Water is the most precious resource on the planet: nourishes life, crosses and holds Mother Earth and is the main component of our bodies compounds of over 70% water. With love and gratitude, we ask for forgiveness for each individual and collective emanation that did not respect life, Mother Earth and ourselves. Through our breath, we return to the center of ourselves, in openness of the heart we give Thanks.

THE GREAT DAY OF LOVE AND GRATITUDE is a moment of profound union of our hearts, in the conscious faith that opens a new path of human evolution in harmony with Mother Earth. On this day, we connect to our heart and to the hearts of all humanity, shifting the consciousness from the mind to the heart.
Accepting our lives with love and gratitude, we take the responsibility for the creation of our reality through thoughts, words, intentions, emotions, gestures and actions, by addressing water an element that embodies the Life. Water is the most precious resource on the planet: nourishes life, crosses and holds Mother Earth and is the main component of our bodies compounds of over 70% water. With love and gratitude, we ask for forgiveness for each individual and collective emanation that did not respect life, Mother Earth and ourselves. Nel 2012, in collaborazione con Masaru Emoto, abbiamo lanciato per la prima volta la Meditazione dell'Acqua, un appuntamento mondiale che vogliamo ripetere ogni anno, riunendoci nella Giornata dell’Amore e della Gratitudine.

Oggi siamo come un unico cuore che vibra all’unisono per l'umanità e per il pianeta. Oggi scegliamo di vivere nelle alte vibrazioni di amore e di gratitudine, imprimendole nell’acqua, elemento legato alle nostre emozioni. Oggi direzioniamo consapevolmente il nostro potere di creazione nella gioia autentica, sentendoci parte attiva di un unico sogno di vita che ciascuno di noi costruisce momento per momento. Namastè! ♥

ore 12:00 - MEDITAZIONE DI CENTRATURA E DI ESPANSIONE DEL CUORE
Uniti gli uni agli altri, tenendoci per mano o immaginando di farlo, ci colleghiamo alla Madre Terra attraverso il nostro respiro. Rimaniamo centrati in esso, ascoltando il nostro battito che ci unisce a quello di ogni essere vivente. Visualizziamo delle radici dipartirsi dai piedi che come quelle di un albero affondano nella terra, radicandoci ad essa, creando una connessione ancora più profonda che ci unisce al cuore di Madre Terra. L’energia terrestre risale dai piedi, attraversando il nostro corpo. In seguito, percepiamo il sole o immaginiamo di connetterci ad esso, visualizzando una luce nel centro di noi stessi che si espande sino a fondersi nel Sole. Al centro, nel nostro cuore, si fondono le due energie, quella terrestre e quella solare. Mettiamo ora le mani sul petto ed iniziamo a sentire l‘amore e la gratitudine crescere dentro di noi sino a ricolmarci completamente. Quando ci sentiamo ricolmi facciamo confluire questa potente emanazione nel cuore di ogni essere umano e di ogni essere vivente.
ore 12:30 - PREGHIERA DI BENEDIZIONE DELL‘ACQUA
In apertura del cuore emaniamo alte vibrazione di amore e di gratitudine affinché l’acqua possa tornare limpida e pura come un cristallo. Questa vibrazione si espande dal centro di noi stessi e genera effetti a cascata in ogni mare, lago, fiume, oceano sin nella più piccola goccia d’acqua, rigenerando le terre bagnate da quelle acque, le persone che bevono dalla limpidezza di questa sorgente, gli animali e le piante che abitano le sacre acque della nostra benedizione, ogni forma di vita sulla terra che viene in contatto con le alte vibrazioni di amore e di gratitudine generate dalla purezza del nostro intento.

In questa puntata esploriamo gli esperimenti sull'acqua dello scienziato giapponese Masaru Emoto. Secondo il risultato degli esperimenti, se l'acqua viene sottoposta a vibrazioni positive come amore, gratitudine, perdono o musiche melodiose, forma dei cristalli perfettamente geometrici (quando viene congelata). Al contrario, quando l'acqua viene sottoposta a vibrazioni negative non forma i cristalli, bensì delle figure frammentate e amorfe.
