In this episode I was led to just reflect back on how things had started with launching the Podcast and just the journey we been on together. To be in a place currently where we are standing in some of the blessings we prayed about allows me to share from a new place in this season and I'm just grateful for what's coming on future episodes. The road had its ups and downs, as we grow a deeper relationship with God he may ask us to leave things behind and we don't know why just yet and in the journey we face things in ourself that is necessary for God's Will to be done. Amen. Praise God for what He continues to do in the wait of whatever is next! Hey friends-- a little late getting this one posted. Recorded this after my eye exam on June 7th and welp!, here we are a few weeks later but better late than never right?! As I sat here listening to this podcast to make edits and add a description I needed this gentle reminder for myself today! It's so easy to get back into old habits and allow life to get so busy that we drop the ball in other areas so my prayer is that this episode encourages you too! I read from John 14:18-31 today. I encourage you to grab your bible too, whatever version and read with me!
I hope that no matter what you're facing in your life you stay close to the Father. He will always give you a PEACE, not as the world gives! So anytime you begin to feel stressed or feel like a sense of overwhelm coming back around, check in and ask yourself.. am I praying daily? Am I in the word each day? Am I being spiritually fed/nourished even when I'm on the "Go-Go-Go"? It's easy for us to lean into our own strength... lets not forget where our help truly comes from. Amen. And as you're staying faithful in your journey, you're connected to helping others reach their transformation too so don't give up now! Keep going friend!
I encourage you in this episode for journaling to write about your updates that are going on in your life. Find what is new, what's happening. What are you celebrating? What have you been eliminating? What has been overwhelming you or what thoughts are creeping in to kill steal and destroy? When you journal out these things it's easier for us to surrender and invite the Lord in to help us navigate and get back on track and also to give thanks and praise for what he's doing in our life too! Find time to write today and pray and release it! Amen

I was so encouraged today knowing that God is seeing our faithfulness to him! I wanted to share the encouragement from my quiet time while journaling this morning. Be blessed knowing that God is your strength and even when you feel alone, you're not! He is with you! He protects you from anything that may come your way! Stand firm and keep speaking God's Truth over you and the promises for your family! Be encouraged to keep going because God can be using too to bless and encourage others. You must remain a light in dark places. Anytime you feel discouraged, snap out of it and move forward with God! I read from Psalm 91 today! Scriptures also shared from Psalm 34:7 and 2 Timothy 4: 16-18God bless you and have a wonderful rest of May! 🙌💓 God willing, I'll be back soon with another heartfelt chat! --- Send in a voice message: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/creatiffkaspodcast/messageSupport this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/creatiffkaspodcast/support
Hey hey friends- good morning! Recording this today during my morning coffee time and in reflection of this 4th Journaling Experience of "She Journals Through the Journey. This question came up in my workbook that had me realizing the true importance of creating new memories and the Lord reminded me how our days are numbered. Life is short. I rather be found with a heart posture of love and compassion than to be found stuck in my iniquities. The Lord revealed that wherever we are in our journey, we are right on time. As you continue to seek his face daily and make the necessary changes you need to make in your journey of growing in Christ, you'll find all the things that have been holding you back and when we release these things to the Lord he will kindly establish us on a firm foundation. May this podcast remind you to rely on HIM for strength (Proverbs 18:10 and Ephesians 6). I was reading from my journal today of the notes I was gathering while meditation on the word of God for day 16 of She Journals Through The Journey Experience. I'll be sharing from Psalm 90 today so grab your bible and follow along with me. Be encouraged that there's always JOY in the morning and God is still working things out because we believe in him! This episode is a real quick one because I just felt led to share what blessed me today! The realization that as a mom we want to solve all of our kids problems naturally and we want them to make better choices then we did as new adults/parents and we also don't want our own fears from past mistakes to hinder them in having sound mind when faced to decide on something that maybe God is guiding them to do. So pray with your kids, especially young adults. Prayer over them and lift them up and all their decisions to God so HE can provide clarity and confirmation on what they should do! Remind them that The Lord needs to be the foundation of everything and hopefully this will be a habit that stays with them forever for future generations to come! Thank you Jesus! Is this a season of rejoicing for you? Today's episode I'm pouring out an overflow of so much joy just sharing an amazing testimony of something special to my heart that happened for my family recently. These moments of celebration could be shared so that others become inspired and gain blessings from the abundance of what's outpouring. God is so faithful when you surrender things to Him, he makes a way out of no way! Don't be ashamed. Don't be Timid. Don't be afraid! God always brings clarity when there are questions. But are you asking the questions and waiting for His leading? This is what we're called to do. To also help others see the goodness of what God is doing in your life as it gives them hope for what's coming in theirs when they choose Jesus too! Amen. What is something you have that you are celebrating right now because God has made it possible? Share it with others and be excited to see that God is truly doing a new thing IN and THROUGH each of us collectively. Don't keep these moments of celebration and testimony just for yourself... As your cup runs over, let it pour out and see who's around you that will catch the overflow of the outpouring. It's a seed that will be watered. In Jesus Name. Amen.
Scriptures mentioned today: Jeremiah 24:7 and Psalm 23

