Tuesday, February 12th on Premier Racing Radio we have a great show lined up. We'll be joined by ARCA Racing Series race winner Tom Hessert. Tom's best ARCA season to date came in 2010 when he joined Cunningham Motorsports to drive the #77 Dodge Charger, Tom picked up his first career win and finished the season 3rd in points. After departing from Cunningham Motorsports for 2011 and 2012 season for Ken Schrader Racing, Tom will be returning to Cunningham Motorsports to go after the 2013 ARCA Racing Series Championship. We'll talk to Tom about his big return to the 77 Dodge at Daytona. Following Tom's appareance we'll have a visit from NASCAR writer Dave Rodman, Dave will help us cover some of the interesting 2013 pre season topics as we close in on the season opening races at Daytona. This Monday on Premier Racing Radio it's all about Thorsport Racing. We start the show with longtime Thorsport Racing driver Matt Crafton, driver of the #88 Menards Toyota Tundra in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series. Following Matt's appearance we'll have a visit from 9 time ARCA Racing Series champion Frank Kimmel, driver of the #44 Ansell Menards Toyota Camry, we'll talk to Frank about his 2nd place finish in the 2012 ARCA championship and about his goals going into his second year with Thorsport Racing. To close out the show we'll complete the Thorsport trio with a visit from Johnny Sauter, driver of the #98 Curb Records Toyota Tundra, Johnny's coming off a two win season, sweeping the events at Texas Motor Speedway, we'll talk to him about the challenging 2012 season he had, and how he plans to turn that around in 2013. Just a few weeks away from the start of the NASCAR season, drivers and teams are getting prepared for Daytona, we'll talk with one of those drivers on the January 29th edition of Premier Racing Radio as we welcome Sam Hornish Jr. back to the show. Sam is trying to follow up his strong 2012 NASCAR Nationwide Series campaign where he finished the season 4th in points by going out and having an even better 2013 season with new crew chief Greg Erwin atop the pit box of the new Alliance Truck Parts/Wurth Group Ford Mustang. We'll talk to Sam about the addition of his new crew chief as well as the manufacter change taken place at Penske Racing and more on this edition of Premier Racing Radio.
Premier Racing Radio is back, which only makes it necessary to bring back our shows most loyal guest, NASCAR K&N Pro Series West Driver Michael Self. Michael has been up to a lot since we last had him on the show, he picked up a win for the West Series in the East/West shootout at Iowa Speedway, as well as his first overall win on an oval track in the season finale Casino Arizona 50 at Phoenix International Raceway. Michael has a great season ahead, looking toward his 4th season in the NASCAR K&N Pro Series West, 3rd with the Golden Gate Racing Team. Michael is also looking toward possibly making some starts in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series and Nationwide Series for Richard Childress Racing. we'll talk to Michael about what we can expect from him in the 2013 race season, he's certainly a tremendous threat for the NASCAR K&N Pro Series West Championship and a great young star that we could see as a future champion of one of NASCAR's top 3 series.
It's been a while since we've been on air, nearly five months. But Premier Racing Radio is back to preview the 2013 race season, we have a great show planned as we will be previewing the 51st Annual Rolex 24 at Daytona International Speedway to start off the Grand Am Rolex Sports Car Series, and we'll be previewing it with none other than 4 time Rolex 24 Champion Andy Lally. Premier Racing Radio for the first time will have a Grand AM Sports car racer on the show and a very accomplished one at that, you'll definitely want to tune in.
On this Tuesday August 21 st edition of PREMIER Racing Radio We will recap all of the weekends NASCAR action, starting with Saturday's VFW 200 at Michigan International Speedway, then we will move on to Saturday's NASCAR Nationwide Series race from Circuit Gilles Villenueve in Montreal, Quebec, the NAPA Auto Parts 200. We will then get to the weekends main event at Michigan International Speedway, Sunday's Pure Michigan 400. We will also talk with Sam Hornish Jr following his amazing comeback in the NAPA 200 on Saturday in the #12 Alliance Truck Parts Dodge Challenger, we will also talk about his strong 12th place run on Sunday at michigan in the #22 Shell Pennzoil Dodge.
On Wednesday's edition of PREMIER Racing Radio we will preview the Pure Michigan 400 at MIS as well as the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series race at Michigan, and we will preview this weekend's NAPA Auto Parts 200 at Circuit Gilles Villenueve as the NASCAR Nationwide Series makes their lone International visit of the year, and we will be doing that with Canadian driver Alex Tagliani. We will also share an interview with NASCAR K&N Pro Series West driver Michael Self following his win for the west out at Iowa Speedway a week ago. tune in 12:30 PM EST wednesday.
On the Tuesday August 7th edition of PREMIER Racing Radio we will discuss The Sprint Cup and Camping World Truck Series event from Pocono Raceway in Long Pond, Pennsylvania as well as Saturday Night's U.S. Cellular 250 at Iowa Speewday. We will talk with the winner of the NASCAR K&N Pro Series race at Iowa Speedway Corey Lajoie, then we will welcome the winner from the Pennsylvania 125 ARCA Series race Chad Hackenbracht.
PREMIER Racing radio returns this Tuesday recapping the NASCAR Sprint Cup, Nationwide, and Truck Series events from Dover Downs with a little help from NASCAR Camping World Truck Series newest 1st time winner and Current Championship Leader Justin Lofton, driver of the #6 College Complete/Speed Energy Chevy Silverado for Eddie Sharp Racing. We'll talk with Justin about his breakthrough win at Charlotte and about what it's like to be on top of the point standings for the first time in his career. PREMIER Racing Radio's Michael Self has won his first ever NASCAR K&N Pro Series West race, he made a bold move coming to the white flag to move past Point leader Dylan Kwasniewski and take the win in the Inagural West Series visit to Brainerd International Raceway in Minnesota on Saturday afternoon He'll join us to talk about his breakthrough win and about what it means for him and his #21 Golden Gate Racing Team. Also on Saturday, the NASCAR Nationwide Series had the HISTORY 300 at Charlotte Motor Speedway, points leader Ricky Stenhouse Jr. had some problems, losing the majority of his points lead, We'll talk about why this won't matter. Also at Charlotte Motor Speedway, on Sunday was the famous Coca Cola 600, the longest race of the year, we'll talk about Kasey Kahne's much needed win in the endurance race, and about the major statement Hendrick Motorsports has made in recent weeks. Tuesday April 3rd 2012 marks the beginning of the new and improved PREMIER Racing Radio Online, we introduce a new extended length show with four great driver interviews. The show begins at 1PM EST/10AM PST with a visit from driver #17 in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series for Red Horse Racing Timothy Peters, following Timothy at 1:30 PM Eastern will be his Red Horse Racing teammate who shocked us all with his upset Victory in the Season opener at the world center of racing, Daytona International Speedway, none other then Rookie driver #7 John King. After we talk with John we will introduce a new NASCAR K&N Pro Series East segment to the show and we will talk with fulltime east series competitor Corey LaJoie driver of the #07 Ford Fusion. and to close out the show we will talk with the final driver that makes up the Red Horse Racing Trio in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series, that would be Two time series Champion Todd Bodine Driver of the #11 Toyota Tundra.
