As mothers, Katie and Sam both acknowledge we always do our best in the moment with what we have. They both express gratitude for the 'tools in the toolkit' so to speak that has helped them to navigate Motherhood - both the challenges and the things that may come easier. However, with this in mind there are things that would, or could, be done differently with both hindsight and the enlightened information and experience they have now.

With that in mind, Sam declares she would not change a thing as that journey of Motherhood is what has sparked and fueled such a huge fire for her to help other families thrive with chiropractic, and especially those who's journey may involve difficulties such as a tongue tie.

Their introductions set the scene for a wealth of knowledge between two fiery, passionate, driven and incredibly experienced chiropractors.

Sam shares in her discussion with Katie what a true tongue tie is, causes and timeline, the 3 contributing factors of a tongue tie presentation, who to see, how to help and what other factors may be at play.

This is the perfect start to our 3 part series on Tongue Tie and we encourage you to please listen, share and review our podcast with those in your circles

We are joined by The Move Room today for a brilliant Chat on all things brain and movement for our little people. As we know in Chiropractic, when our brains are appropriately stimulated and with good clarity in the nervous system - we see sequential movement development in children. This skill continues on into our lives as we learn new tasks, create movement patterns or even recover from potentially drastic events such as illness or injury. The ability of our brain to grow and develop is an innate function, and it requires a clear nervous system along with appropriate stimulation to do so optimally.Caroline and Esmie share with us some powerful movement patterns and tips, how to support young children, signs to watch for, fun activities at home and all about the brain and movement development. We loved this Chat and are sure you will enjoy listening to it tooFind all relevant links belowMove Room https://www.themoveroom.co.nz/Advanced Health Chiropractic https://www.advancedchiropractic.co.nz/?UTM_source=GBLTakeaways Movement plays a crucial role in a child's brain and body development, including balance, coordination, and spatial awareness. Active play and physical activities promote movement, well-being, and the development of gross motor and fine motor skills. Parents should find a balance between screen time and active play, and provide opportunities for unstructured play and exploration. Being a role model for active living and involving children in everyday activities can support their movement development.

In this conversation, Dr. Breezy and Hayley Maginness discuss the importance of chiropractic care for children and families. They highlight the common reasons families seek chiropractic care, such as colic, ear infections, and sleeping issues, and emphasize the long-term benefits beyond symptom relief. The speakers also delve into the impact of neurology in the prime developmental years and the role of chiropractic in shaping the subconscious mind. They share personal experiences and stories that demonstrate the power of chiropractic in improving overall health and well-being. Additionally, they introduce Elevate Pediatrics, an online program aimed at helping chiropractors become more confident and competent in providing care for children.Takeaways Families seek chiropractic care for their children to address common issues like colic, ear infections, and sleeping problems, but they continue with care because of the long-term benefits and improvements in overall health and well-being. The first seven years of life are crucial for neurological development, and chiropractic care during this time can have a profound impact on a child's future health and well-being. Chiropractic care helps shape the subconscious mind and instills a positive mindset towards health and the body's ability to heal. Chiropractic care provides support and guidance for parents, helping them navigate the challenges of parenting and understand their child's development. Children's health expressions, such as fevers and waking up at night, are normal and part of their natural healing process. Elevate Pediatrics is an online program designed to help chiropractors gain confidence and competence in providing care for children, with the goal of getting every child in the world under chiropractic care.Elevate Paediatrics Linkshttps://elevatepaediatrics.com.au/Advanced Health Chiropractic Linkshttps://www.instagram.com/advancedhealthchiropractic.nz/https://www.advancedchiropractic.co.nz/?UTM_source=GBL

Part 1 of our 2-part series with Deniza Ceniza

Stay tuned for next week's Chat on childhood asthma, and how Dina's methods have helped countless children regain their health

Here's a little insight into Dina

Dina Ceniza has achieved a Bachelor of Science (Biomedical Science), a Master of Arts (Special Needs Education) and is a Certified Practitioner in Buteyko Institute Method, Buteyko Institute of Breathing and Health (BIBH). She has an extensive background in teaching and training.

Dina, her husband, children and parents have all successfully completed a breathing retraining course for their own health and have implemented the good breathing habits they learned into their lives with enormous success. Dina personally suffered from asthma which saw her hospitalised twice in 2013. With her condition not being alleviated by the asthma medications she was taking, she sought a second opinion. Her new GP identified chronic hidden hyperventilation as the root cause of her problem. With the help of Buteyko and her new GP, Dina was able to stabilise her condition and taper off her medication within nine months. As a direct result of the Buteyko Method, her husband no longer snores. And her children’s asthma and hayfever are well managed just by their healthy breathing habits.

