Holding one Accountable and teaching children at an early age how to be Accountable should be taught and reinforced in a child's young years, so when they become adults they will understand what it means to be a person of character and doing what is ethical; despite the obstacles.
On Memorial Day we pay homage and honor as well as commemorate all veterans living and deceased; who sacrificed and dedicated their lives to protect our country and their courageous patriotsm.
Teacher Shortages Are Increasing throughout the U. S. because teachers are being under compensated, lack support from school administrators, and they are suffering distress and abuse from defiant students and parents. The epidemic of Teacher Shortages has been fluctuating since 2017, and it's doubling now.
Today, families are not as unified as they used to be. Families would sit down at the dinner table and have conversations that focused on positive events that happened at work or school. Everyone was valued and everyone shared their input of how they felt about certain decisions or situations. Today, families don't spend a lot of time communicating at the dinner table
We live in a world where embracing cultural differences is a detriment for others who live in a country or work for an employer where they lack understanding of a foreigner or immigrants who lack proficiency in English, but are proficient to speak in their nature language. It is important to have empathy for others who are different and that we learn how to be open minded to those who speak a different language or who have different beliefs or cultural norms and customs that are different from our own customs.
We live in a world where people feel validated to prove their physical attributes or appearances. In addition, Inner Beauty or Character would not be a popular topic to talk about for a magazine, but Character should receive top ranks. We should reflect on the beauty that is eternal, which is our souls and our attitudes in how we treat people because that is what will make a difference in people being around positive people.
Leadership is very important it's more than commanding or giving orders. True leadership embodies character and empathy for others when they face adversity or they need to be nurtured to fulfill their ambitions. Leadership is essential in mentoring future leaders who follow and pursue excellence in citizenship throughout their communities and the people they interface and network with .
Here in America family members are killing one another and there is a lack of structure in homes and in the public places. Raising children how to respect authority starts at a young age.
Christmas is the time of year to reflect on The Messiah The Savior Jesus who cam to save sinners from sin. In addition, we get caught up with the commercialism of Christmas and sometimes we neglect or tend to forget there are people who suffer from isolation, loneliness, and bereavement during these holiday seasons. We should be more sensitive to others who are suffering or going through adversity during the Christmas Holiday Season.
When you're trying to communicate with someone who lacks proficiency in a language, it can be overwhelming. The language barriers in speaking any foreign language is that you've unfamiliar with the dialect, the pronunciations, and the efficient language that is spoken and written every day.It is important to collaborate with other colleagues and entities on implementing strategies that will compel managers and supervisors to hire linguistic translation services who can hire translators for your company to help with translating in both spoken and written foreign language, to help communicate your services to the public.
Understanding where you fit in a work culture or pageant culture is important because there are decisions that you have to make concerning flexibility of work schedule if the mission and vision of the company or organization is in alignment with your work ethic and morals and values.
Charter schools are not affiliated with a school board governed by the state government, but they are still held to the standards of accountability in terms of teaching various state grade level subjects and their content. On the other hand, fine arts curriculums tend to enhance the classroom learning environment when music, visual arts, instrumental music, and dramatic arts, and PE and dance are integrated to make the learning environment engaging.
Affirmation Action has been beneficial to women and minorities who represent different ethnicities and socio-economic economic backgrounds. Now that the Supreme Court has eradicated Affirmation Action, colleges and universities as well as corporate entities have to implement other strategies to accommodate future applicants for jobs and admissions to getting into college.
People treat you based on how they perceive you and how they view you and others from personal perspectives.
In order for relationships and marriages to be sustainable; there must be open communication, empathy, and trust. You have to be specific about certain priorities or things that you want to see or accomplish I. Your relationship or marriage . You have to be consistent and authentic in communicating with your spouse or significant other.
Today, public schools are in peril because there is a lack of structure and discipline within the classroom and school systems all over the United States. This is a major epidemic, especially children and teens who come from home environments that lack structure and discipline .
Education in the US is governed and overseers by the State and federal government. Every system protocol in International schools in other countries have their established protocol and policies implemented for their educational curriculums.

Transitioning from Elementary School to High School is an enormous step. You have to learn new technology programs and academic levels for the grade levels you are teaching or will be teaching throughout the school year. You have to learn and apply as well as incorporate different teaching strategies. High School students work with their guidance counselors in planning and taking required courses and electives to meet requirements for graduation. In elementary school children take subjects that are taught as a curriculum in their grade level. Elementary students do not have an option in selecting classes or subjects for the quarter.

Children will be going back to school in August and we are still in the COVID Pandemic. Children under the age of 6years can not receive the vaccine for COVID yet.
