Employers employs more hands to meet up with new demands or challenges in his organization while the employees take up the opportunity in other to bring values into the organization in exchange for an agreed fees. As an employer, you don't employ an additional hand for employment sake there must be a real need for such recruitment because there is a financial repercursion. There are certain things to look into before bringing a new staff:.Is there room for this employee?What contribution is he/she bringing to the organizationDoes this person has the right altitude/temperament to cope with the organizational set up of your company?Can your company meet up the financial responsibility?Does the company has a layed down rules that this incoming staff must fit into?Is the responsibility defined?Can the new employee take up the responsibility?Does he/she has room for growth?After due consideration of the above and many more you can decide whether to employ or not. Hi listeners, in this episode of my podcast PUSH IT OUT I am going to be Sharing light on who is a GOOD BUSINESS MAN? what makes a good and efficient business man/woman in the raise of entrepreneurship.
