowed everyone on Instagram except for 90 people. I decided to make this very intentional decision, and I’m here to share with you exactly what led me to this decision, what I do now to engage, and how it’s helped me be able to be more supportive for my audience.

“I hope that my audience loves my content so much and they appreciate my content so much that they don’t really care if I follow them back because they're not only following me because I follow them, they’re following me because my content is helpful and impactful to them.”

  • Jessica Sealey

It’s easy to get caught up with the results that we want that we forget to pre-qualify our potential prospects. In today’s episode, I’m sharing 4 tips to help you vet your potential clients so that you are focusing on the right areas of your business.

I discuss why trying to convert people who aren’t interested in working with you is a moot point and I also share the telltale sign that will save you a lot of time and energy. These 4 tips will help you sift through the red flags of a potential client throughout the sales and relationship-building process. So tune in and take notes -- this episode is a juicy one.

“If you don’t pay attention to these red flags, you'll focus so much on people who honestly just don't want to work with you. And you're forcing the outcome because you're so attached to that result that you stress about it, or you force it. When in reality, this person just doesn't want to work with you. And there are other people out there who do that you don't have to convince.” - Jessica Sealey

Here’s a closer look at the episode:

  • What it means when a potential client ghosts you
  • The right fit clients will acknowledge your messaging
  • Are you constantly batting away excuses?
  • Noticing the attitude that your prospect brings during the relationship-building process

As human beings, we often expect instant gratification. We can’t help but anticipate immediate results, interests, and successes. Unfortunately, that expectation couldn’t be farther from the truth. In fact, slow progress is very normal in business.

In today’s episode, I walk you through what to do when you’re annoyed with slow results and what you should focus on instead. I discuss the importance of consistency and why it’s so important to show up. Take it from someone who has gone through 10 different launches, several that have failed, and lots of tears. Growth takes patience and time, but it also takes the right steps, mindset, and approach, all of which I share with you in this episode.

It can take time to see the results that we're looking for. So understand that slow progress is actually normal in this business, especially where high-ticket offers and scaling are concerned.” - Jessica Sealey

I don’t claim to be a manifestation expert, but I must say that anytime I’ve actively worked on manifesting something in my business, it has come true. Instead of sharing manifestation and law of attraction tips, I’m sharing the manifestation technique that has worked for me when I want to see results in my business.

In this episode, I share how my manifestation action plan yielded the results that I was asking for, especially at the very beginning of my coaching business. I walk you through my morning routine and how I’ve used journaling and mantras to manifest my results. Then, I explain why writing out an action plan is key to working out the specifics of how I am going to accomplish my goal. This episode is for you if you are looking for an approach to manifesting that operates more within the masculine energy. Tune in, take notes, and let me know if this works for you.

Something people forget about manifestation is that you can't just believe it really hard, and then not do anything and expect results in your business. It doesn't really work that way. You need to take the action to go along with your deep-rooted desires and beliefs.” - Jessica Sealey

Here’s a closer look at the episode:

  • Why manifestation needs to be coupled with action
  • A brief look at my morning routine at the start of my coaching business
  • Working on manifesting through mantras
  • Breaking down my manifestation through a clear action plan

One of the most common questions I receive as a coach is how do you decide what to offer next? Another question I receive from my clients is what should you title or call yourself? In today’s episode, I’m addressing and answering both questions, starting with your offer and ending with how to title yourself.

When it comes to deciding what to offer next, I break it down into two helpful categories: strategy and energetics. I breakdown the strategy behind deciding and solidifying your next offer, before moving into the energetics and alignment of your offer. Last but not least, I end the episode by getting specific on the ins and outs of titling yourself. Tune in to this helpful episode as I help you gain clarity on your offers and specialized expertise.

You don't have to limit yourself with what it is you want to do. And if you get a really amazing idea and you're like I don't really know what to offer next, just offer the thing that comes up for you.” - Jessica Sealey

Something I see a lot in the online space is this feast and famine launch cycle approach. This happens when a coach or service provider launches a product or offer without having their basic needs met. The feast and famine launch cycle can be dangerous for our growth, leadership, authority, and our mindset.

In today’s episode, I’m discussing the importance of building a sustainable foundation for your business before you consider scaling. I share multiple options for building sustainability in your business before planning for cash injections. This episode is such an important one to listen to if you’re tired of living on an unpredictable income month to month.

How are you building sustainability in your business? Do you need to work on sustainability before branching out into short term cash injections, like courses and workshops?” - Jessica Sealey

Pricing your services is an incredibly tricky task. Recently, I received a couple of questions regarding pricing and money that are worth addressing. In this episode, I’m sharing my answers to two common pricing questions that haven’t been widely discussed within the service-provider and coaching industry.

Taking a sick day is easy when you work a 9-5 job. But what do CEOs and entrepreneurs do when they’re too sick and tired to show up in their business? To be honest, I’ve felt sicker and more exhausted in my second trimester of pregnancy than my first. Taking sick days and showing up in your business when you’re completely exhausted is something my clients struggle with as well.

In today’s episode, I’m speaking directly from my own experience of challenging my own viewpoints and beliefs in order to show up and serve. Tune in as I share a glimpse into the side of entrepreneurship that you don’t see often online.

Check your priorities, what can you shift? What can you let go of? What would that look like for you? Serving my clients exclusively is what it looked like for me so it took off a lot of pressure and I was okay with that.” - Jessica Sealey

I’ve helped countless women grow and expand their businesses over the years. This gives me a bird’s eye view of why so many female entrepreneurs struggle to book and attract clients. In today’s episode, I’m diving deep into the reasons why you’re struggling to get fully booked.

