Being a parent is hard and being a parent of two terminally ill children is rough. We are here to share our experience and provide some Lifted Inspiration when things get hard.
It has been 8 months since Taylor passed away, and I wanted to share what it's been like.
On this episode I take a break from the story and share some things I've been processing. It has been three years since my daughters death and during some moments it makes the holidays a difficult time. I apologize if the recording was a little rough but I was trying to keep it together emotionally. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays from my family to yours.
In spring of 2013 our entire lives were turned upside down. A stay at the hospital turned into a brush with death.
Lauren and I were expecting our third child we were happy and excited. However, we ended up getting news no parent wants to hear for a second time.
We were young and we were happy. Life for me and my wife was bliss until something unexpected happened that rocked our world. Our second daughter barely survived child birth and was diagnosed with a terminal genetic disorder.
