Abū al-Dardāʾ al-Anṣarī رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ was a wise companion of the blessed prophet ﷺ and though his family became Muslims sadly on in Madinah, he didn’t convert until after the battle of Badr. Muʿādh ibn Jabal was was a Sahabah of the blessed Prophet ﷺ who was loved by him ﷺ very much. He was a handsome and imposing character with black eyes and curly hair and immediately impressed whoever he met. When the noble Prophet ﷺ reached Madinah, Muʿādh stayed in his company as much as possible. He studied the Quran and the laws of Islam until he became one of the most well-versed of all the companions in the religion of Islam. Messengers of the kings of Yemen came to the Prophet announcing that they and the people of Yemen had become Muslims. They requested that some teachers should be with them to teach Islam to the people. For this task the Prophet commissioned a group of competent duat (missionaries) and made Muʿādh ibn Jabal their amir. He then put the following question to Muʿādh: "According to what will you judge?" "According to the Book of God," replied Muʿādh. "And if you find nothing therein?" "According to the Sunnah of the Prophet of God." "And if you find nothing therein?" "Then I will exert myself (exercise ijtihad) to form my own judgment." The Prophet was pleased with this reply and said: "Praise be to God Who has guided the messenger of the Prophet to that which pleases the Prophet." The Prophet personally bade farewell to this mission of guidance and light and walked for some distance alongside Muʿādh as he rode out of the city. Finally he ﷺ said to him: "O Muʿādh, perhaps you shall not meet me again after this year. Perhaps when you return you shall see only my mosque and my grave."

Ḥudhayfah ibn al-Yamān, the secret bearer of the prophet ﷺ, a great Sahabah of the prophet ﷺ who also knew all the fitnahs, signs of the end of times and names of the hypocrites. He had three qualities that particularly impressed the Prophet ﷺ : his unique intelligence, quick-wittedness, and his ability to keep a secret even under persistent questioning.
Part 2 with ʽAbdullah ibn Masʽūd رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ. Listen to advices from him which could protect us from falling into many sins and faults. Our beloved prophet ﷺ said “By Him in Whose Hand is my life, if you were not to commit sin, Allāh would sweep you out of existence and He would replace (you by) those people who would commit sin and seek forgiveness from Allāh, and He would have pardoned them. [Muslim] It’s not too late to learn and change our ways.
Abū Mūsā al-Ashʿarī رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ, a sahabah blessed with a beautiful voice to the point the prophet ﷺ said “O Abū Mūsā, you have been given a voice for recitation from the instruments of the house of Dawūd.” [Bukhārī] He continued to strive for the deen even whilst on his deathbed. He was regarded the greatest mufassir of Qur'ān. He رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ said “If someone wants to know whether he loves Allāh, then let him consider his relationship with the Qur'ān.
