David Smith from Coventry grew up in the care system, losing his mother, father and sister from a very young age. David is a veteran who left the army after suffering from PTSD.
With his experience of being in some very dark places David now helps people change their mindsets through the powerful tool of social media. His goal is to help people overcome these dark places, help build their mental health, mental resilience and help them stay on the straight path to rebuilding their lives with the correct mindset!
Suicide prevention is very important to David and that’s the main reason he creates his content! In his own words he wants people to be “Victors not victims”
Ben Laing is a father of 3, a runner, serial entrepreneur and investor on a mission to enlighten and enrich the world.
He’s best known as an online marketing and business growth consultant.
He is the founder and owner of a website design and digital marketing agency as well as a house clearance business.
Ben’s business background started in digital marketing, specifically with his mastery of SEO (Search Engine Optimisation). This skill allows him to rank websites on the first page of Google for various search terms people type in, where customers can find you.
Lead and sales generation became the service Ben started to offer once he realised that clients don’t just need websites but a full marketing and sales system that put qualified leads and customers on a plate.
Beyond business mastery Ben also works very hard on his self mastery, self-awareness and mentors others on this too.
Ben is passionate about sharing his lessons learned through his own personal development and experience in business and life.
Ben has created many other platforms to spread his message and philosophy which includes a Facebook group with “Ben’s Business Book Club” and his reading accountability group “Sunrise Book Club”. He’s also setting up a number of self-help libraries called “The Human Kindness Library”. He is also the Host of Ben’s Business Podcast where he interviews inspiring and successful guests who share their wisdom.

Robert Kelso Smith has successfully summited Mount Everest (worlds largest mountain) 5 times, summited K2 (worlds 2nd largest mountain, which 1 in every 4 people that summit it dies ) and summited 3 other 8000m mountains.
Furthermore, Robert has spent 17 summer seasons in Antarctica leading expeditions.
He has also skied to the South Pole on two occasions from either side of the continent! One taking 45 days and the other 35 days!
This was an incredible insight into the great mind of Robert Kelso Smith.

A few years ago the girls found themselves in a dark place after suffering a great loss which gave them the incentive to pursue a positive mindset and through the combination of mindset practices and cold water exposure they completely changed their lives.
The Braid Sisters have recently completed a 30 day challenge entering the water for 5 minutes at 5am for charity. IMPRESSIVE! The girls have recently started their cold water classes encouraging woman to join them in the benefits of the cold water alongside their Mindset Matters course

Andy Crobes is a successful businessman and adventurist.
Andy and his wife Laura created a successful business which they sold up to help them pursue their dream of cruising the seas in a catamaran. After experiencing and protesting against the famous Shark Cull of Australia first hand, they planned on cruising the oceans to find sharks to swim with.
They have 2 daughters, who they homeschooled over the ensuing 6 years on their sea dwelling adventure.
This is a great insight into an amazing family’s experience of creating a successful business that helped them pursue their ambition of cruising the sea! How they found travelling the Caribbean as a family while encountering some spectacular moments below the horizon with some incredible animals.