Growth and Decline are both normal states within the body.

There is a constant balance we are striving to achieve which will allow these two processes to work positively for us, and our health. However we all know balances sometimes get tipped, and for us it can be immensely beneficial to be assessing this from a nervous system perspective.

Katie and Lydia outline

  • How the nervous system sets the foundation (much like a pyramid)

  • Achieving a strong foundation that higher tiers can benefit from (think nutrition, exercise, mentality)

Murray makes his message so very simple - if we have the ability to strengthen and develop as living beings, then viruses do to.
In the face of added stress, increased segregation, immune-challenging cleaning habits along with continual fear and anxiety in our current world - we have created a brutal mix of ways to weaken the internal defence mechanisms of our body. Yet Murray faces this head on and is living proof himself of the power we all hold in supercharging our own immune systems, stimulating the nervous system and becoming more adaptable than ever to take on this flu season.

Murray's concepts are simple, easy to apply and to be honest - everything most of us already knew prior to entering this pandemic 2.5 years ago.

His chiropractic perspective make Murray the perfect guest as we head into Winter and want to strengthen the resilience of us as individuals, families and communities. Together we are opening the conversation around what seemed last year to be a never-ending Winter of unrelenting sicknesses and bugs, finding a way through and restoring the incredible potential we all have to be well and thriving

Our beloved Judy Olsson! If you are a long time AHC member and needing your Judy fix - this is for you. Or, if you haven't had the privilege of meeting Judy - consider this your introduction to a phenomenal woman.

She is not a chiropractor, she is a chiropractic extraordinaire and she is DRIVING chiropractic for the whole family... why is that?!

Judy is insanely passionate about health and wellbeing, she is a keen bowls player (and a very successful one!) and was an AHC team member before moving up North to find her paradise alongside her husband.
We think it is extremely powerful to hear from the mouth of someone with a front row seat, of how powerful chiropractic care is for all family members. She is hugely empowered to run a practice, gauge the needs for both the team and the people seeking care, respond intuitively and continue the ripples of magic so that, as she puts it, people can experience the best of life free of interference.

She talks about what she notices when family's are getting checked together, chiropractic care for animals and some funny stories and the moment it all just "clicked" for her and made total sense that she wanted this for the rest of her life.

Judy has stayed in the chiropractic world and is out there serving other communities and another practice now, sharing her magic as she does best.

We are honoured to chat with Judy on today's episode

We talk how the extreme weather events, school and business closures, of the recent week have left our nervous systems feeling TRIGGERED

What state of adaptability your nervous system is in will determine how these events impact us in the long term

The more resilient we are neurologically, the better our bodies are able to heal from intense bouts of stress, whether that be acute or chronic. Many of our families and community are experiencing this stress right now, however even if you aren't personally affected by what has been happening with NZ earlier we are hearing "This feels like lockdown all over again" or "my anxiety came back the minute I heard there was an announcement" a lot right now.

This episode will dive into WHY we are feeling the way we are and HOW we can ramp up our nervous system resilience to face tough times with incredible health too.

Ava and Maddy are our two inspiring guest speakers for this week's Chat

These two are firing, radiant, creative, healthy and expressive individuals - and they tell us how.

On this episode we discuss what's on their minds at this stage of life, what it means to the girls to be healthy, how do they keep their bodies thriving, their chiropractic stories and what they are most looking forward to this year.

There's many reasons we asked these two specifically to join us on the podcast, and one of them is they remind our listeners (including ourselves) how simple health really is. When you encourage empowered approaches from a young age, nurture inborn resiliency, support the way in which our bodies were designed to function and nourish the system that keeps us firing, you really do experience life better than ever before.

The result? Radiant health from the inside out, naturally.

Thank you Maddy and Ava for sharing your wisdom and your magic with us.

Parents and teachers will unite over this episode as we discuss the ways in which some teenagers may find learning a challenge, and how best to navigate this.

Our brains are cleverly designed to develop and function based on the way in which they wire together, this process can be supported through your chiropractic care. What we also know about learning, is that it is hugely influenced by sleep, social connection, experiences and creativity.

