As per usual, the girls start off the episode by talking about school, particularly chemistry. Later, they start talking about the newly announced season of Stranger Things and express their opinions. They finish off the episode by briefly talking about Euphoria.
This week, Naomi and Martha have an informative conversation about coffee chains, particularly focusing on Tim Hortons. They compare different chains and come to a conclusion. The girls briefly chat about Euphoria as well and mention that they will have an episode dedicated to the show.
Too Hot To Handle season three came out and wow are people horny. Naomi and Martha discuss the events that occurred within Netflix's THTH, as well as the cast members and their traits. From red flags to excessive money spending (for simply kissing - mind you), the girls give an in-depth review of their fave characters and the overall show.
The Hype House show came out on Netflix - so naturally, Naomi and Martha watched it. In this week's episode, the girls review the Hype House show and talk about the cast members. They address some of the rather "dramatic" scenes and express their opinions.
It's time to address the elephant in the room - our disappearance. No, we did not die - we simply had too much school work to do. After almost two months, Naomi and Martha are finally back with a brand new episode where they talk about why they vanished and explain what's been going on in their lives so far. They also talk about the time they got scammed, which was mentioned in their very cringe trailer.
So it's been a while since the last episode and a lot has happened. Firstly, there have been some changes in Naomi and Martha's lives that they acknowledge at the beginning of the episode. Later on, they talk about the whole Atroworld/Travis Scott situation and share their opinions about it. Finally, the girls close the episode by chatting about "All Too Well (Taylor's Version)" by Taylor Swift.
In this episode, Naomi and Martha start off by talking about how they made it to the student council. They later catch up on little things such as Adele's comeback and The Voice. Lastly, the girls get into the main topic of the episode - Jesy Nelson. From blackfishing, to Nicki Minaj defending Nelson's actions, Martha and Naomi share their opinions and feelings about the whole situation.
After four long weeks of no new episodes with BOTH Naomi and Martha, the girls join up to give a much-needed update on what their life has been like so far and why they have not released any new episodes as a duo. They talk about how they applied to be executive members in their school's student council and the whole campaign process - as well as discuss other people's campaign strategies.
So Naomi has unfortunately left the podcast due to a huge fight she and Martha had over the phone. For this reason, Martha has decided to take over the podcast and record her first solo episode. She talks about the Met Gala and briefly goes over the individuals who attended this year. Additionally, Martha reveals her favourite outfits of the night and gives her opinion about some questionable outfits.
The movie "He's All That" starring Addison Rae recently came out and in this episode, the girls express their opinions about it. There were definitely some good parts, but overall Naomi and Martha are over cliché romantic movies - considering they are very predictable and boring. They also talk about friendships breakups vs relationships breakups during the question of the week segment.
The Met Gala is coming up - and with that also comes absurd rumours and leaks that flood the internet. This year's Met Gala is rumoured to have many influencers, that are somewhat controversial, attending with the likes of Béyonce, Lady Gaga and many more icons. Naomi and Martha review the leaked seating chart (which is very fake) and give their opinions on the individuals attending the Met Gala this year.

The girls catch up and talk about what's been happening in their life which included camping and going to the amusement park. They later talk about the upcoming school year and how they're going into grade 11 this year. The girls offer some advice and discuss their overall feelings about going back to school.
Dating just doesn't make any sense. Especially dating during high school - it just does not make any sense at all. Naomi and Martha also talk about first date ideas and even offer some first date recommendations, despite the fact that they've never even been on a date.

Are you a parking ticket? Cause you've got 'fine' written all over you. As you may have already noticed, this week the girls talked about pick up lines and boy was it definitely something. Both Martha and Naomi had their own pick up lines that they found on the internet. They also rated each other's pick up lines on a scale of 1 to 5.

Naomi and Martha talk about the pressures of being asked "what do you want to become when you're older?" They dive into the expectations people have for them and explain how they hate it. They also discuss new music that's been released - particularly by an artist the girls love named Sofia Kay!

