This podcast will inspire, empower and provide insight on a multitude of topics that affect the black community. These topics will range from the disparities in the educational system, black mental health, colorism in the black culture, prophetic insights which highlight the black perspective, etc.
This episode will explore the mental health stigma and the generational curses, which plague the black community. The preconceived notion that black women must be strong at all times and carry the burden of other will be discussed through an intimate lens. Possible solutions will also be explored in this sensitive, yet profound episode.