In this episode I'm just sharing with you all a word that the Lord inspired me with through the Holy Spirit after a lunch date with girlfriends. My sister at lunch said "relationships come for a reason, season or a lifetime" and I agree as I've always believed and said this too, but don't forget about the relationships that God "Preserves" for us so he could use them for whatever he needs to do to accomplish his work/will in our lives.
pre·serve [prəˈzərv]VERB
maintain (something) in its original or existing state: "all records of the past were zealously preserved" SIMILAR:conserve, protect, maintain, take care of, look after, save, safeguard, keep care of
Don't get so caught up in wanting to run away from what God is doing in your life that you miss the small blessings in between. Get better at walking by Faith and Not by what you see. Learn to TRUST God through everything because he really is trying to get our attention so we could surrender OUR WILL for HIS WILL.
I mentioned in this episode that you should get connected with a sister of mine, Angelica Stanley from Well Valley. Hey friends, thanks for coming back to Think With Me. Recorded this on Tuesday after my quiet time with the Lord when I was reading through the Word of God and The Lord kept highlighting to me about those feelings of unworthiness and where it sometimes comes from. In my personal journey of experiencing times of self-sabotage and just overall doubting, especially with success at times when things were going great, maybe I was wanting to run away from things that are "good" and I had to identify patterns and ask when this was showing up for me. Can you relate? Maybe you have struggled with reaching a level of success in business but then after recognition you felt like an imposter or realized that receiving recognition was not deserved because it wasn't just YOU in it, it took a whole team to get there OR like it was God that carried you through it, right? Maybe in your relationships and friendships you struggle with guilt and shame and/or traumas so you fear it when it is genuine?
I learned I had to accept and dive deeper to understand God's LOVE to really appreciate what I do have and trade those feelings of unworthiness for gratitude and keep working at it daily! Tune in and think with me to hear about 5 ways you could start to feel worthy of the good things in your life.
My email if you want to chat deeper about anything you hear from my episodes is: tiffany@creatiffkas.com. I look forward to hearing from you friend!
Scriptures mentioned from my morning bible study were Genesis 32:10, Luke 17:10; 1 Corinthians 11:27-28, John 3:16. Even though I mention these scriptures from the concordance, the stories will bless you so please read for full context to see the revelation you may receive in them. You have to read these chapters fully to get a full understanding. Amen

How Could You Help Accomplish God's Work Today? What am I doing today that is contributing to the accomplishment of what God is wanting to do in this time?
Don't count yourself out sis. You have not given it your best shot yet and even if you're afraid to take your shot, guess what? God is WITH YOU! You're not alone and so you shouldn't be afraid because God will always equip you with everything you need ESPECIALLY when he calls you to do or speak a thing! Amen
Today's episode I share from a dream I received the other night, and I was taken back to re-read Acts 6 and parts of Matthew 10. Allowing the Holy Spirit to guide me on delivering this message made me realize the importance of those seasons where we are called to build others up. Not only should we be praying for our leaders, but they also need our respect and contributions so that God can do what He needs to do in times like these! We all play a part. What gifts do you have that you could use to serve your community/church? Also as leaders you shouldn't feel so overwhelmed, have you thought about asking members for help to assist you so you could focus on what God needs you to focus on right now? Tune in and pray about the message that I deliver today. Allow God to show you if this applies to you in this time.
Do not neglect your family but always remember your commitment to the Lord and that God should always be your #1 priority. Pray to God and ask what season you're in right now. I also recorded this video on youtube a few weeks ago about discerning the season you're in. You can check it out here: https://youtu.be/ZD8EOxgBJu8

While sitting in my quiet time the other day, I realized God needed me to remember/ recall/ recollect some things of the experiences I just faced so that I could merge into the lane he needs me to be in. We may not understand in the moment what God is doing and because we're human we want to know all the details before doing anything lol and we ask all the "who, what, when, and where" questions, when really our obedience in the right NOW is where God needs us to place focus and he can reveal the WHY later! Amen 🙏 So sometimes He may bring things into your remembrance so that you could fully move forward into the next step. Trust him in that. I shared some of my testimony because there's not enough people sharing their story in times like these! I believe that right now the workers are few and Jesus needs us to gather more people to have a relationship with him and remember where they’re help comes from! I believe through my story, you deserve to know so that you can make better choices and do things differently with the reminder that we must keep God as our foundation and source no matter where God sends us in this life! It's easy to forget HIM and he doesn't want you repeating the same mistakes that I know I made and so he's asked me to share! Give me grace this wasn’t easy lol 😂 Blessings to those of you who have decided to pray the prayer with me at the end :) Here's my email: Tiffany@creatiffkas.com. Obedience to share what God is giving you may require us to be put in some uncomfortable situations, but I'm reminded that Jesus crossed all barriers to share the gospel! Have you ever felt unqualified to share something? Imagine wanting to share the good news or help get someone out of bondage but you yourself are not "Perfect" and you wonder why is God even calling me to do this? What will people say or think? After studying the journal entry, I had from January 15th, then later reading about the woman at the well from John 4, God showed me that this wasn't just for me and to trust HIM. So here we are about to publish this, and I have a joyful spirit through it all! LOL
If you are new here, in order to stay with me, maybe go study JOHN CHAPTER 4 in The Bible before you listen. And these Additional Scriptures I shared that you could look up and read entire chapters on are Romans 8:36; 2 Corinthians 3:17; and Galatians 5:13-14
Though some may not agree with what I'm sharing from my personal MLM (Network Marketing/Business) experience it's okay! For those who do know my personal story you will understand the heart posture in all of this and can probably relate with me. So please pray if this message is even for you! Take it back to the Lord and seek discernment, clarity and he will provide a better understanding. When we study more about idolatry for what it is, God may tug on you to even step away from career paths, but will you trust him and seek his reasoning? Or maybe God is just asking you to be more aware and change the way you're operating in your business and/or daily lives. Are you in it for yourself? Or are you really building up his kingdom? Are your actions showing that you serve money or are serving God? Do our actions reflect that relationships and community really matter to you or just when they benefit your gain? Join me for some hard truths... while I give you 7 things I know NOW that I wish I knew THEN while building my business in direct sales. This will either bless you or make you upset. But with good intentions through the leading of the Holy Spirit I believe a light will be shined into dark areas that HE only wants to help you with and if He wants to use my story to shed that light, Glory be to God! Amen

