In this episode we talk about vaccines. We discuss topic ranging from the minimum requirement to develop a vaccine, how safety and efficacy data are generated, scientific literacy, and provide context to the discussion around the COVID-19 vaccines.
In this episode we discuss issues surrounding women in the workplace. This episode features three outstanding and successful women who share their experiences, their perspectives and their ongoing battle to overcome daily challenges in their professional lives. One of my guest shares her perspective on the way new tech companies have dealt with these issues, whereas my second guest highlights the structural red tapes that exist currently in most corporate environment and older companies, that make this battle even more difficult to win. My last guest describes her personal journey evolving in a sexist environment working as a professor.

On the other hand, Steven offers his take on the issue but from a third world window, having been born and raised in Haiti, where inclusion of the LGBTQ community is probably decades away.
