It’s hard when you feel scattered and unorganized so we give you some tips on finding your own form of order amidst the chaos.
Everyone differs in how they show and receive love; however, there are five universal love languages that most people experience. In order to enhance your relationships, it's beneficial to know which one(s) of these you and those you care about prefer. In this shorter and more relaxed episode, we take the love language quiz together and talk about what each of these "languages" consist of, as well as the effects of not communicating them properly.
