As we see reflected back to us everyday: our world is in a precarious place. There are plagues, threats of apocalypse with certain political candidates and a warming planet. How do we deal on the inside when the world outside of us is losing it? I have a few ideas...join me as I discuss how to heal our bodies and souls of these everyday traumas and the ones we inherited from our ancestors. And, a reading from “The Sophia Code,” from Isis’s chapter.
I mention the Huffington Post article explaining the benefits of the Kirtan Kriya. You can find that here: https://www.huffpost.com/entry/meditation-alzheimers_b_3625181

According to Pritam Atma of the "Mystical Motherhood" podcast, the fastest way to awaken others is to share your own awakening. So that's what I'm doing here. I'm sharing my experiences with Christianity and how being rejected from one church ultimately led to discovering my connection to God outside of the church. After all, God is all around us, within us, and accessible to all of us without an intermediary; not within the walls of a man-made building. I mention the following texts as a starting point for more exploration:
Code Red, by Lisa Lister Rise Sister Rise, by Rebecca Campbell Many Lives, Many Masters by Brian Weiss Mary Magdalene Revealed: The First Apostle, Her Feminist Gospel and the Christianity We Haven't Tried Yet, by Megan Watterson The Sophia Code, by Kaia Ra
“Wisdom tells me I am nothing. Love tells me I am everything. And between the two my life flows.” ― Nisargadatta Maharaj

The spiritual social media accounts of the internets showcase “pop culture spirituality.” But is this what spirituality really is? Join me as I discuss what we see online and how to move from Spiritual Infancy to Spiritual Maturity.
I mention the book, "The Sophia Code," by Kaia Ra that you can find wherever books are sold.
