This episode is all about mental health one pandemic people ignore most times, it's killing lots of good men and women out there. This isn't the African problem only this is a whole wide world problem. Let us share this episode with those we love and care about. Drugs are crippling the world, so many people have fall in the trap of drug dealers and it hard to get out, as much as we just came from facing covid as of the deadliest pandemic so are drugs. how many people are addicts in this world and what are governments doing about it, nothing much. it hurts to know there is a solution but will never see it because these drugs are making people billions so they have enslaved most leaders. The lady today who will talk to us have been struggling with addiction for 22 years, she's here to tell us her story and give a few advice on this issue. I hope her story speak volume to you I hope it speak life to you.

In this world we are to fast to fit everyone in one box, we are so quick to pass judgements. I say don't judge or assume anything about anyone you don't know what kinder demons he/she is facing in life, you don't know how many traps he/she have managed to escape, you don't know how many times that person have dodged death. So yes my good people don't judge anyone if you never walked in their shoes. You may not even walk half a mile in them. Let's learn to talk to each other, let learn to be compassionate toward each other. Let's have that UBUNTU spirit. Let's be humans towards eachother, respect and love goes a long way. I hope you enjoy this episode.
As young men we think impregnating women is a trend worth taking part in and leaving them even better, well I am one out of a few millions of man out there, I am so pitiful of young single mothers out there even though I kno that they to go asking for it. So to understand them better I had to talk to a few and get their side of the story. And so that is what this episode is all about so enjoy.
This is just one of my poem I had to put out there, as you can tell I'm not a reciter kinder poet, still doin my best to deliver but I hope it reached your ears clearly. This poem is really about AFRICA and how much she has been through, how her kids are often judged, treated and how many of us African are losing the love for ourselves as Black African so to fit in the world most feel the need to change who they are. I believe we are who we are and there is nothing wrong with it.
After experiencing so much hurt in a land I call my own, after seeing how hatred spreads amongst my own people like wild fired that burn not one but thousands, after the discrimination, the Xenophobic attacks, the corruptions of the government officials, my heart bleed I could drown in my own fear, insecurities, unfairness. I have cried way to many time if you look closely I swear sometime you could this the treal they leave on my cheeks, I have screamed way to loud calling for help yet those who hear me assume I'm spotting so they point and laugh then walk the other direction, I've them say that I cry way to much, that I have no spin in me as a man to stand on my own yet every time I try standing they're there to push me down, neither my voice nor my tears mean anything in this world today. So I'll will let this poem scream, cry for me. So let mama Africa wipe my tears.