We discuss the common traits amongst teenagers that tend to include more risk taking behaviour, boundary testing and creative expression. These behaviours are fundamental parts of development and stem from usual brain function. As these processes are occuring, our teenage brains are pruning what is most useful to them and leaving behind what isn't. Because of this, it is fundamental that we create and continually support an optimal environment for the teenage brain to thrive in. We want to encourage creativity, support good nutrition and sleep and ensure the brain and body are in good communication with regular chiropractic adjustments.

This episode is research packed and Katie mentions 2 great books which helped us form the content of today's chat, you can find the links to those below

Here is one for our busy and active teens and tweens!

This episode shares the research on what is happening in the brain when we adjust the spine and nervous system, and why that positively impacts the strength and agility of teenagers.

We know that with each adjustment the brain changes. What some may not know however is the positive impact these adjustments have (instantly) on motor control and strength, and why this enhances sporting performance.

We share the secret weapon (chiropractic care) for sporty kids, why our AHC families book an extra tune-up before competitions and tournaments and the famous athletes who include chiropractic care in their regular schedule.

Katie shares a number of studies in this field and you can find those at the bottom of these notes

This one is a goodie! We discuss all the neurology surrounding sleep, circadian rhythms, influences on sleep and what might be getting in the way.

We share with you why a teenagers sleep needs change as part of normal brain development, and also why they may be more inclined to make riskier choices or poorer decisions without proper sleep.

We understand why they like to stay up later, sleep in longer but still have a huge need for regular bedtime routines and adequate sleep in the hours before midnight.

We know that a major driver of sleep and rest, is a well-balanced nervous system. It is fundamental to good health and supporting our teenagers to live their most optimal and healthy lives. We really cannot express how vital it is that our kids grow up with regular chiropractic care, and the difference this makes to their health and wellbeing. It's all about the neurology in this episode!

A busy brain is a simple term we use to describe the neurology that may be driving behaviour which appears chaotic, anxious, reactive or frantic. These behaviours are simple reflections of a brain and body trying best to regulate itself and the drivers behind it.

Many parents come to us noticing their child or teenager is...

  • Constantly stressed or anxious

  • Experiences difficulty with learning and focus

  • Struggles with sleep

  • Faces constant and chronic immune challenges

  • Has slouched and protective posture

Chiropractic is the right place for them!

In our office we measure the busyness or ease within the brain, the capacity for stress, and the level of energy efficiency or exhaustion within the body as a result. From here we can understand the neurology which drives outward behaviour in our teens and tweens.

All emotions and behaviours are normal. Our focus in establishing ease and good communication between the brain and body so that these emotions are their most appropriate and regulated. Supporting our kids brains is essential for optimal health and wellbeing, no matter what they may be experiencing. It is simply the foundation for a body as healthy as can be.

This is why we care for families at Advanced Health Chiropractic.

Mum knows best - Niki's intuition and trust in her body absolutely epitomises what we know here at Advanced Health Chiropractic. Women are powerful, they are resilient, and they are more than able to traverse the requirements of birth in a way that leaves them feeling empowered, supported and utterly capable. We are right here with you every step of the way.

Katie talks about the physiological process of birth and pain perception, she shares snippets of her own experiences surrounding those immense feelings of power and awe as you hold your baby for the first time.

Although each women chooses to birth in a way most suitable to her, or may have that choice affected by varying factors, what is obvious to us is that the support she receives is paramount to the birth experience, and feelings thereafter.

We are honoured to support women throughout their pregnancy journeys, and it delights us to hear stories like Niki's where she powerfully embraces and embodies all that she is capable of as she so wonderfully guides her baby's into this world. These entries have been a series of varying experiences as we will hear.

Today's episode highlights both home and hospital births. Although this episode will be applicable and reassuring to many, our future episodes will also touch on various other factors including fear, unavoidable situations and coping with an experience different to that which you expected.

All mothers are powerful, they are incredible and their bodies wonderfully intelligent.

We are with you every step of the way

As the 4th and final episode to this mini series, we have Dr Tim Ewer chatting with us today. And funny enough, Tim is Katie's uncle so this is a very special episode.

Tim is vocationally qualified as a physician, general practitioner and specialist in Integrative Medicine, his passions very clearly sit with the person, people and communities in his care. He is inquisitive, clever and very well spoken - this Chat with Tim is a delight to listen to and learn from.

We are grateful for Tim's knowledge and willingness to share on the topic of immunity and immune regulation, the differences we are facing now having experienced lockdowns and isolation, varying influences on our ability to mount an immune response, ways we can easily support these functions, and other interesting factors to consider when creating a family lifestyle supportive of robust and responsive health.