Be thankful for the people that God places in your path because they have been planting seeds to prepare you for what you're going to experience when you come in contact with our Lord Jesus. In this episode I share why it's so important to seek God directly for direction and build your own relationship with Him, but don't underestimate the power of being vulnerable with others because we do need that support to know we aren't alone, and they could encourage you to keep going! One day you'll be extending that same HOPE to others and being a light for whomever God places in your path each day!
There are things happening that we don't yet understand WHY but Trust in the Lord with all your heart and remember that when you truly want God's Will for your life, there will be things shifting from your past/present as you transition into the new life you have chosen to embrace. Hallelujah! Praise God through that!
I read from John 3:18-21 NIV and it Reads: "Whoever believes in Him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because he has not believed in the name of God's one and only Son. This is the verdict: Light has come into the world, but men loved darkness instead of light because their deeds were evil. Everyone who does evil hates the light and will not come into the light for fear that his deeds will be exposed. But whoever lives by the truth comes into the light, so that it may be seen plainly that what he has done has been done through God."
We all have fears about what darkness and hidden things could come to light but to learn about the freedom through Christ Jesus, you can't help but want to share that with others because it's so much better to live free from guilt and shame. I pray that whoever hears this message knows that it's okay to shine bright, the world is dark enough and God is building you up so you could help prepare the way for others!
I encourage you to read through chapters, John 1 -3 on your own time. Thanks for being here and listening!

Hi friends: Welcome back and welcome to 2023. Im so grateful that with everything that has happened we can see what God was doing and be encouraged to keep moving forward. One realization I had was about how we must continue to keep our helmet on so we could protect our mind. As we are growing our faith the enemy will try to cloud us with negative thinking or having us fight the battles that Jesus has already won! Let's remain Alert and sober-minded because God will be your guide through it all. Trust in him and believe that your faith will get you through whatever is ahead! Pay attention to the tugs in your spirit of what to change because it's only preparing you and giving you strategy for whatever you're about to go through!
Scriptures mentioned: Psalm 127:1; 1 Peter 5:8-9 and Isaiah 55:8-9

Hey friends, come along with me as I share in this podcast what I discovered while reflecting on my dream where I was looking for a "Supply List", I hope that this encourages you wherever you are on your journey. Sometimes when we're deep in thought the best person to chat with is God because most likely he's trying to get us to lean in closer to hear him instead of our own thoughts LOL. If you're someone who struggles with talking to the Lord, try journaling, that's where I started! :)I was reminded that what God rains down from heaven is potential and was also reminded of Philippians 4:19 ESV which reads: "And my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."The morning after my dream, I was looking up the particular box I saw and was led to find that someone wrote a blog in August 2012. It’s called What is in your alabaster box? Lay your dreams at God's feet — Letters to Women (letterstowomenpodcast.com) While uncovering my dream this encouraged me to learn about what an Alabaster Box was and in diving into the Bible to read deeper through Matthew 26:6 about the Woman Who Anoints Jesus with Perfume. This truly blessed me. I was able to reflect on things in my own life and asked myself if I truly worship him without having barriers and without worrying about what others may think about me in doing so. Also ask yourself the same question and reflect on it. The song I mentioned in this podcast is by CeCe Winans and it's called "Alabaster Box" please check out the lyrics here: CeCe Winans – Alabaster Box (Live) Lyrics | Genius LyricsCheck out one of my playlists of favorite songs, i added it to my "Don't Worry" playlist: Don’t Worry- Tiffs Playlist - YouTubeIf you would like to get in touch with me you can email me at Tiffany@creatiffkas.com and/or join my facebook group at https://www.facebook.com/groups/shejournalsthroughthejourney--- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/app--- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/creatiffkaspodcast/messageSupport this podcast: https://anchor.fm/creatiffkaspodcast/support
Hey friends, thanks for tuning in! Today I'm sharing with you guys about how sometimes God works on us "Little by Little" and to remain encouraged that even when you fail, his LOVE and his grace is enough to remind you to keep going! I share that in in this journey for me, one of the hardest things is truly dying to our old selves. In life, God still gives us the ability to have freedom of choice and though he wants us to stay away from different things, you sometimes go through things to learn the lesson and understand that he always reveals it to you so you can get it right moving forward. Not to live in shame. Not to be in Fear. Not to call it quits. But to keep going and keep growing by being reminded of how much he really loves us!
A bible verse that has encouraged me all of October was 1 John 4:18 and in this episode I share how the scripture came back around full circle for me to remind me that God's Perfect Love truly does drive out all Fear, and that we are to not be afraid! Whatever you're going through, whatever mountain is in front of you just know that it's all part of the transformation that you are going through and you're to be a light because so many are on this journey with us! When you fully trust in God he will transform those parts of us that seemed so impossible to change. Even if it is "Little by Little", he will accomplish a miraculous work in all of us who are willing to allow him to do what he does in and through us!
Other scriptures mentioned in today's episode are: 1 John 4:13-21; Exodus 20:20; Matthew 5:14-16; Deuteronomy 7:21

