That would be mental health and the battles it entails. Mental health is defined as what constitutes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. The state of our mental health largely influences how we think, feel, and act in our surrounding environments, social interactions, and other personal endeavors. This episode is dedicated to our own experiences and dealing with our own mental health and experiences regarding it. A moment of transparency for all of the 4 Corners especially coming from the minds of four Black men.
We want to make a safe space for all of those affected worldwide by the effects of mental illness, and we here at the 4 Corners of Commentary want you to know, that you are not alone in your struggles and we hear you, we see you and thus, we're with you.

In this episode we have the 4 Corners speaking about a particular moment in the wrestling community. The focus of sexual assault in the business and the movement that is #speakingout. Victims usually do not report sexual assault for multitudes of reasons. 20% feared retaliation, 13% believed the police would not do anything to help, 13% believed it was a personal matter and, 2% believed the police could not do anything to help just to name a few.
