Project Victory started in a community corrections facility as a voluntary program for incarcerated men and women as well as facility staff. The goal for the program is simple: Bridge the gap between staff and participant and allow the staff to support, promote and assist the participant in any way possible... The results have been AMAZING! While listening to this Podcast, we hope you find inspiration, motivation, compassion, and humility.