Hey friend! So as you’re growing spiritually, you’ll notice so many different seasons. Some that require patience and some thy require you to be bold. When you start to grow and mature in your faith you may or may not encounter feelings of intimidation and I think that’s where the insecurities stem from. So I want to share with you this revelation I got when resting in Him. I kept asking God what the feeling was that I was feeling and even though we shouldn’t allow our emotions to guide us, we need grace to recognize that this journey will definitely have its ups and downs and we can’t get discouraged or remain silent. We are called to keep our heads held high and to push forward! I hope this podcast blesses you. I too am still learning, still growing and I’m learning when to be bold and when to rest. May you always have a desire to want to grow and go deeper in your relationship with God because he is so good and the Peace HE gives you is a way bigger reward then anything you’ve ever experienced before! Scriptures mentioned in todays podcast but I encourage you to read each chapter for full context: 2 Timothy 1, Ezra 5 and Galatians 2.

Hey friends thank you for tuning in today. Today's episode I speak about how the Lord had me recently decluttering and reminding me of those items we have could be used to bless others in times of hardship. If it's not needed, can it be donated? Pray about what God needs you to get rid of or if he needs you to change your mindset about certain things. Growing up, I had a poor example of money. I grew up in lack and so when I had the opportunity to create an income for myself in my adult life, I did just that and found opportunities that changed my mindset completely to the point where I felt money and success was everything. THEN being pulled away from a career path that I idolized completely, I started to reflect and even question if money was actually a problem and everything about it was causing me to be in fear. I continued to go through the healing journey and after seeking the Lord diligently, he revealed gracefully how to view it differently and renewed my mind about how to move forward. A few scriptures I mentioned were from Psalm 85, 1 Timothy 6:10 and also Romans 12: 1-2 (But I believe I said Romans 12 12 on the recording lol), Matthew 6:19-21. P.s. If you're looking for a facebook group to help encourage you and share journaling tips/prompts randomly-- join the community at She Journals Through The Journey | Facebook and you could get connected with some other amazing sisters in Christ and see what others are up to. I'm sure you'll find more encouragement in your Journey with other like-minded individuals!

I love that when we're developing a relationship with the Lord, we start to learn all the ways that He speaks to us! He is so good to even show us the things he wants us to get rid of! In this episode I get to share with you how God revealed to me that being a worry wart serves no good and that I need to eliminate that and fully trust in Him!
When we lay something at the Lord's feet we have to remember that we don't have to worry about those things anymore. I had to learn the hard way but it's okay because it allowed me to share this experience with you all to hopefully save you the tummy aches and heart aches that worry has often caused me! We open up my journals and share some vulnerable writings, I hope it encourages you to reassure you that you're not alone in what you face sometimes. What I love about journaling is it helps us connect all the pieces of this journey that we are on and when you reflect sometimes you find hidden treasures. I encourage you to grab a notebook and start writing your thoughts if you don't do that already!
Scriptures mentioned: Matthew 6:25-34; Psalm 37 (Read entire chapter- it will bless your whole soul); Proverbs 20:24 (Trust that you know God KNOWS what he is doing even though it doesn't appear like it in the moment); Genesis 7; Genesis 21 (God can do the impossible).
I also referenced the profile of Martha; Reasons Why We Should Not Worry --- All of this found in my New International Version Life Study Application Bible. Such a blessing how it all tied together in what God was revealing this week. & Here's my friend's youtube video that I mentioned where I took notes and read them to you on this episode. https://youtu.be/44IlgPayEaw
And if you stayed through the end I leave you with this special gift! A playlist I made of songs that have helped me recently! Enjoy: https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLN5Ow_HjlZccu0C3DWnbcYsLlfGc_iIRN

Hey friends, welcome back! In this heartfelt chat, I'm breaking down "Inspiration and being In The Spirit" from my Get In The Active series! Be sure to listen from episode 24 so you get the full context of this series. I pray that it encourages you as a whole! In this episode I speak about what it's been like to be a person of influence and how often times we may not realize that we're inspiring people. We too get inspired from others when they are operating from their true gifts, whether you're being inspired to seek a deeper relationship with God, get healthier, start a business or just learn to really love yourself again, you'll gain so much inspiration from being in the word and having your own relationship with God. I believe that it's when we're partnered with the Holy Spirit that our light from within will continue to shine outward to those you are meant to reach/teach/encourage. Keep Going friend, be encouraged that as you keep connecting to God in prayer, reading your bible and have that relationship with Jesus, you'll continue to be inspired as He is working through you to do a good work in your life and in this world! Be mindful of what you're listening to while growing your faith (I had to learn this too and still am working on this). Stay through to the exit/outro message to grab your journaling questions and you could also request to join my facebook group here: https://www.facebook.com/groups/shejournalsthroughthejourney
Be on the look out for my "LOVE" pkg that will be on sale with my 21 day guided journal "She Journals Through the Journey" here at www.creatiffkas.com/shop
I reference these scriptures: 2 Timothy 3:16-17; 1 Thessalonians 2:13 and Matthew 5:13-16
In my podcast I mentioned this song that came to my mind "https://youtu.be/Qqus079lUz8" but listen to this one too, both are by Danny Gokey "https://youtu.be/qe47sUtewa4"
I also mention my pastor, Steve Smotherman from Legacy Church. Here's episode one of his series "Gritful" that's available on Youtube: https://youtu.be/PrGus2HpF0s, i hope that it blesses you!

