The Family Church is a family of believers who live out our Kingdom culture, demonstrate fearless faith, and change our world by restoring God's family.
The word teaches God’s desire and our need to allow the Holy Spirit to give us power to get well,
and receive every promise! Today, we will accept and discover the correlation between walking in
power and the reality that we can’t wait to grow up!
We have learned that in life, the enemy tries to use pits to make us quit and turbulence to bring us down. However, God has given us great and precious promises to overcome every attack. Today we will continue to go deeper in our understanding of God’s desire and our need to allow the Holy Spirit to give us power to receive every promise!
The Bible tells us that we are seated with Jesus in heavenly places… that’s
your rank… that’s your authority… that’s our position…
And it’s the enemy's desire to make us come down!
Problem We're Trying to Solve:
We often find ourselves fighting with the wrong armor in the wrong battles, leading to burnout, discouragement, and surrender.
Jesus did not just come to the earth to save us, He came to the earth to restore and fill us until we overflow, destroying the works of Satan and bringing glory to the Kingdom! Today, we will continue to discover and receive all of the power that comes from being “Filled to Overflow”.
The word teaches that it has always been God’s plan to bless and serve others by causing the believer to become a blessing who serves others! Today, we will expose and overcome the blessing blocker!
With the spiritual battles we face, the trials, the temptations, the weapons formed against us, we desperately need a strength that goes beyond physical strength, and a power that goes far beyond human power. We need the fullness of God’s Spirit working in us.
For years the devil has enjoyed the pleasure of raiding our homes. He has been
influential in disrupting our finances (37.9 million people live below the poverty
line), destroying our marriages (33% end in divorce 38%Christians 60%
Christians who don't attend church), influencing our children, and perverting the
very purpose that God has called the man and his family to enjoy. Today we
will discover

We have been created out of “LOVE material”. It is in our being to give and receive LOVE. We were
created and fashioned with LOVE. According to Genesis 1:26-27, LOVE created our image and
likeness to resemble HIM. Tonight, we will understand how God is the ONLY being that can fulfill
our need to be loved. If you fail to have this understanding, you will fall into the hands of someone
using their influence to manipulate you into The Trap called loyalty.
The Bible is very clear that God is our HELP! At the fall, there was a disconnect between (1) our HELP (2) HIS helper, and (3) how to receive HELP. Today we will discover, there is a real role for motherhood in the earth and how it complements God first, then man. However, we must understand God is Help and He wants to position us all to receive.

Loyalty is a strong feeling of support or allegiance. There are many things that compete against our loyalty or allegiance that should be reserved for God. For some, it is your children, your job, your husband, your momma, your daddy, hobbies, drugs, alcohol, your wife, your education, your money, your career, your pastor, certain places, certain things, and the list keeps going on and on.
It's more than an emotion or feeling. Loyalty describes an action. God’s actions are loyal to us. In other words, His Divine Loyalty is a covenant love or a personal commitment to be faithful; which makes HIM honor-bound to perform EVERY one of HIS Promises towards us!!

We learned that Jesus did not come to fix our problems but to transform us through the power of His resurrection. Tonight, we will continue to understand that Jesus is the Undisputed King, as we learn to embrace the process of the resurrection.
The bodily resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead is the crowning proof of the believer. The resurrection means that Jesus rose from the dead and death cannot hold Him nor those who believe in him anymore. Today, we will continue to discover the undisputed power of our Resurrection!

Real Love (Agape) is defined as Love without conditions, Love without a need! We learned that God’s Laws are pre-planned instructions that guarantee success. Today, we will continue to discover that in order to walk in and experience “Real Love”, we must turn, return, and uphold the 4 Laws of Love!

The Apostle Paul commands us in scripture not to give the enemy any form of
access into our lives. Open doors give the enemy permission to inhabit space
that is not rightfully his. These entry points give the devil a false sense of
authority in your life! The devil thrives off of the “loosely lived areas” that crack
open doors that lead to the way you think, believe, confess, etc.
Jesus is teaching that even when we have been given a covenant promise, our prayer life, and the ability to believe God will be hindered until we shut open doors! Last year we learned about demonic delays. This year we will understand that closing doors leads to experiencing covenant promises!
We have learned that our enemy does not have the power to open doorways of authority in our lives and depends on open doors (footholds), in order to bring demonic delays. Today, we will continue to close open doors in order to break the disobedient and demonic delays in every area of our lives.
Covenant promise- solemn agreement between God and man that establishes relationship and sets conditions for obedience and blessings.
The word teaches that by submitting to God and trusting in His plan, we will overcome the demonic attacks of the enemy and walk in the kingdom authority and victory that has been given by our Father in heaven! Today, we will learn to close open doors in order to break the disobedient and demonic delays in our lives!