As chiropractors, we know the body is designed to appropriately handle immune challenges and demands. We also understand that the lifestyle we adopt, both short and long term, will have a vast influence on our expression of health. When building healthy and resilient families from the inside out, this interview is a wonderful complement to the chiropractic model and shared understanding of health.

Listen, enjoy and go forward to live your AMAZING life

His chiropractic perspective make Murray the perfect guest on the second episode of this mini-series, where together we are opening the conversation around what seems to be a never-ending Winter of unrelenting sicknesses and bugs, finding a way through and restoring the incredible potential we all have to be well and thriving.

Murray launches quickly into a podcast he has been listening to which explains the peptide in our brains released during segregation and isolation from each other, stimulating aggression, depression and anxiety - a wave of events which go on to lower immune function. You can find that podcast here

A legendary chiropractor and passionate life-liver, Tim Jack is our special guest this episode and he is bringing us the low-down on all things winter illnesses. Yet even better, Tim is not bogging us down with the intensity of bugs, viruses and unrelenting colds this winter, he is instead opening the conversation about what makes us HEALTHY.

Having recently moved back to NZ with his wife, Tim is very much living the post-lockdown, isolated and very unusual 2.5 years that we have all experienced. With new demands, different stressors and unpredictable environments, it makes sense that our bodies are needing to continuously adapt in and ongoing manner, and perhaps differently to how they have done before.

Tim gives us hope. He also gives us practical and easy concepts to focus on when steering our families towards better health and wellbeing, and setting the bar high for strong and resilient bodies - it starts at the nervous system.

Welcome Dr Tony Ebel!!

As mentioned in Episode 30, Dr Ben Edwards gave credit to the Perfect Storm - a term coined by Tony Ebel, and is used to explain the all-too-common flow of events from birth, that leads to stressed out, struggling bodies and compromised health in children. We are talking ear infections, asthma, anxiety, motor control, concentration, learning ability, balance, gut dysfunction and SO much more.

We all know about stress - but it's less often that children come to mind when thinking about this topic.

Dr Tony Ebel is insightful, practical and offers us hope in the movement of child health care towards a model that sets them up to thrive from the very beginning. We all know it is much easier to grow healthy kids than it is to repair broken adults - and it starts here.

When talking children's health, the possibilities are infinite. We will not settle for mediocre, and as a team, Advanced Health Chiropractic are committed to radical wellbeing, resilience and ability to adapt for all families we serve.

THIS is where the magic happens!

As Katie says in the opening to this interview, she has been a loyal Libby fan for over 20 years. Following her incredibly insightful books, blogs and courses throughout this time, it is a wonderful honour to now have Libby along for a Chat on all things Rushing Women.

Libby is someone we are constantly referring to in the practice, especially when discussing and learning more and more ourselves about women's wellbeing. There is something incredibly powerful about the women's body, and when we come together to best understand the mechanisms at play, learn our own unique traits and unleash the power within us all, we begin to experience that magic. Something we celebrate in knowing so well in chiropractic, and right here too with this Chat alongside Dr Libby Weaver.

Libby's episode dives into her latest online course "Overcoming Rushing Woman's Syndrome". Most of us have heard about this term coined by Libby herself, yet do we really know what's driving it? Why our inherent drivers as women to care, nurture and (sometimes) worry are what make us beautiful, social and interconnected beings yet leave us in a flurry of dysregulated hormones, struggling stress responses and little room to know how to care for our own needs?

This episode is for all women and a phenomenal tool at that.

Both Katie and Lydia felt like this Chat was speaking to directly to them, a conversation so applicable and so relatable to woman of all ages. We summarise the episode by discussing ways we can bring the knowledge and practical tips Libby shares, to our future generations of daughters.

A very special episode, and one we are delighted to share.

Laura Duggan from Skintopia has our Women's Wellness series off to a wonderful start.

Laura's experience is vast and she talks us through skin at all stages of life as a female - we discuss her approach from the inside out, and how nurturing your body's internal drive for health will play out through your skin.

From food, to gut health, teenage years, mental health, dentist care and all sorts of wonderful tips in between, Laura's episode is truly nourishing.

In chiropractic we know that true health comes from within, and nurturing the body's internal and natural born drive for health is when we truly are able to live at our best. Former captain and world-wide rugby league player - Richie Barnett reminds us that the power behind excellent health and performance, lies within all of us.

