Employers employs more hands to meet up with new demands or challenges in his organization while the employees take up the opportunity in other to bring values into the organization in exchange for an agreed fees. As an employer, you don't employ an additional hand for employment sake there must be a real need for such recruitment because there is a financial repercursion. There are certain things to look into before bringing a new staff:.Is there room for this employee?What contribution is he/she bringing to the organizationDoes this person has the right altitude/temperament to cope with the organizational set up of your company?Can your company meet up the financial responsibility?Does the company has a layed down rules that this incoming staff must fit into?Is the responsibility defined?Can the new employee take up the responsibility?Does he/she has room for growth?After due consideration of the above and many more you can decide whether to employ or not. According to Brian Tracy in his book "Goals" unsuccessful, unhappy people think and talk about what they don't want most of the time. They talk about their problem and worries and who is to blame most of the time. But successful people keep their thoughts and conversations on the topis of their most intensely desired goals. Remove the acts of Courage from a small scale business owner all that will be left is potentials. It takes courage to turn potentials into realities, to turn towards another client after 20 disappointment, to kick start that business ideas despite the inadequate fund, manpower and skills. Hi listeners, in this episode of my podcast PUSH IT OUT I am going to be Sharing light on who is a GOOD BUSINESS MAN? what makes a good and efficient business man/woman in the raise of entrepreneurship. I will be highlighting some great entrepreneurship qualities of a good business man which includes: 1. Good salesmanship: to be successful at this you have to develop a good knowledge of the product you are selling/ pushing out , in developing this knowledge you also develope the skill of telling a story about your products in five minutes, in terms product/business story I will be dealing with this aspect in a future podcast .. please keep up with me 2. Honesty/Integrity: this is a sincere dealing with the public, here comes the question " can I trust you?" can your words about your products and services be taken to the bank? the truth of the matter is that if fail in this quality, you might end up losing all your customers/clients because product and services are most efficiently advertised via mouth to mouth 3.
