I speak about past trauma, life experiences, entrepreneurship, leadership and so much more. It’s time to step up, level up and Rise Up.
A little different from all my other episodes, but a real current experience where I could have lost my life. As a women, this is not somethign to overlook.
Let me explain before you get the wrong idea. Your trauma doesn’t make you stronger, you make yourself stronger by pulling yourself out of the damage left for you to clean up. It’s the work you do for you to become stronger.
Have you ever looked through the lens and lost focus (fuzzy) because you zoomed in to much? Life can be that way where we lose focus, we zoom in too much. This can become overwhelming when we don’t know what to do.
Call it seasonal blues but we all go thru this at different times of our lives and I’m here to say, it’s only temporary and you will overcome the season.
Know the triggers before total burnout and give yourself the necessary time to realign and re-energize.
It’s a bit emotional but needed to share my heart on this. Hope you enjoy or at least get some value.
It’s easy to start something but harder to stay in. Listen, it’s ok to give up on things (change direction) as long as you completed what you started, but then keep trying with something else or different. The key is not giving up completely on yourself. You can take a step back to re-evaluate or change direction, but don’t throw in the towel on you.
You can overcome anything in your life and move from a victim mentality to a Victor over your life. I’m living proof that it’s possible.
Get uncomfortable my friends and grow. Honestly you cannot grow further staying in your comfort zone especially when you have unfinished business. It’s time to Grow and take a risk in getting uncomfortable.
Have you ever taken an enneagram test before? You should! It is so helpful in learning who you are and how to deal with things good and bad. Go to 9types.com and take yours.
What you belief in yourself to be may not be the person you want to be. You can make changes to know who you truly are and step into the real you one day at a time.

We all have a story, but which one do you want to be seen as? You can create a different story if you don’t like your old story. Make a change if need be, don’t let your old story stop you from being a better version of you.
This episode makes you question which side of the spectrum you are. Like a scale which side are you leaning more towards? Are we being an asset of liability to ourself and others? It’s never too late to make things right for you and your life.