Hey friends, in this episode I am sharing more in depth from my "Get in the Active" series which began in episode 24 (Check it out here if you're just tuning in: https://anchor.fm/creatiffkaspodcast/episodes/Ep--24-Get-In-The-A-C-T-I-V-E-e1ctqs0/a-a77v3lg)Some of the lessons that I am sharing here is where I've gained clarity in my journey through better Time Management, Sharing My Testimony to Teach Others and really TRUSTING in God in the midst of a difficult time. I open up about a recent event that I've been faced with and really understanding that worrying serves us nothing. So being in a situation with my dad and his healing, I really am faced to TRUST God and rely on him for strength, discernment and comfort in this situation is a BIG part of the Journey and I'm sharing so that it can encourage you that if you're ever faced with some uncertainty that you know that God is already working it out even if we can't see it! I have dealt with some abandonment, rejection and always hated to be "alone" in my past and found myself being distracted on purpose! But I'm finding in THIS season that God really does use everything we go through for him to get all the Glory and allows it all to come together to strengthen us even when it seems painful in the moment. He revealed that I'm not alone, He's with me and when we want to rely on friends, spouses, outside resources and strategies, it all does not compare to what we gain when we are walking with the Lord. I reference John 14: 18-21 and John 14: 27 NIV reads: " Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid" Please stay encouraged that whatever you're going through right now is part of the process, you have a testimony that will teach someone else the beauty of having a relationship with Jesus! I love you, stay blessed and if you need to reach out to me you can at tiffany@creatiffkas.com, I love getting your feedback!

Get in the A.C.T.I.V.E is a series of me sharing with you how it came about starting with Episode 24 and I am breaking down each topic/lesson over the next 6 episodes. In this episode I dive into what it means to really Cherish God's Gifts (The things that money cannot buy, like priceless moments with loved ones, relationships and being present) I dive into why it's so important to create special moments as they become memories and are like those "Hidden Treasures" I often express! God is so good to bring people into our lives and give us the opportunity to make meaningful moments every chance we get! This episode is really deep about how tomorrow is not promised and I share a personal experience when it came to working so much and feeling unfulfilled and even realizing that my own actions were evidence of what was "really valuable" to me. Thankful for God's grace, and the wisdom to help me see things so different to really appreciate what gifts we are given! Create more memories! It was when really having a relationship with him, that I found meaning in the things that once made me feel like what I was doing was so meaningless. We will always feel like there's a void or that something is missing when we don't genuinely have a gratitude for what God has given us and allowing him to be involved, be the foundation and always seeking his will while always praising him and giving him thanks through all of it!
Scriptures Referenced: Psalm 39:4; Luke 12: 13-21; James 4:14; Proverbs 2

My previous episode introduced how this “Get In The ACTIVE” series was born. I pray that these next few episodes bless you as it’s been blessing me to receive these messages by the Holy Spirit. In this episode I share about waking up early and/or developing consistency to diligently seek the Lord daily in our lives. Often times we think doing “good deeds” will earn our way to the Kingdom but I believe it starts in our true relationship and intimacy with Jesus and allowing HIM to have the authority over our lives. God has been showing me that there’s so many opportunities to serve others it’s not just by being in a community volunteering to just do things. You can be serving and spreading love and good news just by your daily encounters with people around. We have the ability to get in relationship with the Lord and to ASK him for anything but we must know that sometimes God will answer our prayers in ways we haven’t considered or even expected. Question is, are you willing to do it God’s way or will you continue to do it your way? I also share in here how Acts 9 continued to follow me and had to read this chapter multiple times to really understand that we all individually will have our own unique personal encounters with Jesus Christ and until we do, that’s when we will really submit and give God that Authority to be our Guide in this life and give us new pair of eyes to really be AWAKE in this life. Message me if you want to discuss this further at tiffany@creatiffkas.com

Hey friends, happy New Year! I know it's been a minute but let's be honest going into a new year, we have to mindful of what we need to leave behind before entering the new, right? I want to share with you this revelation I received because if it blessed me, I know it can bless you too! I know that the Lord needs me to share this because I can't be the only who was feeling like I was in a parked car when midnight struck to a New Year. Usually we're all about "New Year, New Me" creating vision boards, having a word of the year and just ready to "get it right" this time because we have a fresh new year ahead of us. But what about when you are walking in Christ, you have to believe that he is giving you a fresh start every single day! Through HIM we have eternal life but we must make sure that we are giving him the authority to guide us daily. Why is it that we sometimes get stuck in our head and can't move forward? Is it FEAR? God does not want us to be afraid, we should cast our worries on to him. If we first seek the Kingdom, all things will be added right? He will protect us and guide us, so just pay attention to whatever season you're in. You may just need to rest in him a little longer, he will reveal what the new is for you too, enjoy the process of your Journey because HE IS WITH YOU!
While resting in the Lord, taking time away from things and recently having to close doors to things, I was reminded of this saying I heard while fasting in July which said "Get In the Active" and it sounded like my own voice really loud waking me up. I recently kept hearing it again, so I started to get "Active" like moving my body, eating better and waking up early. Recently I sat down while reading scriptures and everything was just coming to me as if I was hearing everything for the first time or like my eyes were wide awake! I thank Jesus for his patience with me, as some things were a reminder and other things a fresh new perspective. So enjoy this podcast and may it bless you for the New Year!

