Greetings great world! In this first Soulocast I share parts of my recent experience to the Ice and Iron Men's Retreat in Vermont. This retreat was an epic time filled with brotherhood, healthy lifestyle practices, nature excursions into Appalachia, powerful breathwork sessions, uncontrollable laughter, uncomfortable situations leading to growth, and profound experiences sitting with Earth Medicines! I am super stoked to share this with the world!

In this episode I dive into what Soul Mountain is and what Soul means to me. Our Soul can be interpreted in every which way, this is one aspect of what it means to me. What does Soul mean to you?

I arrived in Vermont with 15 other men who were complete strangers and after a week I left with 15 brothers I know will be there for me as I adventure through the rest of my life. I talk about my quest for brotherhood and the importance of brotherhood in todays society and why its needed. To have brothers, I must first be a brother.

I express my experiences sitting with some powerful Earth Medicines such as Cannabis and Mushrooms and the lessons that came through. I share how I am stepping away from Cannabis for a while to recalibrate my relationship with this deeply profound plant and why I feel called to do so.

Life is such a journey and to share these experiences with the world is intimate and vulnerable for me. I hope that you enjoy the message and find presence in your breath.

I am deeply grateful for all that listen and encourage you to reach out to share your thoughts with me and to share this with a friend if it feels right.

Our Soul is our highest potential and together we will find our way home. Lets climb mountains and conquer our minds in the process!

So much love and gratitude - Ryan Witherspoon

Hello Earthlings!

Today I am excited to bring you a wonderful episode with a dear friend, Frances Craik! Frances has had a huge impact on my life in more ways than one and it was so fun to dive into these different farming topics.

Frances is an urban agriculturalist, a seed protector, and a true flower in the garden of this Earth. Fran graduate from Arizona State University with a Bachelors Degree in Urban Planning and Sustainable Food Systems and Minored in Sustainability.

In this episode, Frances shares a bit about her story and the growth she has endured in the past 4 years or so traveling and working on different farms in different states and climates. We talk about seed culture and ancient grain heritage and the importance of how this helps strengthen our food source here on Earth as well as human connection. Diving into what is urban agriculture and why creating community and sustainable regenerative living around food source is so important. I also get to ask Fran a few questions about the Soul lessons she has learned as a child of the Earth working in the gardens and how it translates into her own personal growth.

Frances offers a wide array of knowledge on where to start when looking at building your own garden as well as offering some beautiful blossoming insights from dirt to seed to fruitful harvest of life.

It brought me great joy to have this conversation with her and I certainly learned a lot about different farming practices and sustainable living and I believe you will too.

So much gratitude for you giving this episode a listen my friends!

Much Love
