I'm going through a weight loss phase and in this episode I will talk through my plan for my nutrition.
In this episode I talk about the need to pay attention to what our body is telling us it needs and actually acting on this information. Maybe this means taking time a break from training, changing your diet up, doing more cardio, sleeping more, or simply spending more time doing things you love. If we are not paying attention to what our body is telling us what to do, we are setting ourselves up for burnout.
In this episode I discuss an approach I often suggest for those who may be having a bad morning, day, or week. It's all about the mindset we have after the slump has started. By creating a "mental reset" we are able to have a fresh start and work towards getting away from the rough time we are going through.

From this number you can then add or substract calories based off of what your goals is. For example, if you want to lose weight you can subtract 300-500 calories from the number you get.