This episode combines some of Richie's greatest achievements as an international league player, alongside his biggest challenges that had the potential to put a stop to it all. Chronic fatigue, major injuries and those days where it would be easier to just stay in bed are all at play here. Yet it is Richie's tools and training in mind-state that got him through the worst of it and continue to create a life of vibrancy and ultimate wellbeing.

Have you ever wondered what's going through the head of players as they run onto the field of a world-level game? Funny enough, it's the same thoughts that Richie now shares through his coaching and mentoring programmes alongside youth and other people looking for change in their life.

As another proud graduate of the New Zealand College of Chiropractic, Ben Edwards knows chiropractic through and through. As a father and husband himself, he also has a profound understanding on how stress in the nervous system goes on to affect the healthy development of children.

Ben's episode is insightful and relatable. He introduces The Perfect Storm, a phenomena coined by chiropractic legend Tony Ebel (soon to feature on the Chat on This podcast!) where stress in the early stages of life, leads to neurological imbalance and has the potential to present itself as chronic immune challenges or ear infections, disrupted and unhappy kids, learning difficulties, sleep troubles and so much more.

When the future lies in our very own hands, the power of an adjustment on a child's potential is infinite. We expand this concept and reaffirm why we are so madly passionate at Advanced Health Chiropractic about regular care from birth.

Thank you Ben for sharing your knowledge, your time and your wisdom with us - it is an honour to share the same message and help more families

Don and his wife Brandi are an incredible duo. They run a wellness-based continuing education series for chiropractors known as True Concepts, co-created The Vitality Shift (https://www.thevitalityshift.com/) and Don hosts the podcast The Vitality Shift for Chiropractors (https://drdonmacdonald.com/).

Today's episode stems around the vagus nerve and how our nervous system is so intricately designed for us to thrive. We often hear the 'stress response' as getting a bad name, fight or flight comes to mind and we all know what is feels like to be running around on a constant high alert.

However, did you know that this is the same state which allows us to exercise, move our bodies and perform in recreational activities?

Don enhances our education on all things Polyvagal Theory, how we may observe the state of our bodies, utilise the power of this nervous system to support us towards health and how chiropractic is at the very forefront of maximising this.

The quickest way to find ease in the body is through a chiropractic adjustment - the best way to amplify this long term is to then train that pattern of ease within the body.

We are honoured at Advanced Health Chiropractic to do this everyday. Measuring your body's stress capacity is a vital component when setting your frequency of care - and it is this care plan which has us constantly saying "this really is where the magic happens"

You can read more about the Vagus nerve by following our blog hereKeep up to date with us on Instagram

There are 3 governing principles in chiropractic

1) The body is designed to heal

2) The body is able to regulate itself

3) The body is equipped to coordinate all of it's own functions

Chiropractic serves to adjust the nerve system and fully enable the expression of these 3 foundations, which otherwise may be influenced and interfered with by our lifestyle stressors.

How does this cross-over with Rongoā Māori?

We chat with Dr Terina Hingston, founder and practicing chiropractor at Ora Chiropractic about the alignment of both chiropractic and traditional Māori healing practices. Terina sheds light on what her practices include and how she seamlessly aligns her own culture, experience and wealth of generational knowledge, with the science, philosophy and art of chiropractic.

When we foster the in-born strength and wisdom of the body, we allow for the full expression of life itself. From this state we know health prevails - and with that in mind, the ability for our bodies to not only thrive but also to recover and heal as they were designed to do.

As humans health is not merely the absence of disease.

It is far more accurately understood as the ability to be tested and yet strengthened by the challenges we face through life. An easy example of this is the building of a child's immune system through exposure.

As we come through challenges or tests, we set ourselves up towards a resilient, stronger and more adaptable body.

We are so incredibly passionate about this at Advanced Health Chiropractic and to see you experience it for yourself.

There really is nothing more valuable than your ability to be well.

With Ora Chiropractic, we intend for this episode to be a starting point in appreciating Rongoā Māori, and the incorporation alongside a chiropractic model of family wellbeing

Nik is our final guest for season 6, where we have had the opportunity to chat with some of our Advanced Health Chiropractic legends (you guys!) and share the experiences we think you'd love to hear about. Each of these episodes follow a different tale, yet what they have in common is the ability you guys have to live an amazing life when your nervous system is well-adjusted and clear of interference.

