After 20 years of military service, I know extremely too well the stress of PCSing (relocating due to military orders) and I know intimately the anxiety that accompanies the move until you have made it to your next location and truly getting settled in that new area can be anywhere from 3-6 months after the movers have dropped off the last of household goods. I get into the details of what is the mission of Moving To Norfolk and why I think its a mission that I believe has an laser focus on not only helping communicate with the military service member moving to norfolk virginia but how I look to make it where they can make informed decisions about moving to Norfolk Virginia and help them minimize their anxiety as much as possible about finding the right community for themselves, the right home to purchase, the right school district for their elementary to high school children, and much much more. First-time homebuyer programs are designed to help people who are buying a home for the first time to be able to afford a mortgage. These programs can provide financial assistance in the form of grants, low-interest loans, or tax credits to help with the down payment and closing costs associated with buying a home. Some programs are specifically designed for first-time homebuyers, while others are available to anyone who meets certain income or credit requirements. There are several types of first-time homebuyer programs, including:
Federal Housing Administration (FHA) loans: These are mortgages that are insured by the FHA and are available to first-time homebuyers with a credit score of at least 580.
Veterans Affairs (VA) loans: These are mortgages that are guaranteed by the VA and are available to active-duty military personnel, veterans, and their families.
USDA loans: These are mortgages that are insured by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) and are available to first-time homebuyers in rural areas.

- Determine if Airbnb is right for you: Before you start, consider whether you are comfortable with the idea of having strangers stay in your home. Think about any concerns you might have and how you will address them.
- Choose a property: If you don't already own a property, you'll need to decide whether you want to rent out a room in your home or an entire property. Consider factors such as location, size, and amenities when selecting a property.
- Set up your listing: Once you have a property, create a listing on Airbnb's website. This will include taking photos, writing a description of the space, and setting pricing and availability.
- Prepare your space: Make sure your space is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Consider providing amenities such as towels, linens, and toiletries for your guests.
- Market your listing: Promote your listing to potential guests through social media, local events, or word-of-mouth. You can also encourage positive reviews from past guests to attract future bookings.

The $0 to $15K Savings Challenge continues. In this week’s installment, we cover the portfolio, then dive into five stocks that I am looking to buy soon. As the market correction continues to move forward it is becoming more important to focus on stocks to buy now that will pay back tenfold in future gains. This market correction has given me the opportunity to go shopping continuously on discounted levels in the stock market. Some of these stocks will be labeled hot stocks to buy when the correction is over, and the next market bull run begins. So I need for you all to lock in and let’s lock in on these stocks.
