Tim has been helping local governments and nonprofits deliver excellent services efficiently for decades, first as a consultant specializing in economic development and strategic restructuring and then, for the past five years, from within the Office of the County Executive in Ulster County.
Before joining Ulster County, Jeff worked in enterprise B2B software and has contributed to tech projects large and small; from business intelligence deployments at multinationals to appointment software for the local barber shop.