Whenever you are paralyzed by your past, it is usually connected to some kind of dysfunction.

Since the beginning of mankind, the question has been to the men, “Where are you?” Many men are absent from their wives, children, churches, communities, etc. God created you in the “first” position of power and authority that was supposed to operate in dominion here in the earth, but where are you? God is saying that there is something that he desires that he is willing to shake and disrupt the natural course of things to obtain it. God does not want just to come and visit; He wants to remain; this is Revival! Today, we will begin to discover that the key to personal revival is what God desires the most: All of Me!!!!
In order to understand the deep roots of what a counterfeit is and its origin, we must go back to the beginning where it all started and manifested. We have a real enemy that loves to disguise himself. Usually, the disguises come as opportunities, speaks to insecurities, at your lowest time, so-called friends, family, immature desires, jealousy, etc. In order for those things to have demonic substance, its birthed out of a familiar spirit.
Last week, we learned that one of God’s greatest desires is to see His children live in what is known as the appointed time or the Kairos moment. We also learned that Satan’s greatest weapon against a person’s time is distractions, not sin.
Today, we will discover and uncover the temptations that we all must overcome in order to not get stuck doing time and experience your Kairos moment!
Familiarity is a spirit that disguises itself in many different ways. Ultimately, it is a counterfeit to operating in God’s purpose. You have to be very careful when exposing the spirit of familiarity because it has a deadly mission. Tonight, we are coming for the effects of familiarity as it relates to PURPOSE.
As we live this life, we think that we have all the time in the world to use as we choose. Some of us devalue time, while others simply waste time. We learned that purpose is the cause for creating something and the reason we are still alive. Today, we will continue to discover that we still have time because we still have purpose!
There are 3 mindsets we have been talking about that have you thinking you are operating in Purpose but it really is a counterfeit to you purpose (Pride, Indecisiveness and “YOUR TIMING”). In addition to operating in this way of thinking, we must know how to detect counterfeit. We talked about 4 signs to spot it out, If you can’t find in the WORD, It has a difference in design, different material and its cheap in value. Now we are going to focus on a manifestation of counterfeit and that is familiarity!
We have learned that true Purpose is not what we do for God, but what we are blessed to do with God. You are not a mistake and even your birth is evidence that your purpose is necessary!
We are constantly thinking, planning and strategizing our next move. 2023 has given us the opportunity to reset and examine how we are going to start off the year. Last week we talked about how counterfeit mindsets make us believe we are actually operating in the purpose of God! Then we get shocked when we don’t see God’s results. We have to be very careful how we approach things, because the enemy will use the very thing that is supposed to be submitted to God for his benefit. God shares in HIS WORD for us to renew our minds (Romans 12:2)!
We have learned that Purpose is the cause for creating something, the expectation from its creators, and the reason why you are still alive! Today, we will learn that Walking in purpose is not about what you do for God.
We have now entered into 2023 and have purposed so many things we desire and want to do for this year. God is desiring that we be intentional with our thoughts, plans, goals, calling, gifts, talents, etc. One of the biggest mistakes we make as believers is choose not to do something that God said but yet expect God’s results. There are counterfeit mindsets that make us believe we are actually operating in the purpose of God! Tonight we are going to expose the counterfeit mindsets we fall prey to when we think we are operating in God’s purpose for our lives.
Once you realize that you were created on purpose and created in the image of the Creator, you begin to recognize that there are secrets stored inside you. Today, we will begin to unearth the gifts, talents, abilities, wisdom, solutions, and creativities that are uniquely ours as we walk in Purpose on purpose and experience God’s intentional return!!!
Time has been given so that we can begin again. Time brings closure. Without time’s closure, time continues and brings more pain. We need to bring closure to two things.
We have learned in this series that all our spiritual and natural potential comes from and will be restored through our relationship with the Holy Spirit! Tonight, we will begin to discover that we are God’s Living proof and have been purposed through the Holy Spirit to live and show the evidence of a Spirit-filled life!

Trust and Surrender are often viewed as unpopular words. Trust and surrender bring to mind unpleasant images of admitting defeat in battle, forfeiting a game, or yielding to a stronger opponent. Surrendering to God is called worship. Today we will learn how true victory comes through surrender and expose the three major barriers that cause our trust issues and prevent our total surrender to God.

One of the most significant challenges in experiencing God’s restoration is learning to believe that God’s way is better than whatever we used to find our confidence in. When trying to get confidence in temporary and superficial things, we end up unstable and unsettled. Today we will discover that recovering all that God has promised begins with the restoration of our confidence in God!