Hey friends, I share with you today an upcoming event called Goal-athon, I don’t want you to miss it! It’s Dec 9 and 10 please register here at www.wellvalley.org/goalathon and it’s hosted by my sis, Angelica Stanley from Well Valley!! I share in this episode some of my own experience with working with her, and how CreaTiff.Kas was taken off of my back burner and brought it back front and center with her help and system in place that helped me Prep, Plan and Proceed through the dreams we had but didn’t know how to steward everything.
When we go into business or start anything new or set new goals for that matter, so much of ourselves will try to stop us, that’s why I know it’s so important to face the seasons we’re in so we can get the true healing our soul requires to move forward into what God wants for our lives. Part of my journey in healing required facing childhood wounds that I made a decision to really forgive so that I can honor my parents and move forward in my life. I didn't know I really needed that until I dived into the preparation of everything! But I'm so grateful!
I mention a Prayer Line that’s hosted by Beyond This Moment: Prayer line is 7 days a week just dial in and mute ❤️ 218-895-8212 and passcode is: 421817# Feel free to text all of your prayer requests to: 505-585-5183

Tune in to this heartfelt chat of episode 22 with my special guest who is a very dear friend, Lorena Jaramillo! She takes us on a journey while telling her story that she had to overcome and face in the midst of the storms. Facing her truth of pain and emptiness of being raised by a single mother, and never having a relationship with her father, she discovered unhealthy patterns in her own life but never lost faith and continued to push through to get to the other side. In her Journey of seeking God she found that the void was filled. Praise God! So proud of my dear friend who was also looking for love in all the wrong places and when she surrendered to The Lord she found her husband but there was so much internal work that was needed to see things through and she never lost faith! 🙏🙌 Now because of that, she's changing the course for her children too! Wow!
Listen about her journey how she started with selling lemonade, to makeup, cleaning houses and now owning her own business, we give God all the Glory because won’t he do it!!! 💕🥳

As we have been discussing "wearing all the many hats" and just focusing on being really intentional, I was led to reach out to this special guest for this podcast. We allowed the Holy Spirit to just guide us while having a heart felt chat about all the things we deal with on our journey. As women, we sometimes battle between career or staying home, and then the adventures of motherhood all while still doing our very best to serve our spouse plus making sure that all we are doing is pleasing to God, right? Keep Going friend, you're not alone!!! So, in this podcast you get to hear first hand from Merlinda Martinez who has had multiple ventures in her life but has always been proud to have a solid foundation for her family no matter what! She and her husband are very intentional about doing Life with the Lord at the Center and making sure that they raise their children to carry out the same fundamentals for generations moving forward. Merlinda shares some of her ups and downs in her journey but how with honoring God as their foundation that they were always able to stand firm together in raising their kids, pursuing different ventures and having that faith that they can get through anything as long as they are walking with the Lord. She shares some amazing words of encouragement for those of us who are really growing our faith and provides an amazing tip that you can start to implement with your family immediately too!

Here's a journal question: Has God shown you areas that you needed to learn how to be content with what you had and not focusing on what you didn't have in that moment? Write about it. How did it feel in reflection?

Going into the month of November, God reminded me to be intentional with my time this month and move forward in all that I've learned in this journey of healing. So when I sat down to understand what God meant by the things I've learned, I was led to reflect back to when this "healing journey" started. So while sitting in the car waiting for kids to finish karate practice I asked myself: "What was I focusing on earlier this year?" "What changes did I make?" "What did I need to implement in my life to really see a new outcome?"
I reference a blog that I wrote a few months ago and the 7 things I took seriously when I was ready to embrace my healing journey! took my healing journey serious after I had decided to work with a coach who reminded me of prioritizing. Everything I thought I knew about having priorities in my life all these years went out the window and I literally took it serious to start changing my daily routine!!! I felt blessed to be in reflection because when it comes to moving forward in the new season, you have to evaluate what was already working. Why did we stop doing it? Is it something we can remind ourselves and get back on track again? Of course! Some things will stick and other things will fall away, but what never changes is us first seeking the kingdom so we can literally do all things through Christ who strengthens us!
You can look at my blog here: Blog – CreaTiff.Kas (creatiffkas.com) it's called Burnout Cycles Leading to True Healing I also mention that you could get connected with the coach I worked with, Angelica Stanley at www.wellvalley.org and feel free to reach out to her about the Write Your Story Checklist and/or the #speaklifechallenge which was something I did that really blessed me.
I hope you find encouragement from my truths and in sharing this episode with you! Just know that your journey looks different from everyone elses and that's perfectly fine! Just keep going through it, friend!

