If religion is your thing (specifically Christianity) read scripture to remind you of who you actually are. 2 Cor. 5:17, 1 Peter 2:9-10, Romans 8:1, John 1:12, Gal. 2:20, 1 John 4:4, 2 Peter 1:4, Psalm 139:14, 2 Cor. 5:20, Eph. 5:8, 2 Cor.2:15

Stop assuming things about other people, then it becomes easier to identify when someone makes a potentially false assumption about you.