If you do not fight for your faith, you won’t have any Faith left. Faith is the currency of heaven. This is how the kingdom operates. The Bible says that without faith it is impossible to please God. If faith is the currency in heaven, then the devil wants you broke. He doesn’t want you to have any faith.
“Where have all the good men gone?!” This is a common theme in our western culture. We often hear the ladies make this cry of frustration, and even men themselves struggle inwardly with the thought, “Will I ever be a good man?” Today we will discover that God's word reveals that inside of every male, there is a good man!
Divorce - Greek – apostasion - to defect - to release a commitment that was once made. Divorce is the breaking of a vow. • Vows are made with God, include your spouse, and are unto death.
In the sermon on the mount, Jesus is introducing a new government and system of operation. Jesus teaches that this new government does not deal with attitudes of behavior, but attitudes of the heart! We will continue to learn from the teachings from the sermon on the mount what the Kingdom of God says about divorce, what the world says about divorce and what the devil is trying to do through divorce. Today we will continue to learn about a love that is stronger than divorce.

Jesus taught in the sermon on the mount one of the most important disciplines and revelations needed to overcome Satan and experience victory in a fallen world. He taught how to identify the bitterness that comes from offense before it leads to betrayal and, ultimately, an altered destiny!
In this section of his Sermon on the Mount, Jesus describes how a righteous person conducts his or her relationships during times of testing. Jesus teaches that if you live long enough everyone must deal with betrayal, bitterness, offenses, and unforgiveness. At the same time, we do not have to accept these results as an inevitable part of our life. Today as we continue our journey through the sermon on the mount, we will learn from the Master how not to be tempted by our offenses to betray!

Jesus came to accomplish the purpose for the law, not to abolish it. He fulfilled it in that He kept the law during His life and then revealed that only radical righteousness gives us access to the Kingdom.
God has called for every believer to understand that our citizenship is in heaven, but our assignment is here in the earth! Today we will continue to realize what Jesus meant when he said we are the light of the world by understanding what is on the line and why we got to shine!
The greatest desire of God is for every Human being to be restored to their original relationship with God. Today we will continue to understand the revelation that Jesus taught in the Sermon on the Mount when he declared, “Let your light shine before men!”

Today we will realize, according to the word that our mouths have the power to release miracles or misery, you choose!
My Prayer for Today
Lord, I want to be so confident of Your plan for my life that even when it looks bad, I refuse to let anything move me! Just as Jesus refused to be swayed away from Your plan for Him, I want to be fixed and committed to do exactly what I’ve been born to do. Help me know Your plan for my life—and once I really understand it, please give me the strength and power until I see that plan come to pass in my life! I pray this in Jesus’ name!

I boldly declare that God has a wonderful plan for my life! God’s Spirit is revealing that plan to me right now. I am willing to do what He’s called me to do; I’m willing to go where He tells me to go; and I’m willing to pay any price I have to pay to accomplish the life-assignment God has preordained for me. My greatest priority and obsession is to do the will of the Father! I declare this by faith in Jesus’ name!

Lord, I never want to play games with You. I am asking You right now to forgive me for any time that I have lied to You and to myself, deceiving myself into believing that things were all right in my life when, in fact, they were not inwardly good at all. Please shine Your light deep into my soul to show me any areas of my life that need immediate attention. I pray this in Jesus’ name!

I declare by faith that God gives me the wisdom to know how to respond when I am in a difficult predicament. I know when I should speak, when I should be quiet, and exactly what steps I must take. When I find myself in a tight place, I don’t give way to my emotions. Instead, I guard my mouth and let the Spirit dictate my emotions so I can demonstrate the love of God even to those whom the devil is trying to use against me! I declare this by faith in Jesus’ name!

Lord, thank You for being such a good example of love that is unshaken and unaffected by other people’s actions. You have loved me with a consistent love, even in times when I’ve acted badly and didn’t deserve it. Thank You so much for loving me in spite of the things I’ve done and the things I’ve permitted to go on in my life. Today I want to ask You to help me love others just as consistently as You have loved me. Forgive me for being on-again, off-again in my love. Help me become rock-solid and unwavering in my love for others, including those who haven’t treated me too nicely. I know that with Your help, I can love them steadfastly no matter what they do! I pray this in Jesus’ name!