In this podcast, I have a Heart Felt Chat with a sweet friend of mine, Dena Morris. In this podcast she shares how she had to figure out a way to wear all the different hats as a Wife, Mom, Art Teacher, Run a Business and SO MUCH MORE...
The podcast idea came to mind while in reflection of my own journey over the years doing ALL THE THINGS and how I always pursued network marketing because I felt that was the only way I can be home with my kids plus make money. I ran into a point where I was really at rock bottom, burned out with the business, and felt like I was failing as a mother and spouse so getting on this podcast with Dena just brought so much encouragement and I pray for those of you mom's out there who just want to figure out the "Art" of it all, maybe Dena's story can inspire you to keep going!! I know that because she takes her relationship with the Lord very seriously, it has a huge impact on how she's able to steward all the things and be very intentional!
Dena Morris was born in Ohio and grew up in a military family that brought her to stay and reside in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She is a wife (married her high school sweetheart), mother to 3 kids, works as a Full-time Elementary School Art Teacher, and also helps people monetize their social media through partnering with a health and wellness company and is blessed to be at the current rank of Platinum Director. She has a heart for teaching adults and children alike! She strives daily to help people believe in their God-given talents and strengths and to step into their purpose. I love how she shared with me: "We are not promised tomorrow so knowing our worth, being intentional with our time and commitments, and seizing every opportunity TODAY are actions that I work to help others achieve…as well as myself!" She is a working momma on a mission to help others to find hope and to Seize the day! That’s why her business name is Team Carpe DM!

Do you ever wonder if people value your part in a relationship as much as you value or cherish them? That's a thought that came to my mind after recording this episode. This podcast is to be used as a support tool for the 21 Day Guided Journal I created called, She Journals Through the Journey and can be purchased at www.creatiffkas.com/shop. Day 11 and 12 is focused on the relationships in our lives and identifying what we cherish about them and finding what makes each one unique and special to you. In the journal I ask the question of "Do you worry about what people think of you?" and in this podcast I share my perspective on that as it's been something I have struggled with off and on. While you're on your journey you'll notice your circles will change, people will come in and out of your life constantly but have you found the authenticity in yourself to have confidence in saying, you know who God created you to be and you won't allow yourself to shrink back to make others more comfortable? When we stop apologizing for who we are, the pressure comes off that you can authentically do what God is calling you to do and ALSO show up in your relationships/friendships giving it 100% because you know who you are in them and you appreciate who they are!

In this episode, I have the honor of chatting with my friend Ashley Vargas. We met in the Direct Sales Industry and connected from journaling together and in the process she and I both discovered some of our own hidden treasures. The special things that God gave us that allowed us to identify the areas we needed to improve while still trying to inspire others. In the process of the journey, we also discovered some of our own passions and had so much in common! Hear about how in her writing she wanted to grow a better relationship with God, focus on being a better mother and started to take her entrepreneurial spirit to the next level and now she's doing ALL THE THINGS plus homeschooling and it's inspiring other moms like me to really consider this path for our children. I love how she not only focuses on her family and her businesses but she never stops when it comes to bringing inspiration to other people!

My hope is that this encourages you to keep going on the Journey you are on! Whatever that is for you! Journaling has been a tool that has not only helped with me changing my perspective on things in life and encouraged me on my healing journey but it's also been something that has led me to growing my faith and maturing spiritually in my walk with God. I think so often we seek answers for things in this life and God really does hold all the answers that we need to walk in the way we are supposed to go. There might be detours, set backs or experiences we regret but how did those things shape us and get us to where we are today? Sometimes writing about it is a greater alternative than venting with friends or family because in your writing it can really feel like you're releasing those to God. One small change can make the biggest impact on your life and by getting things OUT so you don't stay IN IT, will help you start to grow through the Journey God has designed for you! In this episode I have a heartfelt chat with my special guest, Justice Rodriguez who has become a dear friend of mine. We reflect on last weeks episode #13 regarding surface level healing and we discuss how our journeys have unfolded.
While in reflection it was nice to see how God really works things out for something greater and there really is a reason for everything even when we don't see it or understand it at the time. Justice shares some deep stuff with her healing journey and how quitting toxic behaviors will stop from moving forward into future generations because like she says, "it ends with me!" YESSS!

I referenced an older blog i posted awhile back, here it is: Blog – CreaTiff.Kas (creatiffkas.com) its titled: Burnout Cycles Leading to True Healing In my outro message I give you a glimpse of what 6 things came quickly to mind when I asked the question: "What things have you tried in your past that were meant to help you heal or overcome something, but didn't work?" That's your journaling question too btw-- and that being said, look out for another blog from me as I get more in depth about my vulnerability on this topic!
If you would like to be a special guest on my podcast- send me an email at Tiffany@creatiffkas.com and TITLE the email "Podcast Guest" and we could chat about it! I would love to have you on!

In this episode I dive into some truths about my own healing journey and how we don't see the selfishness in ourselves, but what if it's an area you have to face to really get the healing you need so that certain outcomes don't keep repeating over time? Also some may misinterpret the decision you make to start healing, a selfish one but I think it’s necessary to see where God can work with you 1:1. In addition, We have so many gifts/talents but do you take all the credit or are you giving God the glory for the work he is doing within you? Do you give thanks for all that he’s doing in and through your life or do you selfishly take all the credit? I read from Psalm 147:3-6 and Psalm 147:10-11 Please feel free to join our facebook support group if you love journaling at She Journals Through The Journey | Facebook If you want to get your very own 21 Day Guided Journal you can get it here at https://creatiffkas.com/shop or on Amazon it's called "she journals through the journey" I hope you stay encouraged from this podcast that you may not fully understand yourself sometimes, but that's okay. Focus less on yourself and focus more on who God is and you'll begin to understand who God created you to be so you could shed away those parts of you that no longer serve you and embrace fully who you are authentically at your core.