The episodes embody what it means to be completely un-inhibited in your pursuit of well-being, and a connected family experience. We are honoured to care for Nik, his wife Megan and their 2 boys at the practice. And in a full circle, Megan was our 3rd ever guest on the Chat on This podcast. You can find her episode here

Nik shares his perspective on the birth of their second son, an experience which he notes had some un-expected turns yet ended up being their ideal experience. When the midwife was not able to make it in time, Nik supported Megan in catching their baby. As Megan beautifully and intuitively delivered their newborn son into the world, Nik recalled an important tip should ever he find himself in this position.

Thank you Nik, Megan and your gorgeous boys for sharing with our listeners your experiences of birth, and the learnings along the way.

Susan’s endeavours are exactly as the Green Wall in our practice so clearly states...

"Your body has the ability to be far more amazing than anyone has ever permitted you to believe".

Her story is a perfect fit for this season and another wonderful reason why we refer to those under care with us as "AHC practice legends"

Susan epitomises what it means to experience a huge amount of trust, expectation and ability from our bodies - knowing they were designed to be far more amazing than anyone has ever permitted us to believe.

Upon her swim between the North and South islands of New Zealand (with no wetsuit!) Susan describes having to really “boot it because the tide was changing and I was going to miss the south island”

An incredible feat and from humble beginnings as she describes herself at one stage being unfit and no longer a swimmer - right before committing to swim the breadth of Lake Taupo!

This story is inspiring and jaw dropping all the same, with an unexpected twist and a tale of resilience at the end.

This chat between Katie and Susan has got to be of those ones that make you want to go and give life everything, truly inspiring.

Welcome to the podcast beautiful Lena, The Polynesian Doula

Lena is a practice member of Advanced Health Chiropractic and today she shares her story from prison warden to what is now her business, her passion and her cultural practice all intertwined as The Polynesian Doula.

This remarkable journey is one which highlights the need for more birth support that creates space for a culturally centered approach, and to go a step further in celebrating and advocating for this approach in daily practice. Lena is creating waves in her community as she does exactly this, nurturing māmā and pēpi through such a sacred time.

We briefly touched upon the integration of traditional, cultural practices in the birth setting in episode 18 with Hope Tafa, and will expand on it further in a broader health approach in an upcoming episode with Ora Chiropractic. It's a topic which we hold extremely close to our hearts and one which we are honoured to learn more about with these conversations, and the incredible community members who are having them with us.

Thank you Lena - for your dedication, your compassion and your commitment to honouring the needs of our Māori and Pasifika birthing wāhine.

Like all things in Motherhood, there are so many ways to do it. Ali shares a brief glimpse into the decisions her and husband Jay have made as they traversed the path of Ali transitioning between chiropractor and business owner, to mother, and now towards a journey of home-learning with an inspired approach.

When you take this approach and apply it to health, we are able to nurture the uniqueness within every individual. We discover the inherent light within all of us, and an environment which will enable that light to shine at its brightest.

In the practice, this may look like the vigour and vitality you experience as we discover a frequency that will unwind your nervous system with more momentum to that which winds it up. It is when your light truly and consistently will shine bright.

In today's episode, Ali beautifully and eloquently holds space for any approach to mothering that is right for the whole family, whatever that may be.

She allows for diversity, curiosity and expansion in our minds as we listen to her story, hear the questions she asked herself, and begin to understand those gut feelings that Ali clung to herself as she "jumped right in".

There is something incredibly grounding about the way Ali speaks, not just her words, but the peace that comes with following what feels right for this family. As this story is an evolving one, we look forward to re-opening our chat with Ali down the line and hearing about her experiences through home learning with her two young boys.

We hope you find inspiration and enjoy taking this conversation out into your community, as you Chat on This

Have you met Parent Pod?

They are three kiwi mums opening the conversation on babies, kids, parenting and everything that comes with raising a kiwi family. These ladies are building a village and we absolutely love it.

Throughout this conversation we regularly discuss the need for community, and the ripple effects of bringing people together through the common stages of their life. As chiropractors, we are utterly obsessed with connection - it sets a platform for both an individual, and a family unit to thrive from. With connection comes hope, comes stability and comes the ability to adapt through changing demands.

Our conversation with Parent Pod is a heart-centred one, it't about community.

We are so looking forward to our own interview on the Parent Pod podcast launching in just a couple of months time, be following them on Instagram, Spotify and Apple podcasts to hear this one as it is released
