We've all heard it or saw it 'Check on your 'Strong' Friends' - In this episode, we're getting into it. The accountability to it, pride behind it, where it stems from and the boundaries needed, etc.

  • If you are the strong friend, check in with yourself and reflect on how you can dismantle this. I promise you are not weak if you open up/let up a bit.
  • If you have a strong friend, when is the last time you checked in with them? Like, really checked in? If they are stubborn, have the uncomfortable conversation and push a little harder. I'm sure they will appreciate it.
