I am aware that technically, Notre Dame wasn't "The Stadium Tour", and that Cheyenne Frontier Days is technically a "one off" show, however as Notre Dame was the 'model' and 'preview' if you will of the stadium tour, and Cheyenne's timing/setlist match (almost completely) with the rest of the stadium tour (also, with merch. being sold at the Cheyenne show akin to stadium tour merch.), both are included for completeness.