I’m discussing the major things you’re lacking that are costing you clients, such as alignment, connection, and desire. This isn’t your typical, surface-level list of reasons so grab a notepad, start taking notes, and listen carefully.

I was so in love with my business, I was so obsessed with it. And ultimately what happened was it just became a non-negotiable for my business to succeed, it became a non-negotiable for me to have the results that I needed. Over the past 2 years, I’ve noticed some common mistakes that many coaches and service providers are making when it comes to launching their services, programs, and products. It’s no wonder that the process of launching is shrouded by fear, anxiety, and an overall bad reputation. If you’re afraid of launching, you can’t miss this episode.

Today, I’m sharing the 8 most common launch mistakes you are making and how to fix them. Nothing is off-limits as I highlight why these common launch mistakes are hurting your business more than you might think. Tune in and start taking notes as I walk you through several mistakes from launching to a cold audience, copying someone else’s launch strategy, and the problem with launching an offer that helps everyone.

Launches require you to show up with an abundantly high vibe, with integrity, authority, and leadership. You want to have fun, you want to be enjoying yourself. But how can you do that if all you can think about is when your next client is going to join, and you're constantly refreshing your stripe account or your application forms to see if anybody new signed up or paid you when we just need to take a step back and celebrate every single win that we have had along the way.” - Jessica Sealey

Here’s a closer look at the episode:

  • Why open and close cart methods might not work for you
  • A step-by-step strategy isn’t all that matters
  • The dangers of not having a strategy (or copying someone else’s)
  • Launching without an abundant mindset
  • Are you launching an offer you have no business selling?
  • The problem with being vague
  • Focusing only on your launch outcome

You can’t ask people to invest in you if you aren’t willing to invest in yourself first. I’ve been running my business since 2019 and if you’ve been following me for a while, you know I’ve made a lot of investments along the way. While the investments I’ve made come with scary price tags, I’ve realized that with each investment, my own rates have increased along the way. That’s the power of investing.

In today’s episode, I’m talking all about how investing is a powerful energetic exchange that has the potential to grow your business exponentially. I address the fears we experience prior to making a large investment in our businesses, and why they’re rooted in emotions, not reality. If you’re ready to step into your power and ask your ideal clients to invest in your high-ticket offers but you’re unwilling to invest in your own business, this episode is for you. Tune in as I share how scary investments pay off tenfold.

If you're asking people to pay you $3,000, but you haven't ever paid somebody else that much money before, just ask yourself: is there something going on there in the energy that you need to open yourself up to? What do you need to open yourself up to more so that your ideal clients will love to pay you at this rate?” - Jessica Sealey

  • Addresses our baseless fears
  • The process of laddering
  • Why your money mindset isn’t everyone else’s

A common piece of advice that coaches and digital entrepreneurs dish out is “sell to the transformation.” But what does it mean and how can you sell to the transformation? This is the number one problem many of my audiences and clients struggle with when it comes to selling their high ticket offers.

In this episode, I’m breaking down the difference between selling to the transformation and selling to the solution. I’ll explain why transformations sell by appealing to your audience’s burning desires. If you’re ready to sell your high ticket offers with ease, tune in to this episode and take notes. We’re talking about why the key to sales lies in connecting with your ideal clients’ burning desires, addressing your worthiness, and saving the solutions of your process for your educational content.

You should be really, really confident that you can be that puzzle piece that they've been missing to help them get to where they really want to be. So don't be afraid to talk to your audience about what that transformation is for them.” - Jessica Sealey

Have you ever felt like you’re talking into a void when you launch a program or sell a product? This is a very common mindset block that both my clients and my audiences face. When it comes to sales, we just do not have any control over who buys or not. But, we can control our visibility strategies, who we choose to build connections with, and how we actively generate new leads into our business… we simply cannot control peoples’ buying decisions.

As someone who typically has sold out every single launch, I am sharing my tips and tricks for getting out of your own head. In this episode, I’ll discuss why the “how” of a purchase is not your responsibility. I also get honest about getting over the BS and self-doubt, and why you shouldn’t let silence deter you from showing up.

If you’re struggling with selling when it feels like no one is listening, this episode is for you. Tune in as I walk you through how you can get out of your own way, helping you trust the process by showing up no matter how deafening the silence might feel.

But at the end of the day, if you are 100% aligned with your offer, 100% connected to your offer, 100% obsessed with your offer, and you stay in the realm of what you can control, and let go of what you can't. And remember that the ‘how’ isn't always your responsibility. You just have to accept that people are going to either buy or they're not. ” - Jessica Sealey

Wouldn’t it be nice if you could attract clients who had no sales objections? There are a few posts floating around Instagram that emphasizes the same idea. Unfortunately, knowing how to attract clients who are willing to pay your higher rates is much easier said than done.

That is why in today’s episode, I am walking you through the process and psychology behind why people close easier at higher rates. We’re talking about the inner energetic shift that happens when you decide to raise your rates, and how overcoming self-sabotaging thoughts will allow you to fully step into your power, helping you close sales easily. I also discuss how you can do the inner work in order to attract clients who have no sales objections.

If you’re ready to jump through your sales hurdles and start attracting clients who are more than willing to pay your higher rates, this episode is for you. Tune in as I uncover what you need to do to close more sales at a rate that you deserve.

When I decide to raise my rates, that means I am jumping through all of the limiting beliefs, ego-sabotage, self-sabotage, false stories, whatever it is that's telling me that I am not worthy of increasing my prices. ” - Jessica Sealey

The biggest reason why most people avoid investing in their business is that they’re afraid they won’t see a return. It’s a valid fear. However, this fear stops so many people from investing, making it much harder to align their actions directly with their goals in order to see results.

I also chat about how making aligned decisions towards my goals fueled my success when compared to others.
