Movers and Shakers is an exercise class which focuses on slowing down the debilitative process of Parkinson’s by improving balance, strength and co-ordination.
It also provides an environment for those with Parkinson’s, and their families, to talk to like-minded people in a friendly and supportive environment.
Following the success of the pilot, Parkinson’s UK have endorsed the session whilst also providing funding to help sustain the programme.