I confess that what other people have done to me doesn’t affect my desire or my commitment to love them. My love for people is consistent, unwavering, unshaken, and unaffected. The same Holy Spirit who lived in Jesus now lives in me—and just as the Spirit of God empowered Jesus to love everyone consistently, now the Holy Spirit empowers me to do the same! I declare this by faith in Jesus’ name!
My Prayer for Today
Lord, I ask You to help me be more like Jesus! Help me release the grudges and deeply-held resentments that I am tempted to carry toward people. Instead of rejoicing when they get in trouble or when something bad happens to them, help me to reach out to them, to see what I can do to help, and to become the hand of God in their lives. Forgive me that I haven’t already acted as Jesus would act, and help me learn how to put any negative emotions aside so I can reach out to them in the name of Jesus. I pray this in Jesus’ name!

I confess that I do not hold grudges, nor do I allow deep-seated resentments to reside in my heart, mind, and emotions. I have the mind of Christ, and I think just like Jesus thinks. What Jesus does is what I do. What Jesus says is what I say. How Jesus behaves is how I behave. Because the Holy Spirit is working to produce the life of Jesus Christ in me, I can be the extended hand of Jesus to everyone around me, including those who have been opposed to me. I declare this by faith in Jesus’ name!

Lord, I am so glad that You are the great “I AM” and that You have power over every force in the universe. When You speak, demons tremble, sickness flees, poverty is vanquished, and Your Kingdom rules and reigns! Because You live inside me, Your power is resident in me and ready to set me free from any force that tries to come against me. I stand on Your Word, Lord. I speak it out loud by faith and therefore expect to see mountains move out of the way for me! I pray this in Jesus’ name!

I declare that there is no force strong enough to resist God’s power in my life. No sickness, financial turmoil, relational problems, political force—absolutely NOTHING has enough power to resist the supernatural power of Jesus Christ that is resident in me! When I open my mouth and speak the Word of God, every power that attempts to defy His Word is pushed backward and shaken till it staggers, stumbles, and falls to the ground. When my mouth gets into agreement with God’s Word, I see His power unleashed against the forces that try to come against me! I declare this by faith in Jesus’ name!

Lord, help me learn how to avoid misjudging and misperceiving other people. I know that when I misjudge someone, it affects my opinion of that person in a way that can open a door to the devil in our relationship with each other. I don’t want to give the devil an inch in any of my relationships, so I need You to help me think cautiously, to take time to get to know people, and to give them the benefit of the doubt when I don’t understand something they say or do. Help me give people the same mercy I would expect them to give me. And help me get started on this path today! I pray this in Jesus’ name!

I confess that it doesn’t upset me when I hear that someone has a wrong perception about me. I know I’ve made this same mistake about others in the past, so I am filled with mercy for those who misjudge or have misconceptions about who I am. I choose to be thankful for this situation and to see it as my opportunity to show people who I really am. I also take this opportunity to see what needs to be changed in my life and then to make the necessary adjustments so people never misperceive me in this way again. I declare this by faith in Jesus’ name!

Lord, I am so thankful You possess the greatest power in the whole universe! I’m not serving a dead god; I’m serving a living Lord who is interceding for me at the right hand of the Father at this very moment. Jesus, I come to You as my great High Priest, and I ask You today to fill me with Your power 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. I don’t want to just intellectually know about You; I want to truly know You. I want to experience Your power and walk in Your ways. I pray this in Jesus’ name!

This power is continuously resident in my heart and is more than enough to face and overcome any obstacle the devil ever tries to throw in my way. I declare this by faith in Jesus’ name!
My Prayer for Today
Lord, please forgive me for the times I’ve allowed the devil to put a wedge between me and the people You have placed in my life. Help me go to them and ask forgiveness for the things I did wrong. Help me also to extend patience, forgiveness, and love to others who have done wrong to me or who will wrong me in the future. I never want the devil to be in charge of my emotions or my thought life, so I am asking You to help me think clearly and to know how to recognize those times when the devil tries to upset me and ruin my relationships. I pray this in Jesus’ name!

I confess that my mind is free of offense, unforgiveness, and strife. Because I walk in mercy and forgiveness, the devil has no entrance or open door to find his way into my mind and emotions. The Spirit of God dominates my thinking and helps me see things very clearly. I declare this by faith in Jesus’ name!

Lord, I know that You want to change me and conform me into the image of Jesus more than anything else. I often feel rushed to get things moving, but I know that You are looking to see if I have the character I need so I can successfully do what You’ve called me to do. I yield my heart to You and ask You to do Your work inside me. Change me so You can use me as You wish! I pray this in Jesus’ name!

I declare by faith that I am being changed so God can use me to the degree He desires. Yes, I have areas in my life that need to be transformed, but because I renew my mind with the Word of God and spend time in prayer, God is free to work on me and get me ready for the big job He has designed for my life. I know that as I stay open and willing to change, my character will be transformed into the image of Jesus so I can complete my task successfully and to the glory of God. I declare this by faith in Jesus’ name!

