You can now submit apps built with Xcode 15.4 beta using the SDK for iOS 17.5 beta 2, iPadOS 17.5 beta 2, macOS 14.5 beta 2, tvOS 17.5 beta 2, visionOS 1.2 beta 2, and watchOS 10.5 beta 2 for internal and external testing.
This release introduces the alternativeDistributionDomains endpoint for use instead of marketplaceDomains, which will be removed in a future release. Domains that were added using marketplaceDomains aren’t impacted.

Account Holders and Admins can now let team members access the App Store Connect API with the same permissions as App Store Connect. If access is provided, team members can generate an individual key in App Store Connect to use the API.

TestFlight 3.5.1 is now available on the App Store for iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple TV, and Apple Vision Pro. This update includes stability improvements and bug fixes.

Payments and proceeds data is now available sooner each fiscal month in Payments and Financial Reports.
Starting the first Wednesday: Data starts to appear for the previous fiscal month.
By the first Friday: Data for the previous fiscal month continues to populate until reports are ready for all regions.
You can sign up to be notified by email as soon as your reports are available.

App Store Connect 1.12.4 is now available on the App Store. This update includes stability improvements and bug fixes.

This update includes changes to app statuses:
- Ready for Sale has been renamed to Ready for Distribution, and now indicates that your app can be published. To view if your app is available on the App Store, visit Pricing and Availability.
- Developer Removed from Sale, Removed from Sale, and Pending Agreement are no longer app statuses.
This update also provides support for features related to alternative app distribution in the European Union. You can now:
- Add alternative app marketplaces.
- Generate alternative distribution packages.
- Turn on notifications to automatically inform alternative app marketplaces about package updates.
- Submit iOS apps for Notarization.

Known Issues:
- watchOS apps that have a minimum deployment target below version 6.0 may not install properly with TestFlight. To resolve this, temporarily set the minimum deployment target to version 6.0 or higher.
This release supports product page optimization tests that run without being interrupted by new app version releases, and a new actors resource that provides details on which team member submitted and last interacted with an App Store submission.

You can now access a monthly Transaction Tax Report, which summarizes sales tax, use tax, goods and services tax, and other similar taxes applied on your transactions where Apple administers tax. This report is available for sales completed on the App Store in the United States and Canada.

You can now choose to apply Billing Grace Period only to existing paid renewals, or continue applying it to all subscription renewals (existing paid renewals and free offers transitioning to paid renewals). You can also choose a duration of 3, 16, or 28 days instead of having the duration predefined based on your subscription length. When you enable Billing Grace Period in App Store Connect, Apple attempts to address any subscriber billing issues and recover the subscription while subscribers retain access to subscription benefits. If the subscription is recovered within this period, there’s no interruption to the days of paid service or to your revenue.

As of January 1, 2023, the euro (EUR) is the official currency of Croatia, replacing the Croatian kuna (HRK). Price tiers in App Store Connect have be converted to euros using the statutory fixed conversion rate of 7.53450 HRK = 1.00000 EUR established by the Council of the European Union on July 12, 2022.

You can now use the Apple Developer app for Mac to enroll in the Apple Developer Program, with support for many local currencies and payment methods. Members who enrolled on the web can also use the Apple Developer app for Mac to renew their membership as an auto-renewable subscription.

The App Store sandbox environment lets you test in-app purchases on device and server-to-server using product information set up in App Store Connect, helping you deliver high-quality in-app purchase experiences. You can now:Clear the purchase history for auto-renewable subscriptions and nonconsumables purchases made by a tester in the sandbox environment, so you can more easily test one-time purchase scenarios and continue using the same test account. In-app purchases made by customers on the App Store are not affected. Change the App Store region for a Sandbox Apple ID, so you can test across regions with the same tester account.Set the renewal rate for auto-renewable subscriptions in sandbox, so you can speed up or slow down how often subscriptions renew for a tester in the sandbox environment.