A lot has happened since the last episode. Well for starters, James Charles has unfortunately returned to the internet and with that, he has also deleted his apology. They also briefly talked about David Dobrik and discuss the whole Addison Rae situation of how she approached Donald Trump at a UFC fight. They end the episode by talking about Too Hot To Handle and the drama that occurred on the reality show.
In this pre-recorded episode, Naomi and Martha dive into a Buzzfeed survey titled: Here Are 12 Uncomfortable Situations — What Would You Do In Them? They cover scenarios that are downright embarrassing or incredibly awkward. The girls discuss what they would do in the situation and justify their actions, despite the fact they sometimes had very different opinions.
Too Hot To Handle was definitely something...
Well, this week Naomi and Martha talk about the reality show, Too Hot To Handle. They talk about couples such as Cam and Emily as well as Marvin and Melinda. They really go into detail with each of the storylines within the show. The girls also talk about how people in the show, such as Marvin, really frustrated them and discuss the amount of money that was deducted from the prize fund.
Naomi and Martha talk about transitioning from virtual school to in-person school. They also talk about how socially interacting with people is harder than it looks because we've all been used to communicating through a computer screen due to the pandemic. The girls also talk about Netflix shows such as Too Hot To Handle and Grand Army.
In this episode, Martha and Naomi catch up on some things that happened during the week. They start off by talking about Naomi's new job and move on to David Dobrik's comeback which was poorly timed, to say the least. The girls rant about how his vlogs come out on Tuesday - which happens to be the same day that new Seasonal episodes come out. Naomi and Martha also talk about the recent Youtubers VS TikTokers fight and the results of the boxing match.
WE'RE BACK - and so is Kelly! Since there was no episode last week the girls had plenty to talk about. Naomi and Martha explain why there was no episode. They also briefly summarized the results of the Logan Paul vs Floyd Mayweather fight and shared their opinions. Naomi, Martha and Kelly mainly talk about the recent Gossip Girl reboot trailer and also rank the original Gossip Girl characters. Lastly, they discuss a shocking thing that happened at their school (TW pedophilia from 31:29 to 40:57).
The girls discuss an array of topics that relate to putting people on pedestals, particularly influencers and celebrities. They talk about how the outcome usually results in disappointment and confusion. Naomi and Martha bring up some examples (ex. Harry Styles) during their conversation to further convey their message. They also chat about how, nowadays, posting on your social media is the way people take a stance and talk about the social issues happening in the world.
For this episode, Naomi and Martha put their brains to the test. They decided to do a BuzzFeed quiz in which they were asked a series of questions that a fifth-grader could realistically answer. Going into the quiz, the girls didn't consider that it was intended for Americans rather than Canadians - seeing that a good portion of the questions was geared for Americans. Additionally, Naomi flames Martha, during the question of the week, because she drinks BLACK coffee.
This week, Naomi and Martha talk about things that they think are overrated or underrated. Although the majority of their list is for the most part overrated, they discuss topics that range from food, music, to acting and much more. They also have a surprisingly insightful conversation about high school relationships.
Although Naomi and Martha have absolutely zero knowledge about boxing, they decided to express their opinions about fights that have been occurring between Youtubers, Tiktokers and other individuals. The girls give an overview of the boxing matches that have already happened and the ones that are being anticipated.
In this week's episode, the girls discuss their current unpopular opinions. These unpopular opinions range from thoughts about soggy cereal to over-romanticized aspects of high school. Naomi and Martha also passionately express their hatred for the show Riverdale, and really criticize the series overall.
There are definitely many expectations people have for high school that usually stem from movies and shows that are outright cliché and depict a wildly inaccurate version of high school. But fear not fellow teenagers, for Martha, Naomi, and Kelly bust those high school myths! The expectations they tackle in this episode range from relationships to popularity. The girls give their takes on each expectation and offer some words of wisdom on the matter.

Naomi, Martha and Kelly reflect on their past eras and rank them using a tier list. Some eras were memorable while some were outright cringey. However, the tiers were quite epic. The girls also talk about what movies/shows they didn't like, which pertains to the question of the week mentioned in the episode.
This week, Naomi and Martha talk about burnout and their own personal experiences with burning out. They go off topic quite a few times and have sidebars about things such as science, ageing, and reading. Overall, the girls share their perspectives on burning out in hopes of being relatable to some.
The girls reminisce about the time they choreographed a dance routine in middle school and documented it. They reflect on how they recreated the dance - while singing the song that was playing - a year later and saw how horrible their dancing and singing was. Kelly and Martha also get into a heated argument about certain movies for a good portion of the episode.

In this week's episode, Naomi and Martha discuss a much heavier topic, pedophilia in the media, compared to their usual light-hearted and comedic stories. They mainly talk about the Lopez brothers as well as James Charles and give a general overview of what is currently happening with each of them. Naomi and Martha also share their own opinions on the matter and shed light on how pedophilia is so normalized in social media.
Naomi and Martha finally introduce Kelly, their friend whose name has been mentioned several times in previous episodes. They discuss how they all met and also start a conversation about the weird, yet funny, assumptions they had about Naomi. They also talk about their dealbreakers - some of which were hilariously odd.
In this episode, the girls talk about the different podcast names they thought of before ultimately choosing the name "Seasonal". Martha and Naomi get into the backstory of each name and what they meant. They also discuss their opinions about influencers and celebrities while comparing them to each other, and briefly talk about the Kardashians.
This week Naomi and Martha talk about how half of their class got kicked out of the theatre, while they were feasting in a buffet. They also discuss the possibility of a face reveal, talk about Naomi’s hilarious childhood photos, and how they made a whole presentation in hopes of convincing their grade 8 teacher they deserved a graduation trip.
Naomi and Martha properly introduce themselves - in a funny fashion of course. They start off by criticizing their trailer and later each talk about their embarrassing stories hint: the stories include topics such as mics and barking. During the episode, the girls also give a little insight into the overall meaning of Seasonal.
SUPRISE! There’s a second premiere episode! In this episode, Martha and Naomi discuss their bizarre exam rituals. As per usual they start off with yet another apology as well as reminisce about their grade 9 year and how they struggled to keep up. The girls also explain their cheating tactics and tell their funny cheating stories.
