A passion for living locally reawakened at Canosia Grove Farm. My non-neuro-typical brain demanded an outing, and the out-of-town farmers graciously accommodated me. Beautiful! Also, what it looks like to pursue passions, interests, and gifts, without waiting to be chosen.

Woke up jazzed after a fantastic visit with artist Adam Swanson. I was the first guest in his new sauna, and wanted to offer a few thoughts as a prelude to our recording. Reconnecting with him reawakened me in some ways.