I share with you a dream I had that had me really seeking the Lord on what he's been trying to reveal to me in this season in my life. Though I'm not a dream interpreter, I share with you how my morning unfolded into diving into the Word after prayer/journaling/reflection only to realize that I have been feeling like I was in an awkward place in my walk with God because maybe I was struggling with temptations to do things MY Way vs. God's Way or for lack of wisdom which then led me to a place of complacency in my own faith. I pray this encourages you that you are NOT alone when you're trying to do it HIS way and shed away our old behaviors that no longer serve us in our journey! You won't have it all figured out right away, but keep growing and moving forward! In this podcast I referenced Well Valley for coaching/mentoring. Scriptures referenced are from 1 Corinthians 10 and 2 Timothy 2 (read the whole chapters) and I read from a New International Version (The Life Application Study Bible) as well as using the YouVersion Bible App-- you can download for free here: http://bible.com/app

Hey friends in this episode we're talking about complacency again by recognizing that sometimes FEAR will try to confuse us. We either focus so much on that feeling of fear/anxiety and we become paralyzed to stay in our comfort zones to call it quits OR we could face it head on to see what the lesson is by going through it. There's so much growth on the other side if you rely more on your faith then those old annoying self-sabotaging behaviors that continue to destroy things in your life. We also dive into the journaling topic I gave last week of "Think of an area in your life that is no longer fun/exciting or joyful" and "How can you take responsibility for making changes to see a different outcome?" Scriptures referenced were: John 10:10 and 2 Timothy 1:7, I encourage you to look these up and read the entire chapters for each. Also check out my podcast regarding self sabotage behaviors for a better understanding on what we discussed today: https://anchor.fm/creatiffkaspodcast/episodes/Episode-3-Recognizing-The-Root-May-Be-Self-Sabotaging-Behaviors-e11lpt6 Send me an email to chat so I can connect you with some amazing coaches to help you in your journey: tiffany@creatiffkas.com To get access to the facebook group click here:

Have you ever felt a tug on you that there's an area in your life that's not really fun/exciting and you know that it's something you could most likely improve in, but choose not to? What's interesting is that I found, we could be so complacent in one area of our life but then we forget that there's other areas we may be thriving or excelling in! How could we become more well-rounded in all areas so that we could lead a life of success, serving others, being responsible and understanding what it means to Fear The Lord? What if seeking God daily, allows you to really evaluate your life so you could see what areas need growth in and hold yourself to a higher standard so you're not lazy and just accepting, the "it is what it is" mentality any longer! We limit ourselves sometimes because we blame things on how we were raised but those things only shape us to recognize where we could actually grow when we trust in God's plan for our lives.
Check out Proverbs 31:10-31 in the Bible to discover what it means to be a Wife of Noble Character or the virtuous woman. This inspired me to really understand how I would love God to continue strengthening me and my character and that my journey is unfolding as God planned for me! I pray it encourages you to really accept your journey this far and let's strive forward OUT of complacency together!
Journal prompt: Think of an area in your life that is no longer fun/exciting. --When did this start? -- How can YOU take responsibility for those changes and make some new habits to change the outcome? --Write out a Game Plan to implement these changes immediately!

Have you found yourself battling your comfort zone like you really don't want to get out of it? What if I told you even the successful have comfort zones too? Its like when we become so complacent, and self-reliant there's so many dangers involved in it that it's seriously better to pursue the journey of growth instead. Listen in and hear how complacency could also cause dangers in how we lead people in business. Humility will help you see the consequences that could arise in your life, that you may have overlooked if you didn't stop to recognize it. Hopefully this heartfelt chat sheds a perspective of the truth in this topic and that you share it with a friend if it blessed you!

Are you in a season of trying to get healing, restoration, or understand the ugly truth in which you keep replaying of old patterns that you are sick and tired of feeling this way and just want to find peace and joy again? I share some ugly truths about my process to hopefully shed a light on the journey being worth it in the end. There's good news that comes from forgiveness. I hope you find a way to forgive yourself too friend!
At the end, I share some helpful tools. Here are some journaling prompts I have prepared to help you after you listen: 1.) When you think of the word "FORGIVENESS" what comes to mind? 2.) Do you think forgiving others is a part of your internal healing process? Why or Why Not? 3.) Write a letter forgiving yourself. You can list all the things you need to forgive yourself for then seal the letter, hide it, or just burn it to release it. 4.) Find a Bible scripture that you could speak over your life and apply when needed in regards to forgiveness. Write this scripture down in your journal and write about what it means to you when you study it. 5.) How do you feel knowing that you've been forgiven? We live in a world where everyone is a coach or a best selling author and it’s in our nature to want to help people grow or develop, but no one talks about those times you get stuck and wonder why you actually feel worse than before. I love personal development and have had so many favorite books, speakers and podcasts but I needed to share my thoughts on those feelings of not being able to have a breakthrough and the cycle that we put ourselves through when we’re just trying to be a better version of ourselves.
