[00:01:44] Pregnant women can consume up to 200mg of caffeine daily. Exercise is good for both mother and baby's health, but avoid strenuous activities.
[00:06:05] Wear gloves for gardening, wash hands without gloves. Myth: check baby's sex through weird methods. Use ultrasound. In India, sex of fetus cannot be revealed due to anti-female feticide law.
[00:06:58] Asking for sex determination is forbidden, consequences include fines and imprisonment. Some exceptions due to genetic diseases. Drinking wine during pregnancy is a myth.
