Welcome back to the second season of The Real Walk Podcast, we thank you for tuning in!
The theme for discussion this week is sin. There's much to be said about it, but in this episode, I discuss its effects and how Satan used certain strategies to not only get us into sin but keep us stuck in it. I also mention to you how God relates to us when we struggle with sin.

For the first episode back let's talk about relationships. Not everyone is solid in this area, I'll be the first to admit that. But how are we called to relate to others as Christians?
This is our last episode and just wanted to share some thoughts about going into the new year. Can't wait to return better next year!
Psalms 23 says that Gid is our shepherd. Guiding you through this crazy journey called life. Can you remember how Jesus led you through the valleys of death?
Usuallu people take this statement as soft preaching but friend the love of God is anything but soft. The love of God is like salt and light, and is very powerful. We know this because we were once far from God but look how He changed us!
This is a continued episode about the persecuted. Let's keep them in our prayers. Prayer works for us, imagine the church linking hands with our brothers and sisters to see the will of God being fulfilled.
Are you in a stuck in the trap of good enough. We serve a God who is excellent, always precise and to the detail. Is the same required from us? Let's talk about it!
Merry Christmas from my family to yours. I thought we could look at the parallels of these important events to not only encourage yourself with but to make Christmas a personal moment, not just an event from 2000 years ago. Let's talk about it!
Things happen to us sometimes and we don't understand why. The Bible tells us that we do not fight against flesh and blood but against evil principalities. Let's talk spiritual warfare.
The Holy Spirit is not talked about a lot but He is very much needed to see revival. Jesus said after He leaves the Father will send us a gift and this gift is the Holy Spirit. Do you know the gift you've been given?

Prayer is so important and we see all throughout scripture that communication with God is powerful. If Jesus valued prayer we should to. ** The ending is abrupt we will be back tomorrow with another episode.
We all know the verse but I wanted to highlight that when we believe and trust in Him we shall not perish but have eternal life. Believing is something we can all confidently say yes but can we all agree about trusting. Let's discuss the importance of our trust in God.
There is power when we praise God. Praise glorifues God but it has power to shift our spirit from brokenness to faith filled. Let your mouth keep praising God.
Entertainment has been glamorizing hell. Making it seem like it's not a big deal but it's important that we don't forget what Jesus said hell.
Truth is we are living in the last days. And I think I'll agree that I'm not the only one who is thinking Jesus are coming to get us cause it's crazy out here. But God is slow to anger. And He waits for you, me and our friends and family to come to Him in repentance. Keep your friends and family in prayer!
In scripture, Solomon says he tried everything ans this is his final conclusion, "Fear God".
This topic is especially necessary during this time. People are going through a lot and where is the church, where are those who should be the salt and light of the world?
When God told Abraham to leave to a place he doesn't know can you imagine if Abraham just said nah, I think I'll just stay here!
Being teachable I think is another word to say humble. Can you admit that your wrong? Can you admit that you need help? Most importantly can you take corrections? God said in the last days there will be lawlessness and we need His guidance more than ever. That means when says to let something go we should do it!
As a Christian living in today's world we have to swim against the tide. Let's talk about handling the culture we live in by trusting God to get us through. How do we even do that?
Don't be on the fence with God. Be all in! Position yourself for God to move through your life.
Let your yes be a yes and a no be a no. Today we're are talking about the difference when you "have" to do something versus when you "want" to do something.
I read in a book once, like on the Earth seasons change so does a person go through seasons in their life. The book of Ecclesiastes says the same thing there is a time for everything. In those times I pray that we are able to slow down and look for God's teachings through those times. That's where the gems are!
Just a little recap and some new talk. But be encouraged for God is with you. Sometimes life happens but the joy of the Lord is your strength, hold onto it. Documentary: Free Burma Rangers ( really good documentary but ***caution there are graphic scenes of murder)
It's just like God to use the unlikely things/ situations and people. I'm definitely one of them.
Continuing the special I only have one question, is God the Lord over your life? Let's talk about it.
One thing out of this pandemic that I love is there is more time. Time is your most expensive possession. What is it you give your time to?
This podcast is called RealWalk cause we want to learn to be real in our spiritual walk. The foundation of that is following the one who overcame it all, Jesus. Keep looking and changing your walk to reflect His.
I've always wanted to be successful in life. As I grow up I've found that God carves a different path than the on I had in mind. God has better plans just lean on Him throughout.
Sometimes we get so busy with life that we forget we are supposed to do life with God. Be encouraged in knowing that God is still faithful and you're not moving alone.
Because it's Olympics season I'm inspired watching how these athletes throw themselves for the challenge and I had to wonder am I throwing myself. Am I fighting back and standing my ground when life hits. But every champion needs training. Are you investing in your training to withstand the pressures in life? Let's talk about it in this episode.
We've been through trying times but pressure also makes diamonds. Look for growth and development through trials and glory be to God for He causes us to triumph. Few scriptures to read over: Ephesians 4:32- be kind and helpful to one another, tender-hearted, forgiving one another readily and freely, just as God in Christ also forgave you. Luke 23:34 - And Jesus was saying, "Father, forgive them;for they do not know what they are doing." And they cast lots, dividing His clothes among themselves. Matthew 18:23, Psalm 103:12, Proverbs 4:23.
I grew up in the church and getting the revelation of God at a later age helps me look back and see God's hands when I knew about Him and when He opened my eyes to a relationship with Him. Everything will pass away but God is eternal.
There is an importance in examining your life and realizing your complacent or too comfortable areas. I'm pretty lazy sometimes and that is something I surrendered because it started spilling into my other relationships especially with God.
I was speaking this from a vulnerable place. We seek perfection but life is far from it and I wanted to share a vulnerable moment with someone.
