In other early games, the Connecticut Sun showcased their strength against the Indiana Fever, holding off a comeback attempt to secure a 70-61 win. Alyssa Thomas proved to be a force on both ends of the court, putting up impressive numbers with 18 points, 11 rebounds, six assists, two steals, and two blocks.
