In this Episode We are speaking with Patrick Brown and his wife Kristen. They run and operate PB & K Properties.
They are passionate entrepreneurs and highly motivated and committed individuals. They started their journey into Real Estate Investing in 2019 and have done multiple wholesale deals and flips with their local investors. They are currently Virtually wholesaling in 5 different markets with Their lead generation process.
They participated in the 50/50/50 Challenge that RJ Bates III recently did in all 50 states, and from that they realized that they were limiting their ability to scale by their mindset and limiting beliefs. They were focused on thinking it can and should only be done in their local market. Up until this point they were struggling with consistency only doing a deal on average every 45 days instead of the 3-5 deals a month that they wanted to be doing.
They struggled with the same problems and issues that most new up start businesses in this industry struggled with which is MINDSET/MOTIVATION/CONSISTENCY/SOFTWARE SYSTEMS as well as MENTOR or NO MENTOR. The challenge allowed them to generate a best ever in their business of about 11 deals in 1 month which was definitely exciting and fulfilling but also allowed them to see just what it takes to generate that level of business success.
They have continued to strive to do multiple deals every month. They are Part of the SuperHuman Campaign and they have Officially joined RJ Bates III & Cassi Dehaas and TITANIUM Investments and are taking their talents, vision and passion to Fort Worth Texas in the coming weeks to push to the highest level of fulfilment the Real Estate Investing space has to offer.
