No fluff is a good thing.
It’s okay for them to upsell you to the next product, but one thing you definitely want from a solid coach is to get actual tips from them.
You didn’t buy their program just to be upsold to the next one.
And if you hate this, don’t do this to your customers.
Cut the fluff out but also don’t be scared to upsell them after you have provided actual value like I do here.
Don’t high five yourself.
Im not saying don’t show gratitude to your goals you complete daily.
It’s statistically proven, people who show gratitude towards their goals have a better chance of achieving it.
I’m saying don’t pat yourself on the back for things you are supposed to do.
Learn to keep it real with yourself everyday.
