Show me a person who hasn't crossed this path in their corporate career and I'd show you the most privileged and filthy rich person on earth.
As to why this is the norm, we're not sure. However on this episode and series to come, we'd meet and talk to the most distraught and highly discriminated against persons; who're mostly the youth in the beginning phase of their career.
How can we grow when we're manipulated and disrespected?
How do we learn to be better when we grow?
How do we change systems when we hold so much resentment from our past?
One speech at a time, we hope to expose society to the rots happening under their belt and possibly what each institution can do to change the narrative.