Lord, I thank You that the Holy Spirit joins me in the challenges I am facing in my life today. You sent Him to be my Helper, my Guide, my Teacher, and my Intercessor—the One who meets my problems head-on and helps me to overcome them. Rather than try to work out those problems by myself i am not alone! I open my heart today for the Holy Spirit to join me as my Divine Partner so I can be more than a conqueror in every situation! Lord, the next time the devil tries to get in my way or to block my path, help me to raise my feet/peace high, and pound down as hard as I can, and stomp all over him as I march forward unhindered to do Your will. I thank You that because of Your victory, Satan has no right to exercise his kind of control over my life anymore! With You working as my Partner, I can stare that old enemy in the face and command him to move. And if he tries to put up a fight, I can push him out of the way and walk on through! I pray this in Jesus’ name!

I boldly declare that Jesus destroyed Satan’s power over me! Through Jesus’ death and resurrection, the devil was utterly smashed, crushed, and bruised. Now my God-given mission is to reinforce that glorious victory and to demonstrate just how miserably defeated Satan already is. The enemy may try to lord himself over me, but he has no authority to exercise any control in my life. I declare this by faith in Jesus’ name!
It has always been the plan and the joy of God to witnesses His sons and daughters taking the lead and giving Him glory by obeying and being like Him. The word states that the result of refusing to accept our God-given responsibility to assume personal leadership over our life, gifts, and assignment, will open the door to the curse and empower people who were made to be first live continually last! Today we will begin the process of releasing our God-Given Authority and Getting Back what we all gave up!
We have been talking about the deadly trap of misappropriating your loyalty to people, places, and things. This absolute support or allegiance has the ability to hinder our very God from speaking and leading you to your place of victory and freedom. Loyalty speaks for us, acts for us, and dictates our course of direction. We learned in the previous weeks that Jesus according to Hebrews 7:20-28 is the only One that can guarantee an eternal covenant. Tonight, we are going to focus our loyalty to the One who gives freedom and guarantees victory, and HIS name is JESUS!
Loyalty to people, places or things is a false sense of honor, faithfulness, and dedication. The only thing that requires and can retain our loyalty is God. Loyalty is an absolute support or allegiance to something. It is spiritual because it has the ability to stop God himself from operating in your life. Unfortunately, we have taken this thing God created for Himself and we misappropriated towards people, places, things, etc. This thing is so powerful it controls our actions, minds, who we love, who we are nice to, who we respect, what we do, how we do it, when we do it, where we go, whether to trust God, etc. IT CONTROLS EVERYTHING ABOUT US!
Last week we talked about how loyalty manifest, the effects of it and how it traps you. Loyalty is a strong feeling of support or allegiance. We have been brought up into thinking loyalty to people and things is good. Not realizing that what your loyalty is rooted in will cause you to act a certain way, love a certain way, and even be controlled a certain way. Tonight we are going to understand what loyalty is rooted in and its characteristics.
We have learned that everyone must face and make it through a wilderness experience. During this time God will make a demand of you to fulfill your purpose separated from all your crutches and excuses. Today we will continue to discover the four tests that Jesus faced and passed that everyone must face in their wilderness causing them to answer this question; If my shortcuts really work, why has it taken me so long?!!!!

However, that may sound good if it relates to your family, friends, job, even your church. However, there are many effects to our loyalty being tied to the wrong thing. When we begin to look at what our loyalty is rooted in, we will understand why we act a certain way, love a certain way, and even are controlled a certain way. Tonight we are going to understand what loyalty is and what we may be loyal to.
When the Lord saved Israel and led them into the wilderness it was to test and transition them for the next step in their journey with God. Jesus himself was led and spent 40 days in the wilderness being tempted and tested by Satan. God uses the wilderness experience to literally kill the, “I need a substitute; taste buds out of our mouths. When that happens, it causes us to grow deeper in love, and it causes every test to be an exercise of victory. We will continue to discover the four tests that Jesus faced and passed that everyone must face in their wilderness experience removing all excuses. Today we will expose and break the performance trap!

Transition is defined by Webster's Dictionary as the period of passing from one condition, form, stage, activity, place, to another. Today we will continue to discover that it’s time to come out of your wilderness and transition into the Reign of life that God promised! We will continue to discover that the key to make it out of your wilderness experience is to get a view from the end zone!

Solomon wrote in the Song of Solomon 2:15, that we must “Catch the foxes, the little foxes, before they ruin the vineyard”.
